In order to decrease the uncertainty and instability of single classifiers in corporate financial distress prediction, this paper proposes a prediction model based on ensemble learning. The proposed approach first establishes different predictor systems by randomly partitioning dataset and applying feature selection techniques, and then constructs different classifiers based on different predictor systems. At last, these classifiers are combined for corporate financial distress prediction. In the empirical study, logistic regression and support vector machine are employed as the basic classifiers. The experimental results on 300 corporations listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange show the accuracy and advantage of the proposed prediction model.

This paper mainly deals with a new mode of comprehensive evaluation of dinking water quality, which is based on interval-valued fuzzy mathematics. During this evaluation mode, aiming at index system of quality evaluation of drinking water, we will value the quality of drinking water on the basis of interval-valued fuzzy mathematics by experts' setting the matrix of fuzzy evaluation after our fixing weights of various indexes through interval values. Then we program computer software of the evaluation model so that we evaluate the quality through computer. This method makes evaluation results more in line with objective facts because it combines the objective weight with subjective experience to avoid the subjectivity and one-sidedness of the previous evaluation.

Collision detection is an important part of the development in virtual reality system. In this paper, we describe the principle, realization of AABB (axis-aligned bounding boxes) collision detection algorithm and three-dimensional frame (3D Frame) collision detection algorithm. AABB bounding box algorithm is a small amount of testing speed. Three-dimensional frame collision detection method is calculating the distance between rays to determine whether the objects collide in a certain time slice. Both methods can handle different situations of collision detection. The paper also gives the application using the Virtool's graphical development engine, two algorithms to solve the collision detection in drilling simulation system. Finally, the whole system can be found to achieve the desired effect of the collision, and collisions are also able to control the accuracy within the system to meet the requirements of authenticity.

Information has already become the motive force of the urban economy and social development, which make the industrial economy into information economy and socio-economy. Comprehensive assessment on the core competence of real-estate companies will be conducted with the application of catastrophe progression method. Based on catastrophe theory, the thesis will assess the core competence of three exampled real-estate listed companies and establish the index system assessment for core competence with the consideration of their business characteristics. Meanwhile, improved normalization method can be exerted to make index data dimensionless. After comparative analysis of assessment results, it is much easier to find out problems correctly existing in the corporation management. Therefore, it can offer exceeding decision information for corporation management, in order to make targeted improvements.

Nonnegative matrix factorization method is a kind of new matrix decomposition method. It is an effective tool for large data processing and analysis. At the same time, NMF has an important performance on intelligent information processing and pattern recognition. This paper first analyses and discusses the NMF algorithms based on its basic theory. We then propose new methods of data clustering and classification based on NMF separately. NMF method is applied to reduce the dimension of the original matrix. We run clustering algorithms on the encoded matrix after NMF processing instead of on the original matrix. Running clustering algorithms on smaller encoded matrix can save more time and storage space. After that, we bring in a series of improvement methods of classification on the basis of clustering. Finally we have done experiments to test and verify them, and gotten good results.

Principal Component Analysis is used to build coordinated development model of port logistics and regional economy. Based on the data of J combinatorial ports from 2002 to 2009, we evaluate the coordinated development between two systems, and come to the coordinated development degree of port logistics system and regional economic system. Our results provide relative scientific and objective basis for decision-makers.
