The purpose of this study was to find out an overview of the herbal medicine usage as an immune booster at the University of August 17, 1945 Jakarta. The characteristics of the description of the use of herbal medicine to increase endurance obtained are the average in the age category (26-45 years) of 41.00%, the majority sex of men as much as 53.70%, the most education level is Bachelor (S1) of 42.10%. A type of medicinal plant to increase the body's resistance is red ginger (60.00%). Utilization of medicinal plants as a self-medication effort (78.90 %). An overview of recommending or giving the herbs to others for free (50.50%). The level of knowledge about traditional medicine within the University of August 17, 1945 Jakarta is good as many as 68 people (71.60%).

At Syaichona Moh. Cholil Islamic Boarding School Gambut is one of the events where students will be selected and have the right to be made outstanding students, usually called student stars. To simplify, it is necessary to create a decision support system (DSS). In the SPK selection of outstanding students, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used. This method can determine the weight value for each criterion, followed by a ranking process to select the best alternative from all the alternatives. The student achievement data used is data from the test score of class 4 students at the MI level graduating in 2020. In the DSS test using the SAW method, it can be concluded that the highest score with a value of 0.90 is the value recommended by the user to determine outstanding students.

Seven Sungkai Peronemins compounds belong to the alkaloid group, Peronemin A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, and D1. Sungkai contains several bioactive compounds, triterpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, steroids, and saponins which can act as anti-inflammatory candidates. Geometry optimization to find the most stable molecular structure and SMILES of the peronemin compound was used to predict pIC50 using the pChEMBL® program. From the test results of seven peronemin compounds, several candidate target molecules were obtained as potential anti-inflammatory agents, namely Angiotensin II type 2 (AT-2) receptors, Dihydrofolate reductase, and Phosphodiesterase 7A. Of the three target molecules, the Angiotensin II type 2 (AT-2) receptor on peronemin C1 has the highest pIC50 value of 6.79. The highest pIC50 value indicates an exponentially potent inhibitor in determining its biological activity. The anti-inflammatory function of AT-2 is revealed by its involvement in modulating mediators such as cytokines and chemokines.

Accreditation is an assessment activity to determine the eligibility of a department and higher education. Accreditation aims to determine the eligibility of departments and universities based on criteria that refer to the national higher education standards and guarantee the quality of departments and universities externally in both academic and non-academic fields to protect the interests of students and the community. All accreditation agencies have different accreditation instruments. The scoring calculation can be done automatically through the application of the respective accreditation agency and can only be seen by the assessment team, while departments and universities cannot see it. so far, universities and departments can only calculate accreditation scores manually using the excell application based on accreditation assessment instruments and matrices. Therefore, the research team wants to create a web-based application that can calculate accreditation scores independently to calculate accreditation assessment scores quickly and accurately.

Human resources are a very valuable asset in a company where these resources are employees. Human Resources (HR) department is part of a company in charge of managing employees. HR managers have an important role to present data and workforce profiles, understand company needs, and provide recommendations regarding employee management to improve company performance. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that is in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunication networks in Indonesia. PT Telkom Regional VI is a part of PT Telkom which operates in the Borneo area. In daily operational activities, HR managers are asked to present a workforce profile. To present data, HR managers need to collect data from various sources. Due to different data sources, management has difficulty in reading labor data so that it can trigger a revision of data presentation. Repeating management of similar data also causes additional allocation of time and effort. Therefore, this study aims to develop the HR Operational Dashboard Website at PT Telkom Regional VI using the scrum model. The stages in the scrum include sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The HR Operational Dashboard website was successfully developed using the scrum method with a total product backlog of 27 items in 6 sprints. This website can help HR manager presents accurate data and can be a media to support decision-making

This study aims to analyze the superior rice farming of the Ciherang variety including the costs, revenues, income, profits, and feasibility of the Ciherang variety superior rice farming in Parigi Village, Bakarangan District, Tapin Regency. This research was conducted in May 2022. The data was collected in the form of primary data and secondary data using the Census sampling method. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative analysis that is processed descriptively and a financial analysis to calculate the cost, revenue, income, profit, and feasibility of Ciherang rice farming. The results showed that the average production was 4.337,5kg/farmer. The average total cost is Rp 11.931.789/farmer, the average revenue is Rp 18.056.250/farmer, the average income is Rp 9.227.469/farmer, and the average profit received by farmers is Rp 6.124.461. The ratio R/C value is 1,53. Thus, the superior rice farming of the Ciherang variety in Parigi Village, Bakarangan District, Tapin Regency is feasible to cultivate.
本研究旨在分析塔平县巴卡兰干区Parigi村慈和让品种优良水稻种植的成本、收益、收入、利润和可行性。这项研究是在2022年5月进行的。数据采用普查抽样法，以一手资料和二次资料的形式收集。对所使用的数据进行分析，是进行描述性处理的定性分析和财务分析，以计算慈和让水稻种植的成本、收入、收入、利润和可行性。结果表明，平均产量为4.337.5 kg/户。平均总成本为11.931.789 Rp /农民，平均收入为18.056.250 Rp /农民，平均收入为9.227.469 Rp /农民，农民获得的平均利润为6.124.461 Rp。比值R/C值为1.53。因此，在泰平县巴卡兰干区Parigi村进行慈贺让品种的优良水稻种植是可行的。

Pharmacies are a form of health service facility for the community, with the rapidly increasing number of pharmacies having a positive impact on the community, that is being able to compare prices from one pharmacy to another so that each pharmacy can provide better services at competitive prices. Competition for pharmacies, whether privately or publicly owned, is becoming more common. This makes the pharmacy business more competitive, including Fajar Farma Pharmacy. The purpose of the study was to determine the 7P marketing mix strategy applied at Fajar Farma Pharmacy and the relationship between the 7P marketing mix strategy and consumer satisfaction at Fajar Farma Pharmacy. The sample in this research was consumers who buy drugs at Fajar Farma Pharmacy. The mix strategy applied at Fajar Farma Pharmacy has gone very well. This is in line with the results of the average value obtained in the aspects of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence, which are all in the "very good" category. The Spearman rank test results show that the relationship between the physical evidence aspect and the characteristics of the education respondents has the highest correlation coefficient value, with a result of 0.271 and a significant (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05 and a weak relationship strength with a confidence interval of 95%.

The coal waste that is generated from the steam power plant (PLTU) process can cause environmental pollution. The coal waste is then investigated to be used as a mixture to stabilize the subgrade of road construction for the South Kalimantan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristic value of each combination of fly ash, bottom ash, and cement as a mixture of subgrade layer. The 5 combinations of fly ash, bottom ash, cement, and soil were used as a mixture of subgrade layer. This research used an experimental method through laboratory testing which included the Atterberg limit testing, specific gravity, sieve analysis, compaction and california bearing ratio. Furthermore, it was obtained the composition of fly ash, bottom ash, cement and soil that can be used for common and selected embankments in highway construction for soft soils in South Kalimantan. The coal waste is then investigated to be used as a mixture to stabilize the subgrade of road construction for the South Kalimantan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristic value of each combination of fly ash, bottom ash, and cement as a mixture of subgrade layer. The 5 combinations of fly ash, bottom ash, cement, and soil were used as a mixture of subgrade layer. This research used an experimental method through laboratory testing which included the Atterberg limit testing, specific gravity, sieve analysis, compaction and california bearing ratio. Furthermore, it was obtained the composition of fly ash, bottom ash, cement and soil that can be used for common and selected embankments in highway construction for soft soils in South Kalimantan.
