Swarm stability is concerned for compartmental networks with linear time invariant high-order dynamical protocol. Compartmental network is a specific type of dynamical multi-agent system. Necessary and sufficient condition of swarm stability is given, which requires that the products of nonzero elements from the spectrum of the Laplacian matrix of the network and the spectrum of the dynamical protocol possess nonnegative real parts. Two numerical instances are illustrated.

Based on interactive theory, this paper focuses on relational mechanisms and formal contracts and analyzes their effect on firm's innovation performance. The results show that although relational mechanisms and formal contracts affect firm's innovation performance, improvement of innovation performance is stronger when relational mechanisms and formal contracts are used jointly than when used separately.

XBRL is the latest technology used in processing accounting information. The core part of XBRL is the development and application of taxonomy. In the trend of international convergence of accounting standards, more and more organizations and institutions develop their taxonomies based on the IFRS Taxonomy. Three IFRS Taxonomy extensions are analyzed in this paper. The features and prerequisites of their extension modes would provide theoretical guidance for the taxonomy development.

This paper studies the portfolio selection problem under the fuzzy environment. First, we introduce the concept of CVaR of fuzzy variable, and then under this concept a fuzzy mean-CVaR model is proposed. In general it is impossible to find out the closed form solution, thus a hybrid intelligent algorithm is presented. Finally, an example is provided to examine our model.

Recently, the e-contact center has gained great popularity among online companies as a preferred channel to communicate with their customers. An e-contact center is paid so much attention mainly because it provides human-touch service, which results in trust, affective commitment. These are critical factors which enhance network customer loyalty. This research will show that an e-contact center plays a more important role in improving customer loyalty than the traditional call center in the purchasing process. Finally, some advice is offered for companies which will help to establish lone term relationship with network customers.

Diffusion of technology innovation is the dissemination of the technology innovation among the potential users by some means. Since the effect of technology innovation to productivity depends on the speed and range of its diffusion, the diffusion of technology innovation is an important component of technology innovation theory. In this paper, it is proved that the basic S-type diffusion function is symmetric about its inflection point, and some discussion is made on Fishes-prr model. Furthermore, the single investment risk evaluation method and comparison and selection method of investment scheme in modern risk measurement methods are employed to high-tech investment, and some instances are illustrated to analyze the risk measure of the high-tech innovation projects. This is of much value for risk investment decision-making.

With the gradual development and improvement of China's market economy, people have gradually realized the importance of customers to the enterprises that, without outstanding customer sources, enterprises are not able to develop in the future. The core technology applied in CRM is data mining. This paper analyzed the customer segmentation and studied how to apply data mining technology in customer segmentation.

this paper reviews the operational risk data of China's commercial banks from 1994 to 2008, and studies its type of distribution. In order to precisely capture the profile of the operational loss and event distribution of China's commercial banks, we select the operational risk loss distribution type with the Bayesian inference and test the GEV distribution on AIC and BIC standard. As closed-form solutions are not available for the operational risk distributions, we turn to the Bayesian MCMC algorithm for robust test on the selection. The result shows that with the increase of the iterations, the variance of estimated parameters becomes smaller, so we conclude that the operational risk loss distribution for China's commercial banks meets the Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) distribution.

In this research, we classified the various applications of Cloud Computing technologies in educational institutions. In addition, we identified the theoretical frameworks through which actual implementations can be evaluated. A case study was used to show the applicability of the theoretical frameworks. Upon completion of this research, a list of Critical Success Factors will be derived from both quantitative and qualitative data. The findings will provide support to planning and implementation of Cloud Computing technologies in educational institutions.
