Reliability analysis on ring network of Scalable Coherent Interface 可扩展相干接口环网可靠性分析

The paper discusses the problem of reliability modeling on the Scalable Coherent Interface (SCI) in a distributed real-time avionics system. Considering the system to be degradable, we propose a message-based source-termination reliability model for the SCI network. Numerical computations have been done to present the results graphically and a mathematical proof has also been given.

Analysis of microwave interference suppression power-line filter 微波干扰抑制电力线滤波器分析

Serial connection of an LC filter and a microwave absorption filter can achieve good interference suppression performance from 10 kHz to 10 GHz, but the suppression ability of the filter is insufficient above 10 GHz. /spl lambda//4 short and open circuit transmission lines are used to construct a reflection filter, to improve the interference suppression ability of the filter above 10 GHz, specifically between 8 GHz and 18 GHz.

The method of intelligent operation of circuit breaker to reduce overvoltage 断路器智能操作降低过电压的方法

Operating overvoltage appears when a circuit breaker, especially a high-voltage circuit breaker, opens and closes, which causes strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) and even damage to power and electrical equipment near the circuit breaker We analyze the factors which create operating overvoltage. Based on the breakdown theory of critical electric strength, the sensitivity of the gap between open contacts to the non-uniform coefficient of electric field is considered, the characteristics of dielectric recovery are calculated, methods of reducing or avoiding the operating overvoltage are put forward. They are realized by changing the simple moving characteristics of the circuit breaker, such as the initial phase confirmed in closing, the current phase selected and the diameter of the drain oil aperture of the operating mechanism being adjusted in the opening of an intelligent operation circuit breaker.

Common-mode inductance and radiation of edge placed differential traces on printed circuited board 在印刷电路板上放置差分走线的边缘共模电感和辐射

With respect to the single-ended trace (track), differential signaling is most advantageous to signal integrity and common-mode radiation level reduction. However, to guarantee the required signal transmission, the two tracks in the differential pair should be perfectly balanced. Edged placement of a differential pair on the PCB causes balance disruption and creates common-mode (CM) currents resulting in an increased electromagnetic interference level. We quantify the CM inductance and radiation from differential tracks with edge placement. The common-mode inductance of an edged-placed differential pair on a PCB is derived. Then the characteristics of the common-mode inductance of a differential pair are studied for different geometries. Finally, the total radiation powers for several geometries due to the edge placement of the differential pair are measured.

Scattering of ultrashort electromagnetic pulses by nonlinearly reflecting targets 非线性反射目标对超短电磁脉冲的散射

Nonlinear radiolocation is very promising for future remote sensing systems and it has been proposed for sensible determination and recognition of objects, including elements with different nonlinear electromagnetic characteristics. It is based on the fact that generation of higher harmonics occurs under scattering of electromagnetic waves by nonlinearly loaded conducting targets. Investigating re-reflected harmonics, one can determine a nonlinear object, and also obtain additional information. The paper investigates numerically the scattering of ultrashort electromagnetic pulses by the following models of nonlinear scatterers: nonlinearly loaded vibrator; two-dimensional plate. The calculations give the possibility of determining optimal values of electromagnetic probing pulse duration needed to obtain the maximal useful reflected signal.

Evaluation of the EMP shielding effectiveness for the thin metallic shells 金属薄壳屏蔽电磁脉冲效果的评价

It is essential for many EMC problems to evaluate the transient shielding effectiveness of thin metallic shells. A fast time domain approach is presented to calculate the transient shielding effectiveness of the thin metallic shells excited by an arbitrary waveform electromagnetic pulse. The frequency domain transfer function of the thin metallic shell is fitted into the rational function by the vector fitting method, and the pulse response can be expressed by a sum of decay exponentials in the time domain by the inverse Laplace transformation. The transient shielding effectiveness excited by an arbitrary waveform can be obtained easily based on the recursive convolution formulation. The advantage of the proposed method lies in two aspects. It is a time domain algorithm without needing the time-consuming FFT approach, and the scheme of recursive convolution can improve the calculation efficiency dramatically. The proposed approach is validated by some numerical examples.

Influences of a 500 kV DC resistive divider's stray parameters on measurement results 500kv直流电阻分压器杂散参数对测量结果的影响

The influences of electromagnetic transient on a 500 kV DC resistive divider are discussed based on the equivalent circuit considering stray parameters in this paper A finite element method is applied to evaluate the stray parameters of the DC resistive divider and PSpice software is used to simulate the responses of the equivalent circuit. The simulation results are analyzed and conclusions of influences on measurement results of the DC resistive divider are achieved.

Numerical study of ESD field distribution in a metallic cavity 金属腔内静电放电场分布的数值研究

In this paper, the distribution of the electromagnetic field generated by electrostatic discharge spark in a metallic cavity is analyzed using the FDTD method and a numerical model of the field distribution is established. The field distributions while discharging at the center of the cavity and at the center of the cavity wall are calculated respectively using the model and some conclusions are drawn.

Study on two types of commercial ESD simulators 两种商用ESD模拟器的研究

In this paper, the performances of two types of ESD simulators (ESS-200AX made in Noiseken and NSG435 made in Schaffner) are studied, and ESD immunity experiments of a single chip microcomputer (SCM) system are made. The experimental results show that the differences between two simulators yield inconsistent test results though they both comply with the IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard. Therefore, besides the ESD current waveform, the relevant IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard should specify the discharge current derivative, related electromagnetic field in detail, and give unified specifications for the construction and configuration of ESD simulators.

The reciprocity theorem of antenna is introduced in this paper in researching the coupling between the spatial electromagnetic wave and transmission line on PCB; the complex calculation of the scattering field is avoided.
