Analysis on the Key Successful Factors of Enterprise-Wide Risk Management: Based on the Insight of Effective Encouragement 全企业风险管理成功的关键因素分析——基于有效激励的视角

This paper has emphasized on the internal factors resulting in the inactive involvement of “people” into the effective enterprise-wide risk management (ERM), and further confirms that the enterprises should take efforts on establishing en effective encouragement mechanism so as to eliminate the negative effects of these key factors and finally help to construct a practical ERM system. Thus, in this paper, managers should recognize that a successful ERM practice means an innovative and controlling process with the active involvement of all the staffs, in which the negative factors, such as “the transference effect of wealth and risk” and “the team work effect”, are hoped to be cleared up. Moreover, this paper has made analysis on how to clear up these factors mainly through application an inspired encouragement mechanism with a payment and reward project and an ERM culture as its “dominant” and “recessive” parts respectively.

Default Correlation and Its Effects in Logistics Service Supply Chain 物流服务供应链中的违约关联及其影响

In order to supply integrated logistics service, Logistics Service Integrators (LSIs), as core entities in Logistics Service Supply Chains (LSSCs), often have to outsource several parts of the integrated service or functions to Functional Logistics Service Providers(FLSPs). And the outsourcing activities cause default correlation between LSIs and FLSPs. This paper establishes a capacity distribution model and a game model between two FLSPs so as to solve the problems of LSI’s order quantity optimization and FLSP’s profit optimization. Then we model the effects on LSSC caused by default correlation based on three special cases, and the results show the equilibrium order quantity and the profit of LSI and LSSC increase while the equilibrium price and profit of FLSP decrease, if survival probability P00 of two FLSPs increase.

A P2P E-Commerce Model Based on Interest Community 基于利益共同体的P2P电子商务模式

The challenging problem is how to store and search data efficiently when applying P2P technology in e-commerce. In order to solve this problem, we propose a P2P e-commerce model based on interest community, which manages each user’s data by use of interest community. Users with similar interests form an interest community. Interest communities will reorganize as any user’s interest has changed. Simulation results show this model has higher search efficiency and lower search cost compared with traditional keyword search algorithm.

Evaluation of Food Enterprises' Logistics Outsourcing Risk 食品企业物流外包风险评价

In order to adapt to the development of food enterprises, that more and more logistics operations will be outsourced by food companies increasingly. So to manage the risks become one of the most important issues. In order to control the risk of logistics outsourcing better, so that this paper analyzes food enterprises’ risk of logistics outsourcing, then use the method–fuzzy evaluation to construct the assessment model based on qualitative analysis and quantify uncertainty acossing logistics out souring. It is good for analysis the size of logistics outsourcing which will good for food enterprises to control the business of logistics outsoucing with the under the disposed to quantify food enterprises’ risk of logistics outsourcing.

E-Commerce Automated Negotiation Based on Agent Reasonning 基于Agent推理的电子商务自动协商

Automated negotiation has become the core of the next generation dynamic trade method of e-commerce. The Agent plays a very important role in the construction of automated negotiation system. This paper focuses on agent’s independent decision-making process; formally defines an abstract concept model for negotiating agent; then designs negotiating agent’s architecture based on the concept model, which can support both goal-directed reasoning and reactive response; proposes an algorithm for running the decision making model. Finally, for illustration, the model is applied to an exemplified negotiation process for aircraft purchasing.

IT Governance in Post-Adoption Stages of CRM Diffusion: An Institutional Perspective CRM扩散后采用阶段的IT治理:制度视角

Drawing upon the structuration theory of technology assimilation and the literature on IT governance, this study develops a conceptual model to examine the role of IT governance in post-adoption stages of CRM diffusion. We conceptualize decision execution mechanisms of IT governance as including two dimensions—vertical advocacy from top management and horizontal coordination between business and IT managers, which are assumed to facilitate CRM use and value creation. We analyze a dataset of 82 Chinese firms. Our results show that: (1) vertical advocacy and horizontal coordination, significantly contribute to the three stages of CRM diffusion; (2) vertical advocacy has a greater effect on CRM diffusion than horizontal coordination; (3) CRM use creates operational and strategic benefits in customer-oriented business processes, which further improves firm performance.

Biometrics Verification Techniques Combing with Digital Signature for Multimodal Biometrics Payment System 结合数字签名的多模态生物识别支付系统生物识别验证技术

The multimodal biometrics payment is a new technology that allows people to pay with their own biometrics such as fingerprints, face, hands and so on. In this paper, the biometrics verification techniques combining with digital signature for multimodal biometrics payment system are introduced. Considering the high universality, distinctiveness, easy collect ability of fingerprint and face, a multimodal biometrics verification system with fingerprint and face as inputs is designed, and the hybrid fingerprint features and infrared (IR) face features for matching is to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional methods and grantee the integrity of the registered multimodal biometrics data. And then nine authentication models for authenticating an open network to ensure the integrity of these data are analyzed respectively. At last, a digital signature procedure with the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to illustrate a multimodal biometrics payment system with safe model is proposed. The proposed system can be applied to some public key platforms, too.

Governments worldwide are increasingly becoming aware of the importance of employing e-government to improve the delivery of public services to the people. E-government readiness index is a composite measurement of the capacity and willingness of countries to use e-government for ICT-led development. This paper analyzes the Global e-Government readiness with a focus on e-Government Readiness Index of Pakistan, causes of low world ranking especially in Telecommunication Infrastructure Index and Human Capital Index. Finally, we come to conclusion by proposing innovative strategy for improving the e-Readiness Index of Pakistan.

This paper firstly explains the significance of Business Intelligence (BI) application in E-business enterprises in China, and develops the concept models for BI Application in E-business enterprises. And then based on this, it makes a multi-dimension analysis of BI application from the perspectives of time, information value and technology. Finally, it takes the replenishment system of retail stores of YNYY Pharmaceutical Chain Enterprise as an example to make further empirical analysis of BI application.

Hypergraph Model of Product Family Structure for Mass Customization 面向大规模定制的产品族结构超图模型

Product family model is the key technology of product design in mass customization. To solve the rationality problem of product family development, a new modeling method of product family structure model is proposed in this paper. The structure hyper graph is given as well as its formal definition. Experiments are performed using the object-relational database management system to realize the structure hyper graph model of product family.
产品族模型是大规模定制环境下产品设计的关键技术。为了解决产品族开发的合理性问题,本文提出了一种新的产品族结构模型建模方法。给出了结构超图及其形式化定义。利用对象关系数据库管理系统对产品族结构超图模型进行了实验。
