The purpose of this study is to analyze the history and development trend of corporate welfare. The conclusion of this study is that the international development of corporate welfare can be divided into three stages which are welfare legalization, welfare universalization and welfare diversification. Welfare has gradually become an important means to of enterprise to motivate talents. The development of domestic welfare has experienced a transition from a planned economy to a market economy. Over the past few years, Open Education has experienced a tremendous growth, online learning platforms “titans” such as Coursera, Edx, Udacity, are able to attract millions of users on daily basis to study in their virtual environment. On the one hand, Open Education as a revolutionary phenomenon have changed completely the way of learning, while on the other hand, the high dropout rate of online courses is continuously considered as a big problem, around 90% of online learners end up not finishing the course they registered. Current online learning platforms always buy into a one-fit-all approach which neglect the heterogeneity of students and fail to provide a perceivable social environment for self-directed learning. Recently, the number of studies on the accessibility of Open Education is increasing distinctly, however, there is not enough impact in the research community. Previous researches only focused on the architecture or the physical environment of platforms instead of paying attention to the content itself, which in this sense, fundamentally the audiovisual content. Moreover, most of those studies only addressed the technological aspect of accessibility issues, including the use of specification, standards and design principles, etc. The research goal of this paper is to highlight the audiovisual accessibility of Open Education and make it better through collaborative activities supported by the power of online community and social network.

This paper takes students of taizhou university as the research object, Through the physique test data of 305 students (166 male students and 139 female students), the qualitative and quantitative research methods are combined to analyze the current physical health status of students. At the same time, questionnaires were distributed to them, and linear regression was used to analyze the main factors affecting their physical health. Combining the investigation with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, clarifying the status quo of students' physique health management, affirming the necessity of physique health management for college students, and proposing the whole process from investigation and testing, evaluation and analysis, guidance and intervention, feedback and suggestions. Connected the elements of urban planning, this paper made a quantitative analysis of urban spatial elements in Sichuan Tibetan region. Addition to this, it put forward the realization mechanism based on the principles, advantages, directions and guarantees of urban spatial transformation in Sichuan Tibetan region.

Many issues have emerged currently regarding refinancing as a main financing source of Chinese listed companies, and the proper use of refinancing by public utility listed companies concerns the sound development of public utilities sectors and the smooth progress of related infrastructure in China. This paper sought to optimize the capital structure from an incremental perspective by measuring the impact of refinancing on the long-run performance of the company. More specifically, this study incorporated three refinancing vehicles (i.e. second equity offerings (SEOs), issuing ordinary bonds and issuing convertible bonds) with 110 companies listed on A-share stock market. By vertically comparing the performance of the company before and after refinancing and horizontally comparing the performance of the company with the average level of the industry, this study found that the companies using equity refinancing mode (i.e. SEOs and issuing convertible bonds) performed significantly worse after refinancing, and the companies issuing ordinary bonds significantly outperformed their peers although their performance indicators changed little. These findings are similar to those of research on Chinese stock market as a whole.

Commercial advertisements aim at raising consumers’ purchasing desire and promoting the sales of products. It is believed that commercial advertisement translation can affect the sales of foreign products and profits of foreign enterprises. Advertisements are very crucial when a company is going to enter another country, because it can affects customer’s acceptance and preferences of products. It has important practical significance to study commercial advertisement translation strategies. Domestication and foreignization are the widely used translation strategies in advertisements translation. In this paper, the application of these two translation methods will be discussed by analyzing some typical cases.

With the developing of clouds-computing and big-data technology in current ages and opening to the world in education of CHINA, there was a realistic and urgent problem that faced by colleges and universities’ Archives Administration Department: how to effectively manage, utilize, and provide service of archived records for foreign colleges and universities? The two main reasons for the above question were the expended scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education; as well as the increasing number of students enrolled in domestic university going abroad afterwards. This article discussed a structure of students’ archive system within the above background; in order to set a model of connection between students’ archive utilization system and foreign institutions, also provide beneficial for domestic colleges and universities’ Archives Administration Department.
