Empirically, kawao (Millettia sericea) leaves are used to treat fever and toothache. The development of medicinal plants into traditional medicines needs to be pursued. The first step that can be taken is characterization. Characterization is useful for knowing the quality of a simplicia, so that these results can be used as a reference for further research development. The research objective was to determine the specific and non-specific characteristics of kawao leaf simplicia. The research that was conducted was non-experimental research. The research stages included plant determination, manufacturing of simplicia, testing of specific and non-specific characteristics of simplicia. The results of the specific characterization of the macroscopic / organoleptic test showed that the leaves were elongated, dark green in color, had a distinctive smell (aromatic), bitter taste, pinnate leaf bone arrangement, tapered leaf tips, rounded leaf base, flat leaf edge, thick leaf flesh, leaf width 8 - 9.5 cm and 21 - 27 cm long. The simplicia powder is dark green, has a distinctive smell (aromatic) and has a bitter taste. Microscopic test showed that the identifier of simplicia consisted of vascular bundles, lower epidermis, anomocytic type stomata, hair covering and parenchyma. The average water soluble extract content was 35.5%, the ethanol soluble extract content was 10.5%, and the phytochemical screening results were positive for alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and steroids. The non-specific characteristics of the water content averaged 6.75%, the total ash content was 4.28% on average, the acid insoluble ash content was 1.47% on average. Magnetite (Fe 3 O 4 ) is one of the iron oxide compounds which has strong magnetic properties so that it is widely modified with other materials for application in solid phase extraction. This study aims to compare the physical and chemical properties of magnetite synthesized by conventional methods and magnetite synthesized by sonochemical methods. The physical and chemical properties of magnetite were studied using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) and X-Ray Difraction spectrophotometry. Magnetite saturation magnetization (Ms) was measured using a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The results of FTIR characterization showed that the absorption at a wave number of 780 cm -1 was a typical absorption of magnetite Fe-O bonds both on magnetite synthesized through sonochemical and conventional methods. The difference in crystallinity of magnetite synthesized by the two methods was not significant. The Ms magnetite value synthesized by sonochemical method was higher than the Ms magnetite value synthesized by conventional method. Every year LLDIKTI XI Kalimantan provides scholarships to universities under its auspices. Which Uniska has received scholarships since 2015-2018 as many as 152 bidik misi students for new students. Which is usually selected using manual steps with the help of human power. From the selection process there are problems, namely human factors. Therefore we need a computational process that supports the selection process. Then the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method is used for the classification process and the TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method is used to give a priority ranking of scholarship. The average speed of the entire process in the selection system and recommendations for the acceptance of the UNISKA Bidik Misi scholarship with the implementation of the SVM and TOPSIS methods using testing from a comparison ratio of 19.12 seconds, the fastest time is 14.40 and the longest time is 23.58. The accuracy of the selection and recommendation of acceptance of the UNISKA Bidik Misi scholarship using the training data comparison ratio and 90%: 10% data testing has an average accuracy of 85.53% and testing based on the best parameters of the SVM sequential training process is λ (Lambda) = 0.1 , constant γ (gamma) = 0.05, e = 0.0001, Maximum Iteration = 1000, ratio of 90%: 10% and value of d = 2, C (Complexity) = 1. Nitrogen is an additional material used in the processing of nata de coco which functions as a protein provider for the formation and proliferation of bacterial cells which will affect the formed cellulose. The purpose of this study was to determine how to process nata de coco using skim and coconut water without adding a nitrogen source. The treatment tested in this study is a variety of substrates, namely coconut water subtrate (Sa), coconut water and coconut milk skim subtrate (Sb), and coconut milk skim subtrate (Sc). The treatments were arranged in a completely randomized design with three replications. Observations were made on the yield, weight and thickness of the nata. The results showed that the yield, weight, and thickness values of nata de coco were influenced by the treatment being tested. The best results were obtained from treatment (Sa) which resulted in a yield of 54.50%, nata weight of 600 grams, and thickness of 1.7 cm. Tujuan di buat sistem informasi website tracer studi ini adalah agar mempermudah petugas pengumpulkan data dan pencarian data alumi berupa tracer study. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasikan komponen-komponen perancangan sistem informasi meliputi Rancangan Menu, Rancangan Database, Relasi Antar Tabel, Diagram Konteks. Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Rancangan Tampilan, Rancangan Output dan Laporan serta Pembuatan Program. Untuk pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL.

The Hiperkes Center of South Kalimantan Province is one of the Unit for Occupational Health Centers in the Province of South Kalimantan, one of its services is to conduct environmental testing in companies and the community. Balai Hiperkes Laboratory has a lot of tools and materials. So it is necessary to build an application so that the data management of the Equipment and Materials in the Laboratory becomes more effective and efficient. The Laboratory Equipment and Material Management System at the Hiperkes Center of South Kalimantan Province is still done manually. In conventional data processing with a data collection system that is now felt there are still many deficiencies that occur, because the existing system still uses sheets of paper, archives and uses Microsoft Office applications (MS-Word and MS-Excel) even using the Book archive, so that it can cause data is easily lost or damaged. System development in the form of Implementation of Desktop-Based Tools and Materials Data Management Application in Hiperkes Central Laboratory is a system that provides offline information in the form of reports on desktop and tool-based management data using the Delphi 7 application with MySQL database, thus helping speed and quality in submit information. Besides that, based on the desktop, the data information can be accessed with an unspecified time and place. In this system, it can only be accessed by the user or the lab admin. In this study, aside from describing the theoretical studies used as the basis for the preparation, it will also be discussed about system design and information system development. So that it is expected to be implemented in a product that will correct all the shortcomings that exist in the old system.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mixing commercial ration with water hyacinth leaf meal on the performance of crickets. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications ie without giving hyacinth leaf powder and water hyacinth leaf powder administration of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The data were analyzed using Homogenetas Test (Bartlett), F test (analysis of variance) and the region continued Duncan's Multiple Test (DMRT). The results showed that the mixing of water hyacinth leaf meal in the ration significantly affect weight gain and final body weight crickets but no significant effect on feed intake, feed conversion, body length and mortality crickets.

Chili raw hiyung is the local flagship of Tapin Regency which is especially cultivated by farmers in Hiyung Village. The feasibility level is important in a business with the aim of obtaining a picture or clarity on a reasonable and more profitable land area. The study was conducted on 14 farmers with stratified random sampling and simple random sampling to determine the sample of each group. The results showed that the total cost of the average breeder Farmer I of Rp. 15,065,435, - and Farmer II amounting to Rp. 38,777,595, - with average production of Farmer I 1,078 kg and Farmer II of 2578 kg. average earnings of Farmer I amounted to Rp. 32,860,919, - and Farmer II amounting to Rp. 78,520,724, - farmer's average income of Rp. 25,119,484, - and Farmer II amounting to Rp.54.524.129, - and RCR average Farmers I of 2.15 and Farmer II of 2.04.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects different extenders on motility, membrane and acrosome integrity of post-thawed bull sperm. Twenty ejaculates from four crossbreed bulls were collected. Within 5 min after sperm collection the fresh semen was divided into three groups based on types of extenders; (1) with Tris buffers, (2) with sodium citrate, and (3) with TALP extenders. A computer assisted semen analysis, hypo-osmotic swelling test, and fluorescence isothiocyanate labelled peanut agglutinin (FITC-PNA) techniques were used to determine motility, membrane integrity and acrosome integrity of spermatozoa, respectively, in both fresh ejaculate and frozen thawed semen. The percentage motility, membrane integrity and acrosome integrity in fresh ejaculate were higher than post-thawed. The sperm motility and membrane integrity were no significantly different (P> 0,05) among all extenders. Whereas, the membrane acrosome integrity of spermatozoa in post-thawed was significantly different (P< 0.05) when TALP extender was compared with sodium citrate, and Tris buffer extenders. In conclusion, all extenders resulted in a better sperm motility, membrane integrity after, while acrosome integrity was no significant after cryopreservation.
