Investigation of the Influence of Transport Delay Magnitude on Robustness of the Follow-Up Motor 传输延迟大小对后续电机鲁棒性影响的研究

The paper has considered the system of automatic control of a follow-up motor and demonstrated the possibility of investigating this system as a discrete one with changing parameters of the transport delay. The transfer function of the control object has been obtained with interval coefficients of the numerator and denominator polynomials, taking into account the possible ranges of changes in the transport delay. The applied graphical method of investigating the obtained system has provided the output of the family of root trajectories on the complex plane, it visually demonstrated the robust absolute stability of the system of automatic control of the follow-up motor. The simulation carried out in the Matlab system has proved the correctness of the obtained results and the ease of using standard procedures compared to the known ones.

Improved Methodology for Optimising the Electrical Operation of a Shaft-Type Arc Steelmaking Furnace 轴式电弧炼钢炉电气操作优化的改进方法

The paper develops an improved multi-criteria optimization methodology for electric mode of shaft type electric arc steelmaking furnace. A new mathematical model is proposed for electric arc furnace circuit with simplified regulator, which allows calculating new modes with higher speed in comparison with the classical model. Taking into account the past research experience, the steps allowing implementing the proposed methodology in practice are highlighted. Criteria are formulated and that make it possible to determine the most optimal combinations of control parameter settings to achieve an increase in the furnace energy efficiency. The results of experimental research based on the existing shaft-type arc steel-making furnace SF-125 are presented. The developed methodology effectiveness is evaluated by comparing the energy performance of SF-125 before and after changing the electric modes. A brief assessment is given on the possibility of applying the new methodology to other furnaces of different capacities and classes.

Stacker Crane Position System Development 堆垛起重机定位系统开发

A stacker crane for warehouses is under consideration. The structure of the stacker crane's electric drive power part is discussed in detail. Advantages and disadvantages of each considered systems are highlighted. The stacker crane position system is under consideration as well. Variants of positioning systems are discussed as a result of significant warehouse problems. A computer vision-based system for positioning hoisting-and-transport machines is presented to overcome the aforementioned issue. Common problems that are often faced in the computer vision systems area are discussed. Computer vision software and hardware are considered in the paper. The example of finding blobs that is used in the first version of the stacker crane is shown in the paper.

Wind Load Calculation Acting on PV Plant with Solar Tracking System 带太阳能跟踪系统的光伏电站风荷载计算

The article presents an overview of photovoltaic plant design software. The considered programs do not allow to analyze the value of the wind load on a photovoltaic plant. This aspect must be taken into account when designing photovoltaic plants with solar tracking systems. A computational 3D model of the photovoltaic plant with a dual-axis solar tracking system of the Orenburg State University has been developed in the SolidWorks. An analysis of the wind loads on a plant has been carried out at wind speeds of 32 m/s, 7.9 m/s and at various inclination angles of photovoltaic modules. Revealed that the photovoltaic plant will be under significant wind load at a wind speed of 32 m/s and inclination angle $beta=45^{circ}$ and $beta=79^{circ}$. Long-term operation of the photovoltaic plant under these conditions will lead to a significant reduction in service life. In this regard, the control system must be equipped with protection of the photovoltaic plant from wind loads.

Onboard Computer Function Implementation Based on Cordic Algorithm 基于Cordic算法的车载计算机功能实现

Increasing the self-sufficiency of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) requires that their functionality is greatly expanded under certain restrictions on their onboard computers. For this mission, we have to fulfil a wide range of data processing methods and algorithms, including distance and speed measurement, navigation, orientation finding, precision guidance of computer vision systems, search for objects, recognition of objects, intelligent control, etc. We discuss the problems of choosing the appropriate hardware and software platforms for onboard computers, and optimal distribution of functions over the computing units in order to provide data processing in real time. Preference is given to the software and platforms which support the algorithms from CORDIC family.

Control System for a Discrete Weight Meter 离散式称重计控制系统

The paper deals with the synthesis of a control system for a discrete weight dispenser. To determine the law of regulation, his mathematical model was obtained on the channel “voltage frequency on the stator of the electric motor of the feeder - the reading of the material mass sensor”, which was subsequently linearized, which allowed, by the method of assigning poles, to synthesize the analog regulation system. The synthesized control algorithm was tested on a nonlinear model of the obj ect, taking into account the limitations imposed on the control effect. In addition, an algorithm for discrete control of the feeder drive was developed and a comparative analysis of analog and discrete control systems was carried out. As a result, it was found that with the required dosing accuracy not exceeding 1 %, it is most expedient to use a discrete control system.

Investigation of the Influence of Elevated Ambient Temperatures on the Operation of Photovoltaic Modules 环境温度升高对光伏组件运行影响的研究

The article considers the influence the elevated ambient temperatures have on the photovoltaic modules efficiency. The photovoltaic module surface temperatures in the hottest months were calculated for the Southern Urals, as well as for countries with high average daily temperature. Possible electrical and economic losses due the photovoltaic module surface overheating were identified. The paper proposes cooling and protection options for the modules to prevent overheating when used in solar power plants, as well as calculates the effect overheating protection and cooling systems use on electrical losses during generation.

Structure Synthesis of the Rock Mass Measuring System in a Bucket of a Shovel Excavator and Dragline 铲式挖掘机铲斗及曳绳岩体测量系统的结构综合

The aim of the work is to synthesize the functional structure for measuring rock masses in buckets of a shovel excavator and dragline. To achieve the objective, the work includes a review and classification of modern information and diagnostic systems and methods of measuring rock masses in bucket, a description of an excavator as an object of research and problem statement of measuring rock masses in buckets. We consider direct and indirect methods of measuring rock masses in buckets of mining excavators. The methods are based on an estimation of the corresponding forces in the excavator working equipment or of the moment in mechanical transmissions. Industrial excavator information systems are categorized by a rock mass measurement method. We present the structure of the system for measuring the rock mass in a bucket by means of the main electric drives of a power shovel and dragline excavators. The system receives real-time signals from the main electric drives control system, the protection system and the excavator driver's command apparatus. The system includes a digital filter, a model of electric drives, a working equipment model and a module of statistical processing of the rock mass measurement results in the bucket of an excavator. To summarize, we tackle the problem of rock mass measurements in the bucket by means of the main AC drives of a power shovel and dragline excavators.

Study of the Condensing Unit Operating Modes of the Power Unit of a 300 MW Thermal Power Plant 某300mw火电厂动力机组凝汽机组运行模式研究

The article presents the results of the analysis of the operation main modes of the condenser for a 300 MW power unit capacity of a K-300-240-2 KhTGZ turbine. The article presents graphs of the dependence of steam consumption at power consumption in the condenser and heating, the change in the final enthalpy at the pressure flow in the condenser, etc. Calculation of the condenser thermal balance of the power unit was carried out on the basis of the power plants classical calculation of thermal circuits. Based on the obtained results, a mathematical model was developed that can use in the development of a prototype hardware complex for controlling the rotation of the blades, taking into account the correction for changes in the vacuum characteristics and load characteristics of the power unit.

Intelligent System For Adapting Typical Laws Of Automatic Control Based On Neural Networks 基于神经网络的自动控制典型规律自适应智能系统

The structure of an intelligent system for adapting typical automatic control laws with the function of identifying parameters and the structure of an object has been developed and described. The developed system solves a complex of interrelated tasks: identification of the structure and parameters of the object, setting and selection of the controller type, identification of parametric disturbances. The intelligent system consists of three levels: the identification level, the control system design level, and the executive level. The tasks of the identification level include: identification of the parameters and structure of the object by observing the transient response of the object with a step action at the input, identification of a parametric disturbance by the method of comparative assessment of the transient processes of the reference model and the real control object. As a result of identifying the parameters and the structure of the object, the controller is designed - setting the parameters and choosing the type of controller. The executive circuit is rearranged by a closed control system. Neural networks were chosen as a tool for implementing the system for identifying parameters and the structure of an object, for designing a control system. As a prototype of the control object, typical dynamic links and their connections were chosen. The article provides a general description of the structure of an intelligent system for adapting standard control laws, a description of individual functions, structural and graphical diagrams, and simulation results.
