As one of the bulk crops ranking only after the three trades in China, cotton is of great strategic importance, and the cotton textile industry is the pillar industry of China's foreign trade. This paper studies the cotton futures price index and the spot price of cotton in Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange from June 2004 to September 2010 as samples. By using ADF test, EG method, impulse response, this paper carries out the empirical research on the daily closing data of China's cotton futures market and the spot market. The results suggest that a long-term equilibrium relationship between the spot market and the futures market exists, and that the futures market functions as a guide to the spot market. However, in short-term, the futures market is relatively weak in maintaining the equilibrium relationship. The markets react variously to all kinds of information and are responding more fiercely to the news of decreasing, and this reveals the immaturity of the markets and the existing problems. Based on the research and results above, along with the current situation of China's cotton industry, this paper aims to put forward policy recommendations at the end.

We develop a new W-cycle multiscale multigrid method that can use the existing multilevel (different scale) grid hierarchy to approximate the sixth order solution of Poisson equation based on the fourth order discretization schemes. Richardson extrapolation procedure is used on the fine grid level in multigrid method. Numerical results are conducted to show the solution accuracy and the computational efficiency of our new method, compared to Wang-Zhang's sixth order multiscale multigrid method using V-cycle.

This paper takes Henan province for example to establish the model which analyze the effect of rural physical and human capital investment on the farmers' income, and comes to the conclusions that both the two aspects have made great contribution to the increase of farmers' income, but the overall investment level are low, and the human capital investment enjoys a higher investment number and better effect on farmers' income compared to physical investment. Therefore, to ensure the long-term stable growth of farmers' income, it is necessary to increase the investment in agricultural production, while take various measures to promote the development of human capital in rural areas.

In this paper, we employ projection and contraction methods (PC method) to solve variational inequality defined on a closed and convex symmetric cone (SCVI). By introducing Jordan product operator into a finite-dimensional inner product space $V$, we get an Euclidean Jordan algebras $(V, circ)$. For a given $xin V$, we have a spectral decomposition of $x$ with respect to a Jordan frame of $V$. Therefore, we can easily obtain projection of $x$ on the square cone $K$ of $V$($K$ is a symmetric cone). We describe some implementation issues of PC-methods for solving $mbox{SCVI}(K, F)$ with uniformly strong monotone mapping $F$, while $K=R_+^n$, $K=Lambda^n_+$ and $K=S^n_+$, respectively. Finally, we propose an implementation of PC methods for $mbox{SCVI}(S^n_+, F)$ with uniformly strong monotone and Lipschitz continue mapping $F: S^nright arrow S^n$, and give some numerical results to show validity of the proposed method.

The comprehensive evaluation in Fuzzy Mathematics combined with fuzzy recognition method is used for selecting the outstanding employees in an enterprise. In this study, a criterion is firstly set for judging the performance of the employees, and a group of the candidates are selected by means of the comprehensive evaluation. The model of fuzzy recognition is then applied to select the annual outstanding employee from the candidates. This selection approach provides a simple way for the enterprises to pick the outstanding staffs. This makes the selection process to be carried out with high credibility and justice, and it also helps to motivate the employees and raise the cohesiveness of the company.

Demodulation reference signal plays a very important role in channel estimation and equalization in the receiver within the LTE system. At beginning, this paper provides the various formulas that generate the demodulation reference signal (DMRS) in the physical uplink Shared channel (PUSCH), and then presents the design flow chart for programming realization. After that, Using TI(Texas Instruments corporation) TMS320C6455 DSP, it generates DMRS in PUSCH by software programming, using C and assembly language. Finally, this paper specifically describes the realization of division and exponentiation because it's the hardest and most time-consuming operations in the DSP implementation. The method written in this paper has been applied to LTE-TDD wireless integrated test instrument development.

In China, the application of fair value has gone through three phases among practitioners: first application, avoidance and re-application, and same things happened in academic circles. This article will start with statistical analysis and induction on research bibliographies that were published in economics and management journals originated from CSSCI to arrive at a conclusion that topics such as reliability of fair value measurement, value relevance, the relationship between fair value and earnings management are currently among the most concerned ones in studying fair value. Then take statistics of key words as reference to select bibliographies and elaborate the article from four aspects. Our results suggest that the research on fair-value auditing and the continuous all-around convergence of fair value accounting standards are the new trends.
