This study uses a classroom action research design consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students. Collecting data using direct observation, interviews, teacher and student journals and written tests. The results of the study on student activity increased from 69% in cycle 1 to 74% in cycle 2. Increased activity in PBM increased from 61.36% in cycle 1 to 80% in cycle 2. Increased student activity in carrying out evaluations of students' ability to master the material learning. This is based on the results of the evaluation of 76 in cycle 1 which increased to 81 in cycle 2. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that learning to understand reading short stories through an inductive thinking learning model with short film media is proven to improve the ability to understand reading short stories for class XI AKL students at SMK Negeri 3 Linggabuana Purwakarta.

The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers in making learning videos through iHT activities with the Zoom Cloud Meeting Application. This research is School Action Research (PTS). The research subjects were 18 subject teachers at SMAN 1 Siborongborong. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation technique. The data analysis method in this study used qualitative data analysis. The results showed that iHT activities with the Zoom Cloud Meeting Application were proven to be able to improve the skills of teachers in making learning videos. Increasing the results of the assessment of the skills of teachers at SMAN 1 Siborongborong making learning videos in the initial conditions with an average score of 45.11 and included in the Less (K) category, increasing in the first cycle with an average value of 70.16 and entering the Enough category (C) and in the second cycle with an average value of 90.95 and included in the Good category (B).

This research is intended to answer questions. As a result, micro finance must be maintained. The population in this study is 232 customers. Siharsimi Arikunto estimated sample size was 25, thus producing a sample of 58 respondents and sampling samples using the purposing sampling. His data collection methods with the spread of questionnaires interviews, and documentaries. And the data analysis uses simple regression. Research has shown that independent variables in the micro-wakaf bank are arbitrarily affected by people's increased economic well-being. It's based on the results of the calculations obtained value. T account > the table is ( 9.23 > 2.0025) with a value signifikansi 0'05. Thus the h1 hypothesis was accepted. According to data analysis, micro business flanking institution must be conducted as micro finance institution. The amount, the level of funds given. Has an influence on the business run by customers in their daily economic needs. So that in the increase in the business it self is still increasing, limites to additional capital. To add merchandise and try new businesses only used for consumptive purposes should be used as productive funds.

This study aims to describe clinical supervision activities as an effort to improve the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 29 Sanggau Semester 2 for the 2020/2021 academic year in preparing learning administration. The type of research is School Action Research. The research subjects were 10 teachers. Data collection techniques with document and observation techniques. Data validation using source triangulation technique and method triangulation. Data analysis technique using percentage calculation. The results showed an increase from the condition of 48.43 in the LESS criteria, and in the first cycle it became 67.78 in the ENOUGH criteria and in the second cycle of 85.56 in the GOOD criteria. An explanation of the increase in the ability to compose learning administration in the initial conditions there are no teachers who have achieved the criteria of success, and in the first cycle there are 5 teachers or 50% and in the second cycle 100% or 10 teachers are declared to have increased their ability in preparing learning administration.

When the child is obliged to memorize the verses of the Qur'an in front of the teacher. Some young children still find it difficult to master and need adults to help deal with this problem. Meanwhile, RA Bait Qur 'any at-Tafkir views that the process cannot run only in schools but requires optimizing the relationship with parental education. This case study research explores and further analyzes the pattern of relationships developed in RA in establishing relationships with parents in order to strengthen the memorization of their students. In addition to holding regular meetings through the walidain madrasa, RA Bait Qur 'any at-Tafkir also applies home learning. All of these activities relate to the position and benefits of parents to carry out the Quran memorization program at RA at-Tafkir.

This study aims to determine the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model as an effort to increase motivation and learning outcomes for PAI and BP prayer materials before and after meals. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were the second grade students of SDN Ciporos as many as 30 students. Data collection techniques using test, observation, and documentation techniques. Validation technique with data triangulation, member check, and audit trail. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results showed that learning motivation in the initial conditions was 33.33% or 10 students, increased to 56.67% or 17 students and 93.33% or 28 students in the second cycle. The average increase in learning outcomes from 56.00 in the initial conditions to 71.33 and 83.67 in the second cycle with learning mastery of 6 students or 20.00%, increased to 12 students or 40.00% and 90.00% or 27 students in the second cycle

The purpose of this study was to increase the interest and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Sidamulya 01 in PAI and BP learning using the group discussion method. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were 14. Data collection techniques were test, observation and documentation techniques. Validation of data by triangulation technique Data analysis method using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study prove that the use of group discussion methods can increase student interest, showing the acquisition in the initial study of 6 students (42.86%) to 9 students or 64.29% and 13 students or 92.86% in the last cycle. Student learning outcomes from an average of 57.14 in the initial study, to 66.43, and in the second cycle to 76.43. The level of mastery learning just reached 4 students or 28.57% in the initial conditions, increased to 6 students or 42.86% and 13 students or 92.86% in the second cycle.

Pengajian Mujahada Kamis Wage has become an important part in the study of Islam at the Pandanaran Islamic Boarding School, Sleman Regency. The teaching of Islam through the inculcation of religious norms in these activities as well as reading the Koran, which requires the conformity of the Arabic word and meaning for the participants and congregation of the recitation. Qualitative exploratory research to obtain the natural setting also identifies how the organizers overcame these obstacles to obtain quality Islamic reading in Arabic from the congregation. PMKW at Pesantren PPSP is implemented openly without limitation on the religious qualifications of participants. However, they are required to be able to pronounce and understand because most of the material is in Arabic, as the main language in Islam. To reduce misunderstandings and make it easier for pilgrims, the organizers have taken several anticipatory steps. An important action is the publication of a book of Mujahadah reading material which is not only written in Arabic, but is also equipped with a reading method even complete with its meaning. In addition, to equalize the intonation of the mujahadah reading material, the congregation was also directly led by one instructor.

The Rasulan tradition is synonymous with the coastal communities of Gunungkidul. This tradition is used as a means of worship and offerings to spirits, the spirits of the ancestors of the gods and the rulers of the universe. Considering that this tradition is related to the belief system, the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in and carry out this tradition with full awareness, comfort and holiness. Until now, the authenticity of the apostolic tradition has been preserved, starting from the time and place of implementation, the uborampe, the rites and the arts. Even though they have adapted to Islam and contemporary culture, the majority of people on the coast of Gunungkidul still have mystical beliefs about the various rites and offerings that are in the apostolic procession. After researching using qualitative data-based field research then analyzed by descriptive analysis method using various theories, it can be concluded that the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in the mystical values that exist in the rites and uborampe of the apostolic tradition. These values, among others, are the value of worship of spirits and ancestral spirits, the value of asking for safety, rejecting danger, freedom from prayer, togetherness, religion, mutual assistance, mutual assistance and the value of giving thanks to God.

Considering that this tradition is related to the belief system, the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in and carry out this tradition with full awareness, comfort and holiness. Until now, the authenticity of the apostolic tradition has been preserved, starting from the time and place of implementation, the uborampe, the rites and the arts. Even though they have adapted to Islam and contemporary culture, the majority of people on the coast of Gunungkidul still have mystical beliefs about the various rites and offerings that are in the apostolic procession. After researching using qualitative data-based field research then analyzed by descriptive analysis method using various theories, it can be concluded that the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in the mystical values that exist in the rites and uborampe of the apostolic tradition. This study aims to determine the implementation and improvement of teachers' abilities in managing PBM through the implementation of academic supervision with Classroom Visition Technique at SMAN 2 Tarutung Semester 1 Academic Year 2019. The research subjects were 8 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation study. The validity of the data used triangulation techniques. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results showed that in the initial conditions there were no teachers who were able to organize the management of the teaching and learning process properly as evidenced by the low results of the average score obtained by the teachers, namely 49.75 in the low category, in cycle I there were 4 or 50 teachers. , 00% by obtaining a classical average value of 69.88 and included in the sufficient criteria and in the last cycle became a teacher or 100%, as evidenced by the acquisition of a value of 89.38 in the criteria for good grades.
