The Effect of Overtime and Workload towards Employee Productivity With Burnout as Mediating Variable 以工作倦怠为中介变量,加班和工作量对员工生产力的影响

This research aims to determine the influence and how much influence overtime and workload on employee productivity with burnout as mediating variable at PT. RAPP. Utilizing a quantitative method, non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, data collection technique using questionnaire with sample of 80 employees. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, Multiple Regression Analysis, R2 Test, F Test, T Test, and mediation test. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Overtime significantly and negatively influence employee productivity with tcount -2.830 < ttable 1.99167 and Sig. 0.006 < 0.05 (2) Workload significantly and positively influence employee productivity with tcount 11.906 > ttable 1.99167 and Sig 0.000 < 0.05 (3) Overtime significantly and negatively influence burnout with tcount -6.117 < ttable 1.99125 and Sig 0.001 < 0.05 (4) Workload significantly and positively influence burnout with tcount 3.821 < ttable 1.99125 and Sig 0.001 < 0.05  (5) Burnout significantly and negatively influence employee productivity  with tcount  -6.450 < ttable 1.99167 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 (6) There is mediating role burnout on the influence of overtime on employee productivity with Z-Score 4.43 > 1.96 (7) Burnout does not mediate the influence of workload on employee productivity with Z-Score -3.28 < 1.96.

This research aims to find out more about "The influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty for JNE delivery services in South Surabaya". In accordance with the main issue that raises the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty at JNE in South Surabaya, the background for this research is that in the midst of intense competition among delivery service companies and the increasing increase in online purchases, of course every delivery service provider must focus on providing the best service and The prices offered are relatively cheap according to the target market to strengthen customer loyalty. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at JNE delivery services in South Surabaya, to find out the effect of price on customer loyalty at JNE delivery services in South Surabaya, and to find out the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty. on JNE delivery services in South Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative which aims to find out how big the influence is between the variables to be studied. To support this research, expand the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this research used the Purposive Sampling Technique, which is a technique for determining samples using certain considerations and criteria. The population in this study were JNE delivery service users in South Surabaya. The number of samples in this research was 60 respondents. After distributing the questionnaire, the results were calculated using SPSS. The conclusion of this research is that Service Quality has no influence on JNE customer loyalty in South Surabaya, Price has a significant influence on JNE Customer Loyalty in South Surabaya, Service Quality and Price simultaneously influence JNE Customer Loyalty in South Surabaya.

Comfort, practicality and efficiency are important things in the human process of meeting daily needs. One of the impacts of meeting these needs is that single-use plastic is temporary and difficult to decompose, thereby worsening environmental problems. Various concerns raise awareness and bring innovation to save the environment. Siklus Refill is one of the innovators of household product refill services. However, the number of Siklus Refill consumers is still not optimal compared to the number of followers on social media. This research aims to determine the influence of green marketing and consumer awareness on purchase decisions in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry which is studied from the perspective of Siklus Refill consumers in South Jakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 62 respondents. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis along with the T test, F test and R2 test. The research results show that (1) green marketing has an effect on purchase decisions, (2) consumer awareness has no effect on purchase decisions, (3) green marketing and consumer awareness simultaneously have an effect on purchase decisions.

Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Lestari Jakarta Timur 激励和工作纪律对雅加达东部 PT Duta Mitra Lestari 公司员工绩效的影响

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Duta Mitra Lestari. The research method used was quantitative with a saturated sample, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of the company. The results indicate that the work motivation variable significantly influences employee performance, supported by a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05 and a T value of 2.369, which is greater than the critical T value of 2.002. The work discipline variable also shows a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T value of 4.382. Simultaneous analysis indicates that motivation and work discipline together significantly affect employee performance, with an F value of 82.992 and an R Square of 0.744, indicating that 74.4% of the variability in employee performance is influenced by these variables. This study implies that the company needs to enhance employee motivation and work discipline to achieve better performance. It provides practical contributions for the management of PT. Duta Mitra Lestari in developing strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening motivation and work discipline. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for future studies focusing on other factors influencing employee performance.

Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Harga Jual Terhadap Omzet Penjualan UMKM 数字营销和销售价格对中小微企业销售额的影响

Tanah Abang Metro Wholesale Center traders have experienced a thematic economic decline since the rise of online business presence. Digital marketing as a two-way communication method that can increase public engagement with certain products and brands. Digital marketing is slowly being adopted by MSMEs, although conventional marketing is still mostly relied on by many MSMEs, especially micro circles. This study aims to determine the influence of digital marketing and selling prices on sales turnover at the Tanah Abang Metro Wholesale Center Block B on 149 respondents who have done digital marketing. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire, with instrument testing including validity test and reliability test. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis along with t-test, f-test and R2 test. The results of the study show that (1) digital marketing has an effect on sales turnover, (2) selling price has an effect on sales turnover, (3) digital marketing and selling price simultaneously affect sales turnover.

The research was carrided out considering the importance of maintaining the quality of higher education, especialy of quite tight competition among private universities. One of the quality stadards at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto is the level of student satisfaction with institut services.  This is stated in the ITTP managemet contract with the foundation organization as one of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The aim of this research is to find out the level of student satisfaction with the servicces provided by ITTP. Service Quality indicators consist of five aspects: reability, responiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangibles. The population in this study were active students in the even semester 2023-2024 and the number of responets who filled in was 3.848 or almost 80% of the population. Research data was obtaining using a survey system via the website link sai.ittelkom-pwt.ac.id which contains 50 question items. A simple linier regression analysis method was used to analyze the data obtained. The research result show that ITTP student’s satisfaction responses to the services provided include aspects of reability, responiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangibles in the “Good” category  with a satisfaction index of 74, 76%. It turned out that the measurement results were not in accordance with the  target set “Very Good” or  score 80,50%. Because there were still several infrastructure facilities that had not been met such as  parking area, open space for discussions or doing assigments and improvements to classroom facilities

This research aims to see the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The sample taken for data collection was the entire population in the company, namely 66 respondents. This research is quantitative research by testing hypotheses using SPSS 25. The results of the t test research (partial) on the training variable show t count 3.235 ≥ t table 1.669 and a significant value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05, meaning that the training variable partially and significantly influences employee performance in PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis Depok City. The results of the t test research (partial) on the work motivation variable show that the t count is 4,599 ≥ t table 1,669 and the significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05, meaning that the work motivation variable partially and significantly influences employee performance at PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis, Depok City. Based on the SPSS 25 output results, the results of the F test research (simultaneous) show that the calculated F value is 43.124 ≥ F table 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. So it can be concluded that training (X1) and work motivation (X2) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Pengaruh Pajak Daerah Dan Retribusi Daerah Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Sikka Tahun 2023 2023 年地方税收和征税对锡卡岛地方收入的影响

An important implication of regional autonomy is fiscal decentralization where regions have the authority to regulate and manage their own affairs including regional financial management but the increasing needs of the regions cause the financing of government and development programs/activities to also be greater so that the Central Government is stricter in matters of Transfers to Regions and autonomous regions including Sikka Regency must be independent through Regional Original Revenue (PAD) but the slow development and public services in Sikka Regency in 2023 due to low PAD caused by low Regional Taxes which only contribute 67.34% and Regional Retributions which only contribute 50.77%. This Policy Paper aims to achieve the target of Local Tax and Local Retribution fulfillment in 2024 and develop policy recommendations to achieve the target. A quantitative approach is used to analyze the percentage of Local Tax and Local Retribution achievements in the PAD Structure of the Sikka Regency APBD in 2023. In-depth interviews with civil servants of the Regional Revenue Agency to identify challenges and perceptions related to the PAD management process were also conducted. The results of the analysis show the low realization of local taxes and levies in Sikka Regency with contributing factors including potential PAD not yet well recorded or fully collected, ineffective local tax and levy collection systems and poorly recorded taxpayer and levy databases. To overcome this, the policy recommendation is the Sikka Regent Regulation on the Technical Guidelines for the implementation of local tax and levy management as well as efforts to pick up the ball on tax and levy collection to the community.

This study will look at the extent to which Avoskin products can form positive brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand trust in the minds of consumers, and how this affects purchase intentions for brands that have been marketed. This study involves all individuals who intend to make purchases on Avoskin skincare products as a population. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Brand Awareness variable has a positive effect on Brand Trust, the results of Perceived Quality also have a positive effect on Brand Trust, and Brand awareness has no positive effect on Purchase Intention, then Perceived Quality has a positive effect on Purchase Intention, then Brand trust has a positive effect on purchase intention, and there is Brand Awareness has no influence on Purchase Intention through Brand Trust. The final finding is that Perceived Quality does not have a positive influence on Purchase Intention through Brand Trust. The purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection in this study so that the number of respondents taken as samples was 130 using the SEM analysis method. These criteria include individuals who already know Avoskin skincare products, aged at least 17 years. The managerial implications of this research are expected to build Avoskin skincare for the better that brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand trust significantly affect purchase intention, Avoskin skincare companies can improve their marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, perceived quality, and consumer trust, which in turn can increase sales of their products.

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, price, location, promotion, and service quality significantly on purchasing decisions at coffee shops in the city of Gresik. The grand theory in this study uses the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and theory of reasoned action (TRA). Researchers use quantitative methods. This method can be used to determine the effect of product quality, price, place, promotion, service quality on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price, place, promotion, service quality are used as independent variables and purchasing decision as dependent variables. In this study, the population used were men and women who lived in Gresik and had visited coffee shops in the city of Gresik with an infinite number. Purposive sampling method with criteria is men or women who live in the city of Gresik and have come to coffee shops in the city of Gresik who consume coffee with the age of 18-34 years. The determination of sample age criteria and sampling locations was based on the target consumers at the Kene Coffee coffee shop and the Honest Docs Team specifically conducted a survey of 385 respondents to find out coffee drinking habits in Indonesia. The results of this study are price variables, promotions, service quality do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality variables, and location has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions coffee shops in Gresik City.
