Based on the study of vehicle routing problem of a tobacco logistics distribution center, this paper establishes a specific mathematical model, providing clients with optimal grouping and routes by finding out routes after grouping. The actual process is to group the clients according to the capacity of a single vehicle to make the total amount of demands of all clients not exceed the capacity of the vehicle in each group. Then the routes are obtained based on the nearest insertion algorithm in a TSP problem in each group to get the optimization.

A method is developed to evaluate the current induced during startup in the vacuum vessel of EAST (Experimental Advanced Super conducting Tokamak) based on the least square algorithm. As the eddy currents distribution is axisymmetric and uneven, it is usually modeled using a thin shell approximation for the vacuum vessel. This problem is reduced to a circuit model by dividing the vacuum vessel into 40 units. Solving the circuit equation by means of the least square method, the eddy currents distribution can be got. Calculation results of the eddy currents distribution and measured results in EAST agree well, which confirms the correctness of the method and the models.

One-dimensional global optimization of a function f(x) in an interval D is still a difficult problem. In this paper, we pose a new method for finding the ε-global optimal value of f(x) in D. We first approximate the function f (x) via its partial sum of its Fourier series. We show that for given ε, we can find a partial sum sn(x) n of its Fourier series such that $math$ when n is larger than some positive number. Then we consider finding the ε-global optimal value of this partial sum, which turns out to be able to be converted into a semi-definite programming problem via some transformation, hence is able to be solved by interior point method in polynomial time.

The introduction of power forward option transaction in the power market not only provides a richer revenue mix for the participants, but also plays an important role in dispersing and avoiding those uncertainties of the market that they have to face, improving the controllability of transaction and enhancing the stability of the power market operation. In this paper, the strategy using of power forward option and its trading operations in the power market is analyzed and specific examples are presented.

The paper studies the dynamic correlation between China's and the U.S stock markets prior and posterior to the Sub prime Crisis, 2007. By incorporating the problem of time-difference into our empirical study, we analyze the possibly existing transmission mechanism between these two markets in virtue of EDCC-GARCH model. We concludes that EDCC-GARCH model well-depicts the relationships between China's and American stock market. From the dynamic correlation coefficients from 2005 to 2010, we can see that the relationship between China's and the U.S. stock markets becomes more stable as the development of China's financial market continues.

Along with the rapid development of Internet, research of information extraction in the field has been extensive concerned by scholars. However, with the widely application of Web2.0, the traditional web information extraction technology can't meet the needs of users. The traditional web information extraction is mainly directed against the static HTML pages, while it is powerless with the dynamic web page which contains Ajax. So, how to efficiently extract information in dynamic web pages becomes one of a difficult problem in the information extraction field. In this paper, a method about web information extraction based on Ajax is proposed through the thorough investigation into the traditional Web information extraction. Compared with the traditional web information extraction technology, its advantage is embedded with a dynamic web processing engine in the process of DOM (Document Object Model) tree produce. The engine will be used exclusively to analytic the dynamic web pages for the DOM tree and real-time update the DOM tree. Experimental results show that, this method can better extract information of dynamic web pages.

Since 2005 China has claimed that it will move towards a more market-oriented system of managing its foreign exchange. China, however, has remained in part a managed economic system. This article examines the relative importance of fundamentalist, chartist and currency arrangements in determining the RMB exchange regime using both traditional linear models and artificial neural networks (ANN). We find that the emphasis on the US Dollar as a reference currency has declined. Fundamentalist forces are strong determinants of the currency exchange. The RBF ANN model is among the best performing in minimizing forecasting error.

Past decades, domestic enterprises widely used ERP systems, accounting information system have been integrated into ERP systems are embedded. ERP environment, along with business process changes, the system is open. The dispersion of information, data sharing have greatly changed the previous business and centralized operating environment. Thus it is important to change the content and the traditional risk control methods. Accounting information system of internal control of the object, focus, methods, processes, ERP systems are needed based on the adjustment process.
