Perancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Menggunakan Metode QR Code Berbasis Android 使用基于 Android 的 QR 码方法设计考勤信息系统

Attendance in the world of work is something that cannot be missed, because it is one of the performance assessments of an employee in the company as well as one of the indicators of determining performance every month. Therefore it is very important to record employee attendance correctly. CV Adi Bakti is one of the companies that still uses paper to record attendance. This causes employees to do things that are not expected, such as signing the wrong column or signing attendance for coworkers who are not present that day. In addition, attendance that is only in the form of sheets allows damage and loss and causes undocumented employee attendance reports every month. Seeing from this problem, the author designed an Android-based Attendance Information System using QR Code technology in order to provide convenience for companies in the attendance process and attendance reporting. This data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study methods. The system development method in this study uses the Prototype method. The results of this study are an Android-based Attendance Information System using QR Code technology that can assist companies in presenting employee attendance data accurately and quickly. Can make it easier for companies to make or recap employee attendance reports which are automatically printed on the system

Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Sekolah Menengah Atas Menggunakan Ward Peppard 利用沃德-佩帕德制定高中信息系统战略规划

The implementation of the information system requires strategic planning in an organization so that the benefits of implementing an information system can be felt more optimally, this will be applied to high school schools in Jakarta. The problems faced by schools are quite diverse, starting with the management of school data to performance evaluations and the need for an integrated system for each division to support the organization's business processes. Strategic planning is made with targeted targets such as alignment of information systems in academic & non-academic processes and school data management, improving performance in infrastructure management, and increasing competitiveness by creating a website-based system for school promotion. Goals can be achieved by aligning the information system strategy with the organization's business strategy. To determine the information system strategy, the organization's current business strategy is needed. This information system strategic planning research was conducted using the Ward Peppard method. This method helps to be able to understand the organization more deeply before strategic planning is made. It includes SWOT analysis, Value Chain, PEST, Critical Success Factor, and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid analysis in the form of strategy recommendations from the results of internal and external environmental analysis of school information systems, and application portfolios will be mapped to be applied to school organizations to achieve expected business goals

Implementasi Machine Learning Dengan Metode Text Mining Pada Twitter 在 Twitter 上使用文本挖掘方法实施机器学习

Currently PT. Telkom Indonesia (Indihome), uses the role of social media as a form of concern for its customers to handle complaints. Tweets from indihome customers on social media twitter are handled by the customer service division of Indihome. The manual of the categorization process carried out by the customer service division of Indihome on every narration of the "complain" complaint tweet that goes to @indihome twitter, makes the process considered inefficient. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions related to the problem of categorizing complaint tweets and to develop tools that can extract the narration of "complain" tweets in Indonesian. The research method used is comparative. On the other hand, gataframework and rapidminer tools are also used in this research to assist in preprocessing and cleaning of datasets to help create corpus and sentiment analysis. The total dataset after cleansing and preprocessing is 1,510. Based on the method proposed in this study on the Support Vector Machine classification algorithm, the highest category was found to have 82.42% accuracy, 75.33% precision, and 98.75% recall with an AUC of 0.826

Penerapan Metode Naïve Bayes Untuk Penentuan Penerima Beasiswa Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP). 应用 Naïve Bayes 方法确定印度尼西亚智能计划 (PIP) 的奖学金获得者。

PIP is the provision of educational cash assistance to school-aged children from underprivileged families who are marked with a smart Indonesia card (KIP). The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the Naïve Bayes method in classifying data on students who are eligible and who are not eligible to receive a PIP scholarship at SMAN 1 Sukamulia, because this school is still experiencing problems in the decision-making process for determining potential PIP scholarship recipients, because there are no a system that can assist in processing student data that is eligible and not eligible to get the PIP scholarship. Therefore, for data processing, researchers tried to implement a new system with the Data Mining concept using the Naïve Bayes method, by carrying out 9 tests using Cross Validation starting from K-Fold Validation 2 to 10, obtaining the highest accuracy results in the 9th test. using K-Fold Validation 10 which is equal to 92.81%. Also obtained was an Area Under Curve (AUC) value of 0.973%, where AUC is a parameter used in classification analysis to determine the best model for predicting a class or attribute. AUC itself has a value range of 0-1, which means that the closer the AUC value is to 1, the better the prediction or diagnosis of the attribute

Penerapan Bot Telegram untuk Sistem Monitoring Jaringan Intranet Daerah di Instansi Pemerintahan 为政府机构的区域内联网网络监控系统实施 Telegram Bot

Currently, the internet has become a basic need in the process of providing information and knowledge. Public, government and private services compete with each other in the use of information technology, which is expected to support employee performance and service. Therefore, human resources are needed who not only master material aspects, but also have adequate capacity and ability to apply and develop information in all fields. The use of this monitoring system is very necessary for the sidoarjo communicarions and information services departement and institutions that operate in the network sector and also have a fairly broad and complex customer coverage. Problems that often occur are slow internet connections, broken network cables, damaged network devices, etc. At that time, a network monitoring system was needed as a system that could detect when the network connection was lost. The research method used in this research is experimentation, namely a category of research that aims to find the cause and effect situation of a phenomenon. Therefore, this research is to investigate cause and effect, in accordance with previous conditions. From the results of the tests carried out, Mikrotik succeeded in sending notification messages in real time to the Telegram bot, with an average response time of 1 second in each condition. Router and Telegram will detect and send real-time message notifications to administrators if the internet connection status changes from off to active or vice versa

Penerapan Teknologi Augmented Reality Untuk Aplikasi Pengukuran Panjang Suatu Objek 增强现实技术在物体长度测量中的应用

Length measurement is an activity to determine the length value of an object, surface, or other object. The measurement process generally requires conventional length measuring tools such as a ruler or ruler, tape measure, or calipers. Length measurements will experience problems when conditions do not allow the use of conventional measuring instruments due to position factors, the size of objects or surfaces that are too large and difficult for one person to reach, or differences in results obtained when measuring using non-standard units which cause uncertainty the measuring value. Augmented Reality is a technology that allows users to see the real world combined with virtual objects without changing the real world as the main environment. This technology also allows the length measurement process to be carried out using virtual objects as measurement markers and provides real-time measurement results without using conventional length measuring instruments. The results obtained are a length measurement application that can run by relying on virtual objects in the form of pointers which are placed as markers and connected by lines to obtain information in the form of the value of the measurement results. With an average accuracy level of 98.03%, this length measurement application can be used as an alternative medium for carrying out the length measurement process.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Presidential Decree No. 99 of 1988 are small-scale people's economic activities with business fields that are mostly small business activities. However, in MSMEs, there are several types of obstacles including data collection of stock of goods, transaction reports and financial statements that are not effective and efficient. Therefore, researchers want to change the way store management uses modern methods by designing a point of sale system as an android-based platform for MSMEs Established Stores. Point of Sales systems help various retail businesses make buying and selling transactions quickly, safely, and systematically. POS also includes modern cash registers commonly used in some stores or businesses. The design of this system uses technology from Firebase, namely the Realtime Database feature. The result of this study is an android-based point of sale application. Point of sale applications can simplify the management process at Established Stores. This can be seen from the system testing with the blackbox method which gets good results and all functions run well

Risk management plays a crucial role in securing the sustainability and growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Amidst the ever-changing complexity of the business environment, an efficient approach is needed to identify, analyze, and address the risks faced by MSMEs. This research aims to investigate the implementation of web-based Decision Support Systems (DSS) using the Certainty Factor method as a risk management strategy for MSMEs. The risk data obtained will be used to build a knowledge base in the form of a decision support system integrated into a web application. The implementation of web-based DSS provides wide accessibility advantages for MSMEs in managing risks. By utilizing the web application, MSME stakeholders can identify relevant risks in their field of business, analyze the impact and probability of each risk, and receive appropriate action recommendations. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of web-based DSS using the Certainty Factor method is effective in supporting MSMEs in risk management. MSMEs that utilize this application can make more informed and timely risk decisions, reducing potential losses. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to enhancing the resilience of MSMEs in facing the complexities of the business environment.

Peringatan Dini Banjir Berbasis Internet Of Things (IOT) dan Telegram 基于物联网 (IOT) 和 Telegram 的洪水预警系统

Flooding is a natural event that can have serious impacts on ecosystems, the economy and human life. In efforts to mitigate and control flood risks, early warning plays an important role in providing quick information to the public and the authorities. In this context, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) provides an innovative solution by utilizing the latest technology to create an efficient and accurate flood early warning system. This research is intended to create a prototype river water level monitoring system using NodeMCU and the Telegram application programming interface as a first step in anticipating flooding. The main objective is to provide assistance to supervisory officers in monitoring river water levels in real time. This research method includes the development and integration of sensors connected to an IoT network to accurately detect changes in water level. The system also implements efficient data analysis algorithms to determine whether conditions require early warning. Telegram was chosen as communication platform to convey warning messages to the public. The IoT device is connected to a buzzer which will provide a sound warning when the water level reaches a threshold. The research results obtained show that water level conditions in the range of 2cm-50cm are categorized as Alert 1 status, so the buzzer (Alarm) is On. In the 51cm-99cm range, the status is Alert 2, and in the 100cm-400cm range the status is Alert 3 with the buzzer Off. Apart from that, via the Telegram bot the status of Alert 3, Alert 2, and Alert 1 will be informed

PT. Shiroki Indonesia Cikarang is moving on the field of automotive spare parts manufacturing such as window regulator, seat recliner, sear track as well as floor lock. The activity uses a tool/machine as a support to produce spare parts that have good quality. With so many of these machines, then the company needs to do the maintenance and also the maintenance of the machine well. Scheduling of maintenance and maintenance of machinery production equipment still uses the record on board and requires information from the operator to be submitted to the technician. Therefore, it is necessary to create a web-based maintenance schedule application that can facilitate the performance of the staff in making the maintenance schedule of the production equipment more effective and efficient as well as the availability of reports from the maitenance. The research method used is the waterfall method which has five stages namely needs analysis, design, program code making, testing and support or maintenance. The schedule maintenance application was created using the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter framework and the MySql database.
