Research on Product Family Design Based on Crowd Wisdom 基于群体智慧的产品族设计研究

Considering the lack of consideration about the rapidly changing consumer market for product family platforms, based on the needs of consumers, enterprises and the market, product family development and design optimization issues are studyed, based on crowd wisdom and consumers, according to online User comments, relying on the product family platform to develop product design, combined with Textrank algorithm, Word2Vec feature word cos similarity calculation and product family feature ontology, etc., proposed a product family change model, analyzed the characteristics of the current product, and future product family development and design recommendations to better respond to the consumer market are represended to reduce design costs and corporate risks.

Research on the cultivation path of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability 大学生科技创新能力的培养路径研究

In recent years, colleges and universities in China have achieved some experience and results in innovation training for college students, but overall, the innovation ability and scientific research level of college students in China still need to be improved. From the perspectives of professional courses, scientific research projects, entrepreneurial space for college students and practical training base, this paper discusses the establishment of the "four-in-one" cultivation path of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability, hoping to break through the traditional research and realize the new development and improvement of the innovation cultivation path for college students.

The Impact of Entrepreneurship on the Income Mobility of Farmers' Families 企业家精神对农民家庭收入流动的影响

This paper is based on Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey data, using transition matrix to estimate the relative income mobility of different farmers’ families. As the results show: Entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the income mobility of farmers' families. In general, the income mobility of entry-entrepreneurship farmers' families is on the rise; the income mobility of keep-entrepreneurship farmers' families is low, but the mobility quality is the best; the income mobility of exit-entrepreneurship farmers' families is higher, but the mobility quality is the worst, while the income mobility of non-entrepreneurship farmers' families is higher, but the quality is poor. Therefore, farmers choose to start a business will improve their income mobility, and keep in entrepreneurship is conducive to improve their income and help to maintain their dominant position of income. Encourage farmers to be entrepreneurs in the new age, that is helpful to provide a fair competition environment for farmers, to improve farmers’ internal flow structure, and to promote fairness and justice.

The Application of Experiential Teaching Method in the Teaching of Business Ethics 体验式教学法在《商业伦理》教学中的应用

Experiential teaching method is a suitable teaching method for “business ethics” course. Its main effect is that it can effectively promote students to think positively about relevant issues, effectively improve students’ business ethics consciousness, and effectively improve their ability to analyze and solve ethical problems in business activities by using business ethics theory.This paper intends to discuss the experiential teaching method and its application in the teaching of “business ethics” in order to improve the teaching effect of “business ethics” course. 1. The Teaching Objectives of Business Ethics Course According to the developing history of business ethics education, most school put the teaching of “business ethics” in the philosophy or psychology department. But in recent decades, “Business Ethics” course is independent from those departments. “Business Ethics” reflect the core values of society, that is, emphasizing legal norms, moral ethics and social responsibility. The moral bottom line of business ethics is the relevant legal norms. It requires students to recognize the responsibility of operators in their business activities and the legal norms they should abide by through learning. They should rationally restrain their actions and perform their legal responsibilities according to law. It also requires teachers to guide students to pay attention to those immoral business practices that do not violate the relevant laws, i.e. the grey zone in law, so as to help students enhance their ethical awareness and raise their awareness of business ethics issues. The theory of morality and ethics is based on philosophy. Traditionally, there are four basic theories in business ethics theory, namely ethical egoism, ethical relativism, utilitarianism and Kant’s ethical philosophy. Each of these theories has its own advantages and disadvantages. The purpose of learning business ethics theory is to cultivate students' ability of logical analysis and rational thinking, and to provide basis for judging whether business behavior is reasonable or not, so as to correctly analyze and properly deal with business ethics problems that may be encountered in business activities. Social responsibility is another important aspect of business ethics. Social responsibility emphasizes that as a successful entrepreneur, he or she should not only assume economic, legal and moral responsibilities in his business activities, but also be responsible for those who have direct or indirect interests in his or her business activities. In this way, it requires operators to think from a higher angle, to deal with the problems encountered in the process of operation and management from the perspective of sustainable development, and even to care about human civilization and progress. Research on the Influence of University Organizational Structure Construction on Social Service Capability 高校组织结构建设对社会服务能力的影响研究

As an important force to promote social development, colleges shoulder the important mission of serving the society, and the organizational structure of colleges is closely related to their various capabilities. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and practical value to study the impact of organizational structure construction on social service capabilities. This paper uses the subjective and objective weighting method and the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2016 to conduct research. The study found that the ratio of college students and teachers and the number of scientific and technological activities have a significant positive impact on the talent service capacity. However, the number of science and technology activities has a negative correlation with the ability of science and technology service capacity. Comprehensive Service Level Analysis of Online Taxi Drivers Based on Fuzzy Clustering Combined with Principal Component Analysis 基于模糊聚类与主成分分析的网约车司机综合服务水平分析

Online taxi tourism is one of the important ways of daily tourism. The operator carries out a single evaluation method for the driver's service quality, lacking a comprehensive study of service quality from multiple dimensions of order activity satisfaction, resulting in a high degree of hidden danger to passenger safety and rights. In this paper, an improved principal component analysis (PCA) method, namely Fuzzy C-Mean Clustering (FCM-PCA) based on PCA, is proposed. Experiments show that in the research of target object evaluation, the principal component values and principal component scores of target samples can be used as new indicators for clustering, so as to improve the efficiency of high-dimensional data clustering on the basis of reducing information loss. This study provides a way of thinking for the selection of important service components and a research method for the comprehensive analysis of different drivers' service levels.
网约车旅游是日常旅游的重要方式之一。运营商对司机服务质量的评价方法单一,缺乏从订单活动满意度的多个维度对服务质量进行综合研究,对乘客的安全和权利造成了高度的隐患。本文提出了一种改进的主成分分析方法,即基于主成分分析的模糊c均值聚类(FCM-PCA)。实验表明,在目标对象评价研究中,可以将目标样本的主成分值和主成分得分作为新的聚类指标,从而在减少信息损失的基础上提高高维数据聚类效率。本研究为重要服务要素的选择提供了思路,为综合分析不同司机服务水平提供了研究方法。
