Influence of extraction systems on oil yield, wastes and olive oil properties 萃取系统对橄榄油收率、废油和橄榄油性质的影响

The effect of extraction systems (Continuous Process Three-Phases and press process) on quality properties of olive oil extracted from picual variety was studied. The oil yield, flow rate, acid value, peroxide value, refractive index, saponification value, moisture and volatile matter, fatty acid composition and specific coefficients of extinctions (K232, K270 and ΔK) were determined. The CP3P extraction system produced a high olive oil yield. According to the results that obtained, it could be observed that there were no marked differences between both extraction systems in view of oil values such as acid value, peroxide value and refractive index which showed almost the same results. Meanwhile, also the results showed a slight difference in fatty acids composition, relying on the extraction systems were used. the olive oil produced from the CP3P has high quality than the olive oil that produced from the PP extraction system. Olive pomace produced from PP extraction methods contains high natural antioxidants.

Effect of morenga extract on performance of growth and yield characteristics on sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) plant in sandy soil 摩伦草提取物对沙质土壤中向日葵生长性能及产量特性的影响

The main purpose of this work was evaluate the effect of moringa oleifera leaf extract; MLE on improving of some chemical properties and macro-nutrients of salt affected loamy sandy soils , Evaluate the effective role of applied moringa oleifera leaf extract; MLE as solely in combined treatments on the tolerance of sun flower plants grown under a slight soil salinity condition and Evaluate these amendments economically. From the obtained result, of this experiment it could be concluded that: A.They improved the physiological properties of sunflower plants in salt affected soil. B.Application of T3 = MO steep + MO spray gave the highest increase of sun flower yield. C.The results showed that the top two practical and economic parameters of the field experiment were (T1 and T3) respectively where the increase values of macro-nutrients ( N, P and K) vs decrease values of ECe and pH as compared to control. .
本研究的主要目的是评价辣木叶提取物的抗氧化效果;MLE对盐渍化壤土部分化学性质和常量养分的改善作用,评价施用辣木叶提取物的效果。MLE作为单独组合处理对向日葵植物在轻度土壤盐分条件下的耐受性的影响,并对这些处理进行经济评价。从实验结果可以得出如下结论:a .它们改善了盐害土壤中向日葵植株的生理特性。b .施用T3 = MO浸泡+ MO喷淋的向日葵产量增幅最大。结果表明,大田试验中最具实用经济效益的两个参数分别为(T1和T3),与对照相比,大田试验中大量营养元素(N、P和K)的增加值与ECe和pH的下降值相对较高。

Influence of agriculture sulphur and boron on growth and productivity of red beet (Beta vulgaris L.) 农用硫硼对红甜菜生长和生产力的影响

Two filed experiments were conducted during 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 in a private farm, Sennouris district, Fayoum, Egypt, to study the effect of sulphur and boron on morphological characteristics, plant water status (RWC and MSI), leaf photosynthetic pigments content, leaf N, P, K, S and B contents and yield and its segments of red beet plants (Beta vulgaris L.). The experimental design used was a split-plot in randomized complete blocks design with three replications. Two agricultural Sulphur (95% S) levels (0 and 150 kg fed-1) were distributed in the main plots, while boron concentrations (0,50, 100, 200, 300 and 400 ppm) were randomly allocated to the sub-plots. Each experimental unit covered an area of 16.8 m2. During soil preparation, sulphur was broadcasted, while boron concentrations were foliarly applied to run off, three times; 30, 45 and 60 days after seed sowing. Soil supplemented with 150 kg fed-1 sulphur gave the highest significant values on previously mentioned measurements as compared to soil without sulphur treatment, except leaf area leaf-1. Whereas, Soil supplemented with sulphur showed a decreased level of leaf chlorophyll b and roots yield fed-1 for < 4 cm diameter. Foliar application of boron at 200 ppm was significantly recorded higher mean values of previously mentioned measurements as compared to other concentrations. While foliar spraying with boron at concentration of 50 ppm gave higher values in number of roots for < 4 cm diameter per 1 m2 and the concentration of 400 ppm boron was given higher mean values in fresh weight of roots fed-1 for < 4 cm diameter.

Genetic studies on artemisia (Artemisia monosperma ) and Jatropha (Jatropha curcas) plants by using RAPD technical 利用RAPD技术对单精子蒿(artemisia monosperma)和麻疯树(Jatropha curcas)进行遗传研究

In the present study, two of the Egyptian Artemisia monosperma and two Jatropha curcas genotypes were selected from Egypt, for genetics analysis by using four RAPD markers. The results indicated that the RAPD primers were able to amplify DNA fragments showing, polymorphic DNA amplification patterns among the genotypes. The data indicated that out of the total 134 bands, 57 were polymorphic (57%). The number of the observed bands ranged from two for the primer j.OPA_07, a.OPA_07 to one in the primer j.OPA_07, a.OPA_07 with an average of 2.3 across for the tested genotypes. Consequently, most of the two RAPD loci in this study were useful for the evaluation of genetic diversity between the two Egyptian Artemisia monosperma , Jatropha genotypes. However, it is worth mentioning, this value expresses the existence to different alleles of one or more loci of homologous chromosomes. Polymorphism data content (PIC) value of the Artemisia, Jatropha genomic RAPD indicated temperate to high level of in formativeness with average PIC value to 0.23 over all the tested RAPD loci primers, where it ranged from 0.29 by using to aOPA-07 to 0.27in jOPA-02 for all genotypes under research by a mean to 0.23. The genetic analysis of the three Artemisia ,Jatropha based on 2 RABD markers detected 53 separate specific alleles, It is noted that, largest number patented to the specific/unique alleles were of the genotype number G2 and G3 where 53 specific alleles were patented to this genotype only.

Using of olive leaves extract for increasing the stability of refined soybean oil 利用橄榄叶提取物提高精制大豆油的稳定性

Olive leaves are considered a waste during olive oil extraction and appear as a good source of natural antioxidant because it contains a high percent of phenolic compounds. This work aims to evaluate the effect of olive leaves extract (OLE) on acceleration of lipid oxidation in refined soybean oil. The olive leaves extract was added to refined soybean oil with different concentrations (5, 10, 50, 100 and 200 ppm). The butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) at concentration 200 ppm was used as a control. The refined soybean oil (SBO) samples treated with OLE and BHT which exposed to accelerated oxidation in the dark conditions in an oven at (70±3°C) for 72 hours. The olive leaves extract showed a high antioxidant activity like synthetic antioxidant (BHT) at 200 ppm by measuring the peroxide values (PV) and thiobarbituric acid value (TBA) during accelerated storage. The olive leaves extract approximately has the same strong antioxidant activity of the BHT when is used as natural antioxidant in soybean oil at 200 ppm.

DEGRADATION OF UNDESIRABLE CHOLESTEROL BY LACTOBACILLUS SP. 乳酸菌对不良胆固醇的降解。

Cholesterol is a heterogeneous compound in its chemical composition. It is very important both on a medical and nutritional health level. Low-density lipoprotein (L.D.L) poses some danger to human life and deserves more research on it to clarify the idea of its specific or safe behavior in human life. 68 of 162 isolates were lead to the degrade of cholesterol present in the cholesterol-agar medium of microbial Basel medium.The samples were collected from 17 sources, the most promising one was from local Rayeb followed by yoghurt and cow ghee. Lactobacillus sp. was one of the most effective in degrading cholesterol. The optimal environmental conditions for cholesterol degradation were generally found at pH 7, temperature 37, cholesterol concentration 1.5 g/L and incubation period 48 hours.
