The methods applied to eliminate self-oscillation of one integrated LNA 介绍了消除单积分LNA自振荡的方法

After the reasons for self-oscillation are analyzed, several self-oscillation elimination methods are introduced to the design of a low noise amplifier (LNA) which works in the LS-band. These methods include: adding a source negative feedback stability circuit; improving the decoupling circuit; applying change to the DC power to adjust the static operating point slightly to deal with circuit mismatching; adjusting the layout of the microstrip circuit; improving grounding; improving the rectifying bias circuit.

FDTD evaluation of transmission characteristic in GTEM cells GTEM细胞传输特性的时域有限差分评价

The finite difference time domain (FDTD) technique is used to analyze the transmission characteristic in GTEM cells in a polar coordinate system. To simulate the propagation of the wave at the terminal section a first order absorption boundary condition was implemented. The scattering coefficient and characteristic impedance are calculated. The analysis has been carried out in the frequency domain response with pulse source by means of a discrete Fourier transform.

The developing of targets' quickly-modeling software based on OpenGL 基于OpenGL的目标快速建模软件的开发

In this paper, a new quick modeling software is presented. The model generated by the software is applied to analyze the targets' electromagnetic characteristics. The method of modeling is carried out with the key points and the surface fairing arithmetic. The output model of the software is composed of discrete grids in the form of the data files. By OpenGL, the solid image of the model is input to the GRECO, and the RCS of the target can be obtained.

Effects of pulsed magnetic field on personal computers 脉冲磁场对个人计算机的影响

Around a lightning conductor or a metal construction which conducts a transient electric current, there is a strong pulsed magnetic field. A pulsed magnetic field simulation system was developed to study the effect of strong magnetic pulses on a micro-electronic system. In the experiment, personal computers were put into the electromagnetic environment of the simulator. Coupling paths, interference threshold, the relation of the threshold to rise time and duration of the field were studied by changing the peak value, duration and rise time of the simulated pulsed magnetic field. Results show that the connecting cables are the main paths that introduce interference; simple shielding can reduce the interference to some extent and the interference is more likely to affect the micro-electronic system if its time derivative is larger.

The analysis of radiation diagram and transmission efficiency for imperfect radome 不完全天线罩辐射图及传输效率分析

In this paper, a study of the radiation diagram and transmission efficiency for an imperfect radome is presented. Based on the ray tracing method, the results of computer simulation show the changes of radiation diagrams and transmission efficiency caused by outside damage for two types of radomes.

An improved diffraction tomographic inversion technique for imaging near-surface buried objects 近地表埋藏物成像的改进衍射层析反演技术

A new diffraction tomography algorithm for the detection of near-surface buried objects with ground penetrating radar (GPR) is derived. Improved image quality is obtained by avoiding an asymptotic approximation made by previous algorithms. This new diffraction tomography technique is shown to outperform its predecessor.

The study of spectrum estimation in the power electronic devices based on wavelet analysis 基于小波分析的电力电子器件频谱估计研究

The EMI spectrum plays an important role in the EMC prediction of the power electronic devices. A spectrum estimation method is presented, which combines the good ability of Fourier analysis in accurate frequency localization and the features of wavelet analysis both in saltation signal processing and in adaptive signal processing, to apply a wavelet thresholding to the EMI characteristic of the system. This thresholding method has been verified by simulation and the experiment results in a power converter.

A modified digital measuring method on flickering 一种改进的闪烁数字测量方法

The computational method of flickering is discussed closely and a new advanced method based on the FFT algorithm is put forward. In the course of a test environment that is IEC regulated, a simulation based on Matlab is completed. The test proves that the new method can both simplify the calculation and meet the requirements of accuracy that IEC demand.

Time domain measure system of the magnetic shielding effectiveness 磁屏蔽效能的时域测量系统

In order to measure the magnetic shielding effectiveness of buildings such as reinforced concrete construction, metal enclosure, a portable measurement device was developed. Its principle, structure and parameters are introduced in this paper. In order to improve performance the optic fiber system was used in the system. The measure program was written in Matlab. A wide range of frequency properties can be obtained from one time-domain measurement. Finally an example is presented.

Improving the security performance in mobile wireless computing network using smart directional antenna 利用智能定向天线提高移动无线计算网络的安全性能

The paper discusses the security issues of the infrastructured wireless network and the ad-hoc wireless network using smart directional antennas, and introduces two newly developed smart directional antennas, DE-ESPAR (dielectric embedded electronically steerable parasitic array radiator) and DE-ESMB (dielectric embedded electronically steerable multiple beam) antenna arrays, and their unique performance in improving security performance in a mobile wireless computing network. The further development of the security system using such smart directional antennas in WLAN is also proposed.
