Customer satisfaction, a term frequently used in marketing, is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectation. Customer satisfaction is defined as "the number of customers, or percentage of total customers, whose reported experience with a firm, its products, or its services (ratings) exceeds specified satisfaction goals." It is seen as a key performance indicator within business and is often part of a Balanced Scorecard. In a competitive marketplace where businesses compete for customers, customer satisfaction is seen as a key differentiator and increasingly has become a key element of business strategy. "Within organizations, customer satisfaction ratings can have powerful effects. They focus employees on the importance of fulfilling customer’s expectations. Furthermore, when these ratings dip, they warn of problems that can affect sales and profitability. These metrics quantify an important dynamic. When a brand has loyal customers, it gains positive word-of-mouth marketing, which is both free and highly effective." Delay Prediction of Aircraft Using Machine Learning Classifiers 使用机器学习分类器预测飞机延误

Accurate flight delay prediction is fundamental to establish the more efficient airline business. Recent studies have been focused on applying machine learning methods to predict the flight delay. Most of the previous prediction methods are conducted in a single route or airport. This paper explores a broader scope of factors which may potentially influence the flight delay, and compares several machine learning-based models in designed generalized flight delay prediction tasks. To build a dataset for the proposed scheme, automatic dependent surveillance broadcast (ADS-B) messages are received, pre-processed, and integrated with other information such as weather condition, flight schedule, and airport information. The designed prediction tasks contain different classification tasks and a regression task. Experimental results show that long short-term memory (LSTM) is capable of handling the obtained aviation sequence data, but over fitting problem occurs in our limited dataset. Compared with the previous schemes, the proposed random forest-based model can obtain higher prediction accuracy (90.2% for the binary classification) and can overcome the over fitting problem.

The captured visual information is then handled through advanced optical character recognition (OCR) technology, changing over it into text. Hence, the text information is consistently transformed into audible content using text-to-speech (TTS), which the user can tune in to through an associated headset.The main objective of these visionary smart glasses is to enable the visually challenged by giving real-time access to printed materials and improving their ability to independently engage with composed data. Furthermore, these smart glasses incorporate a second module outlined for cash reading, permitting users to precisely distinguish and manage distinctive categories of currency. This dual-functionality aims to extend availability and independence, subsequently cultivating more prominent inclusivity and quality of life for individuals with visual impairments.The advancement of these visionary smart glasses represents a critical step towards bridging the data gap that frequently hinders the visually challenged community. Development of Pedal Operated Coconut Scraper 开发脚踏式椰子铲

Coconut is very important ingredient of Indian food just because of its versatility in use. Extracting the edible part from coconut is not so easy task when it comes to process it from its initial state. Scraping of coconut shell takes much time when using the ordinary coconut scrapers available in the market. To make it possible and easier, a pedal-operated small scale coconut scraper was developed in order to save the time and energy. It has a hemispherical serrated grating tool having notches on its outer periphery, which grates the coconut. The average capacity of this developed coconut scraper was found to be 2.55 kg/hr with grating efficiency of 73.63%. Keywords: Coconut scraper, chain drive, capacity, efficiency

The Cool Guru is a brick-and-mortar establishment that has been repurposed into a fulfillment center. These distribution hubs are not accessible to the general public, allowing for ample inventory space and efficient order fulfillment. Cool Gurus offer an extensive and ever-expanding array of resources, enabling customers to purchase products online with options for same-day delivery or even within hours, as well as in-store pickup. While the concept is not novel, various companies, including Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and numerous major clothing retailers, have employed similar strategies. However, with brick-and-mortar stores facing challenges during closures, the prevalence of Cool Gurus has surged. Our team is currently developing a Cool Guru utilizing NLP technology to analyze real-time customer feedback and sentiment, enabling us to automate product ranking and enhance customer satisfaction.
