In order to evaluate the MBO short-term performance and long-term performance, by virtue of 36 listed company samples which were buy-outed by management among 1997-2004, an empirical study was conducted based on factor analysis and matching T test. Empirical results showed that there was obvious improvement on the enterprise performance from overall view. The common factors such as risk control factor, profitability factor, growth ability factor and management ability factor all presented the situation of spiral rise, so MBO can be considered to improve enterprise’s financial performance in an effective way.

The present study give a process integration evaluation method for supply chain integration of the Fourth Party Logistics (4PL), based on fuzzy theory. First, we study the requirements of 4PL, and then transform the collected logistics requirements into the supply chain process design requirements using quality function deployment (QFD) method. Second, we eliminate the non-value process using benchmarking method and rebuild the supply chain based on fuzzy evaluation theory. Third, the optimal model of 4PL is given using multipurpose optimal theory in order that the whole maximum value of partners within 4PL is achieved under time, quality, cost, and service constraints. Fourth, we proposed the evaluation method of 4PL integration solution based on the fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In the end, the paper point that 4PL is bound to become the direction for Chinese transport enterprises and 4PL market will be promising in future.

During recent years, electronic business industry has been developed rapidly. Some companies in the industry have been listed on the security market overseas or in the domestic. They have achieved excellent performance in the stock market, and given great value returns to the shareholders. Chinese economy is experiencing an important period of transforming industrial and economic structures. More and more electronic information and new economy companies will be selected as members of public financing market. Competition, comparison and evaluation among them are necessary. Thus, the efficiency evaluation on the performance of listed e-commerce companies is very important. By employing some financial indicators of the companies, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) models are utilized to evaluate the efficiency of six selected “pure” e-commerce list companies. The paper aims at introducing a new quantitative method in evaluating and comparing the performance of the listed e-commerce companies.

The paper, from the perspective of default correlation, reviews the recent literatures on supply chain risk management, supply chain default risk management, and credit risk contagion so as to discover the limitations of existing research. It is well known that e-commerce can help firms reduce cost, enlarge market and enhance efficiency etc.. Yet, e-commerce is not being adopted readily by small and medium-sized enterprises in China. So it’s necessary to explore the mechanisms affecting its adoption and implement. Based on literature review, various types of factors previously considered are examined. According to this, a multi-level conceptual model of these aspects of factors affecting e-commerce adoption in Chinese SMEs is proposed on the basis of innovation diffusion theory, technology acceptance model, institutional theory and strategic orientation theory. A series of propositions are developed. Further research suggestions of the theoretical framework are discussed lastly.

With Innovative capital perspective, the proportion of R & D personnel, R & D intensity, R & D productivity and per capita number of patents are constructed as the industry's innovation capacity evaluation indexes. Using cloud theoretical framework, the evaluation method of industry’s innovation capacity based on cloud model is built. Through the backward cloud algorithm, this method combines qualitative and quantitative evaluation for the average level of innovation capability, the degree of difference and the stability. In accordance with cloud diagrams generated by forward cloud algorithm being reflected in the simulation of innovation capability, a more intuitive way for decision-makers describes innovation capacity. Then, the model validation and simulation results with the sample of 170 listed companies in the manufacturing sector data in 2004, reflects the lack of innovative capacity of China's manufacturing industry and showed unstable situation. According to cloud theory, this instability comes from policy, market, knowledge networks, and other environmental factors, and thereby it gives some policy recommendations to enhance industry innovation capacity.

Spectrum management in cognitive radio is one of the most challenging issues and has attracted much research attentions in recent years. However most of the existing works consider either online demands or scheduled demands, which may not fully capture the flexible nature of the demands in certain circumstances, such as the communication demands for a synchronized sensing data transmission in wireless sensor networks which may not require the wireless channels be assigned in a pre-specified time point and could instead be provisioned in a flexible time range. Sliding scheduled traffic model, which allows the starting time of the service provisioning for a demand to slide in a pre-specified time window, instead of a time point, fits in well. Based on this observation, we propose in this paper to model the wireless channel demands for communication with sliding scheduled traffic model to improve the utilization ratio. We presents a mixed integer linear program (MILP) formulation as well as an efficient heuristic algorithm for this optimization problem. Numeric results show that adopting sliding scheduled demand model significantly improves the utilization ratio of wireless channels in dynamic wireless spectrum allocation.
