Areas that have been considered as cultural environments since ancient times have been under the influence of anthropogenic activities. That's why vegetation; It has been destroyed as a result of field clearing, grazing, fire, cutting and recently increasing mining activities. Studies carried out to reduce the impact of destruction may cause the vegetation to diversify or the presence of alien species in the field. Studies conducted in these areas, especially pollen analyses, reveal the vegetation transformation that the areas have undergone. In order to reveal the causes, results and interaction of these transformations, the results of the study were shared as a result of the research in the sample of the Gökyurt (Kilistra) ancient settlement area and its surroundings, located within the borders of Meram district of Konya province. In order to achieve the aim of the study, studies on the vegetation characteristics of the field were evaluated and the vegetation map of the field was prepared and the evaluations in the conclusion were reached.

The aim of this current study is to assess the essential role of teacher cognitive presence within the context of the community of inquiry framework in relation to enhancing students’ academic perseverance, more specifically this type of presence influences the most students’ academic perseverance. In order to test this hypothesis, an online questionnaire was created, including the community of inquiry scale and the grit scale. A total of 529 valid and consented answers were collected. We have further analyzed the structure of the variables network with network analysis and then we have employed several sequential mediation analyses testing the impact of cognitive presence triggering events and resolution on the relationship between all the other presences and students’ academic perseverance. A circular structure has emerged in network analysis and eight significant full complementary sequential mediation analysis. Results confirm the domino effect of teacher cognitive presence triggering events and resolution on student’s grit under the community of inquiry framework.

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into education has fundamentally transformed teaching and learning processes, offering new avenues for enhancing educational experiences and outcomes. This paper explores the multifaceted impact of ICT on education, focusing on its ability to provide unprecedented access to information, foster innovative teaching methodologies, increase student engagement, and promote educational equity. By leveraging digital tools and resources, educators can create dynamic and interactive learning environments that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. ICT also empowers students to engage in self-directed learning and collaborate with peers across geographical boundaries. Moreover, the implementation of assistive technologies and adaptive learning platforms ensures that students with disabilities receive tailored support, promoting inclusivity. The potential of ICT to bridge educational gaps in underserved regions by providing high-quality content and flexible learning options underscores its role in advancing educational equity. Despite challenges such as the digital divide, the continued investment in ICT infrastructure and the adoption of innovative educational practices can create a more inclusive and equitable educational ecosystem. Ultimately, ICT holds the promise of reshaping the educational landscape, preparing students for success in the digital age and beyond.

In the countries where we have the construction of the legal system with the new laws, the ambiguity of the legal norms in the new laws in some cases is almost inevitable. But commenting on laws and judicial practice will be of great help to bring about the implementation of all legal norms as was the intention of the legislator, because the correct interpretation of legal provisions is a necessity of any legal order that creates a legal security for all citizens equally. Of course, the object of legal interpretation or clarification is not only written legal-civil norms, but also those that are part of customary law. The issue of interpretation of laws currently represents a fundamental concern for citizens and legal institutions, looking for a smart and innovative approach to address this issue effectively and sustainably. In this context, this paper aims to identify and analyze the advantages and challenges of legal doctrine and interpretation in the contemporary context.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of financial literacy on students' consumptive behavior with self-control as a moderating variable. The population in this study consisted of students who were studying economics for the 2020-2021 class at state universities in the province of East Java, Indonesia. Sampling used a purposive sampling method which resulted in 185 students. The analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is supported by the Partial Least Method (PLS). The results of this research show that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior, and self-control is unable to moderate the influence of financial literacy on consumptive behavior. Therefore, it is important to only pay attention to financial literacy, but in its application it requires strong self-control in students so as not to direct their purchasing patterns towards consumptive behavior.

Introduction: The study emphasizes non-personal data protection and proposes a way tailored to China's particular requirements for machine-generated data legal protection. Integrating foreign experiences into legislation is the goal. Aim and objectives: This study examines machine-generated data legal protections throughout data marketization to understand and improve its protection in changing digital environments. Method: This study compared China's growing data protection rules to Europe's GDPR and the US's CCPA. The study uses the Penta Helix framework to evaluate non-personal data in Shenzhen, Southern China, using document reviews, field observations, interviews, and surveys. Data quality, commercial sector compliance, public sector effect, academic contributions, civil society involvement, innovation, and ethics are evaluated. Result: This study compares Chinese and American non-personal data governance. The Cybersecurity and Data Security Law in China and the California Consumer Privacy Act in the US are highlighted. Clear frameworks and international coordination are needed to define and protect non-personal data. The private sector needs, public sector governance, academia's concerns, and civil society's participation. Both countries must balance data-driven innovation with privacy, security, and ethics. Conclusion: Safeguarding China's non-personal data rights, particularly machine-generated data, is imperative, requiring global perspectives, rigorous legal analysis, and collaboration to navigate challenges.

Social connectedness plays a crucial role in the lives of emerging adults. Hence, social connectedness assessment is necessary to check their acquisition of the expected competencies. Anchored on Bowlby's attachment theory and Eysenck theory on nature and nurture, this study profiled the emerging adults’ personality profile and extent of social connectedness in a state university in Western Visayas, Philippines, in terms of school, family, peer, and community relative to sex, academic program, birth order, and family structure. Utilizing the descriptive-correlational approach, a standardized personality inventory and an adapted social connectedness questionnaire were administered to 252 stratified randomly sampled emerging adults, using very great to very poor extent ratings. In data analysis, mean, standard deviation, frequency count, percentage, rank biserial, and eta correlation were employed. Overall, agreeableness has the highest rating. Emerging adults have great extent of social connectedness showing that they often feel cared, trusted, and respected by their professors, classmates, friends, family, and neighbors. Academic program and family structure had significant relationship with social connectedness, where education and science courses and those from intact families had higher rating than their counterparts. With these results, the theories are validated and a proposed enhancement personality development program is recommended to strengthen their social connectedness.

The emigration of educated individuals from Iran has become a prominent and multifaceted issue in recent years, eliciting diverse perspectives. Statistical analysis reveals a substantial surge in the number of Iranian students electing Germany as their preferred destination for higher education. Notably, the count of Iranian students studying in Germany has witnessed a more than threefold increase, soaring from 4,182 students in 2008 to 13,279 in 2023. Moreover, the student population has nearly tripled from 4,182 in 2008 to 11,573 in 2021, signifying a 45% surge compared to the preceding year. This prompts an inquiry into the factors underpinning Iranian students' preference for Germany. To delve into this phenomenon, a survey was conducted among Iranians residing in Germany. The survey outcomes reveal that the deteriorating living conditions in Iran, coupled with Germany's political stability and robust social welfare system, have played pivotal roles in motivating students and university graduates to pursue education abroad. Educational advancement emerges as a secondary consideration in their decision-making process.
