Challenges in Student Centered Learning 以学生为中心的学习所面临的挑战

Abstract: In a student- centered approach the student is at the center of student-centered learning, where learning is dependent upon the learner's interest. It empowers learners to take ownership of their learning process, encouraging and experience real life situations. The goal of this project is to determine the challenges schools, teachers and students are facing in adopting modern technologies. The author discussed the types of student-centered learning and how a teacher can gain attention of students while using gadgets. The Prons and cons of applying student focused learning is mentioned in the article. It also shows how it is different from traditional ways of teaching and its changes are beneficiary for student and teacher. Therefore, NEP 2020 emphasizes education for all children but on the needs of the student rather than the teacher. The scaffolding means teacher helps students through their guidance, but the completion of activity is done by students. in student learning approach the student not only enhances the confidence but also use the cognitive and abstract thinking. This approach also develops the leadership skills of students and brings harmony among peer groups. The challenge teachers are facing is to use individualized plans for every diverse need of students. There is an enormous difference between student centered and traditional ways of teaching. The students are given opportunities to explore more and focus on practical work. Students become more responsible for their future course of action. In student centered learning, the students do abstarct thinking and teachers take them to field work for real life experiences. Many different commissions are developed by government of India to engage every student in practical world and give them opportunities to become a successful citizen. E- learning is the best example for student involvement in online mode with their peer group. Some of the tasks are given online by a teacher like making PPT whitehanded the computer skills and confidence of student in giving presentation.

Abstract: This research paper explores the application of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in the design and optimization of Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) based Identification Cards (ID cards). RFID technology is being opted by many manufacturing industries because of its efficiency in data identification and tracking. The integration of RFID technology into identification cards enhances security and facilitates seamless access control. This study focuses on employing FEA techniques to evaluate and improve the mechanical and structural aspects of RFID-based I cards, ensuring durability and reliability in realworld applications.

Abstract: Solar-powered system for charging designed for electric vehicle recharging, addressing the primary issues of fuel consumption and environmental pollution. Electric vehicles have been introduced globally and are gradually increasing in popularity. Beyond their environmental advantages, EVs cut travel costs by replacing fuel with electricity, which is significantly more affordableWe introduce an innovative electric vehicle charging system that revolutionizes the charging process. Unlike traditional methods requiring physical connections, our system enables vehicles to charge while in motion without the need for cables. By harnessing the power of the sun, we have developed a solar-powered system that eliminates the dependency on external power sources. This groundbreaking technology incorporates an LCD display, Atmega controller, copper coils, AC-toDC converter, solar panel, battery, transformer, and regulator circuitry. This intricate assembly allows for wireless energy transfer to electric vehicles, eliminating the inconvenience of charging stops. Consequently, our system seamlessly integrates into existing road infrastructure, providing a sustainable and efficient solution for electric vehicle charging.This paradigm shift in charging technology offers numerous advantages. Drivers can enjoy uninterrupted journeys without range anxiety, as vehicles continuously replenish their energy supply. Moreover, the utilization of solar power promotes clean energy consumption and reduces reliance on fossil fuels. By combining wireless charging with renewable energy, we contribute to a greener and more sustainable transportation ecosystem. This system holds the potential to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and drive advancements in electric mobility

Impact of Wollastonite and Glass Powder as Partial Cement Replacement on the Properties of Concrete 硅灰石和玻璃粉作为部分水泥替代物对混凝土性能的影响

Abstract: Scientists are currently concentrating their efforts on waste products, agricultural waste, and other natural elements in an effort to develop technologies that might be utilized as raw materials for construction. Recycling, on the other hand, stimulates the economy and contributes to the creation of a cleaner, safer environment. To solve this problem, a variety of ingredients are used in place of some cement, such as fly ash, GGBS, silica fume, wollastonite, waste glass powder, etc. You can cut down on pollutants in the environment by replacing part of the cement with wollastonite and glass powder. Since glass does not biodegrade, filling it with shattered glass is an unsustainable and damaging activity for the environment. Silica makes up the majority of glass. Wollastonite is a naturally occurring material that costs less than cement. This study's main goal is to investigate possible impacts and determine how the wollastonite-glass powder (W-GP) combination influences the mechanical properties and longevity of M40-grade concrete. We study the properties of concrete strength after adding wollastonite at 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. In order to maintain the optimal percentage of wollastonite replacement, mineral admixtures such as glass powder (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%) can be used in place of more cement. Test results show that utilizing cement instead of 15% wollastonite yields superior outcomes to employing the recommended mixture. The mixture that demonstrated the largest strength enhancement was composed of 15% wollastonite and 15% GP.

Abstract: All parents have long desired healthy, intelligent, and beautiful children, as reflected in concepts from classical texts like "Suputrakameeya." Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine, provides simple methods to ensure the birth of a healthy child, beginning with partner selection and addressing factors related to fetal development, including fertilization and sex determination. It emphasizes the roles of Shukra (sperm) and Shonita (ovum) in conception, with the dominance of Shonita leading to female offspring and Shukra to male offspring. Similarly, modern science determines sex by the presence of X and Y chromosomes, with the Y chromosome playing a crucial role in male development. Hormones such as Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and testosterone influence the development of reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics. Both Ayurveda and contemporary science provide valuable insights into the genetic and biological aspects of human development

Abstract: Background: Breast is a very vital organ of a female’s body and females are very conscious about it as they will be depressed if they have any disease or illness related to this organ. A breast self-examination helps to understand the normal look and feel of the breast. By regularly examining their breasts women become familiar with their normal feel and thus are more able to detect subtle changes. Methodology: A quantitative research approach was adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of video assisted teaching programme on knowledge regarding breast self-examination among adolescent girls in selected higher secondary schools at Guwahati, assam. 101 adolescent girls were selected using a probability simple random sampling technique from Arya Vidyapeeth Higher Secondary School and Prachya Bharati Senior Secondary School. A self-structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge of the adolescent girls on breast self-examination.

Molecular docking predicts interactions between drugs and targets, while virtual screening evaluates large compound libraries to identify promising candidates. ADMET profiling assesses pharmacokinetic and toxicological properties early in development. Homology modeling constructs three-dimensional protein models to aid target identification, and QSAR models predict biological activities based on chemical structures. These integrated approaches streamline drug development, providing a robust framework for modern pharmaceutical research.

Urban Green Areas per Resident: Review Study 城市居民人均绿地面积:回顾研究

Abstract: One of the essential elements of landscape planning is the design of urban green areas which is important for community welfare. Data about green area in large cities can be collected from aerial survey or satellite imageries. Analysis can be applied using GIS to determine the relation between urban green area (UGA) per resident in the city when statistics of number of inhabitants in the city are known. The computed UGA per resident can then be compared with respect to standard or recommended values given by: World Health Organization (WHO) or by the United Nations (UN) or any other organization. Studying the distances that people need to walk to the nearest green area should also satisfy a certain limit. This paper is an attempt to outline some published research about finding out the UGA per capita in various world cities.
