This paper aims to achieve higher quality levels for information systems project management through proposing a quality assurance model for Information Systems Projects Management (IS-PM). This paper presents important quality concepts and fundamentals related to IS-PM. In addition, it presents the life cycle, phases, and activities of IS-PM. Depending on the proposed steps and a combination of statistical techniques, this paper introduces a proposed quality assurance model for IS-PM activities. This proposed model can be used for building a software tool for the quality assurance of IS-PM.

Mobile phone applications have gained tremendous attention over the past few years due to an increase in mobile phone downloads and revenue. However, the more applications are produced, the more applications fail. Mobile application statistics indicate that the main drivers of application failure include high consumer/consumer expectations, inadequate marketing efforts, and technical problems resulting from developers failing to use appropriate methodologies. Some of these applications may not be important, but failures in mobile applications used by civil protection to provide important information in times of crisis, such as location-based services, are not acceptable in any way. This paper provides a framework that uses the Scrum methodology to develop a mobile application to alert citizens to risks and manage the team to improve collaboration, coordination, and communication between the team (s) to get quick feedback from users to address rapid developments in context and achieve desired goals.

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of open subinguinal varicocelectomy on sperm parameters in infertile men. Results: The study included 70 patients with varicocele who underwent the surgery, and significant improvements were observed in semen parameters, including volume, concentration, count, motility, and morphology. Additionally, there was an increase in the likelihood of achieving pregnancy after surgery. Unilateral varicocelectomy had a greater impact on improving these parameters than bilateral varicocelectomy. Furthermore, undergoing the surgery at a younger age had a more significant impact. The mean age of patients was 27 years old, with all being married; unilateral varicocele was found in 71% of cases, while the remaining cases presented as bilateral; duration of infertility averaged around one year for all participants, with primary infertility accounting for most cases (87%). Varicocele grade II occurred among approximately one-third (34%) of participants, while grade III occurred among two-thirds (66%) of participants. No intra-operative complications were reported during or after surgeries that involved routine preoperative investigations such as physical examination and color Doppler ultrasound, along with hormonal profile analysis, before scheduling open subinguinal conventional varicocelectomies. In conclusion, this prospective descriptive study showed that subinguinal varicocelectomy improves patients' semen quality by increasing volume, concentration, count, motility, and morphology. All differences mean an increase in all parameters (volume = 0.7 ml, count = 13 million/mL, motility = 12%, and achievement of pregnancy (no = 16, 22.9%), leading to higher chances of achieving pregnancy. This effect is greater when performed unilaterally (n = 45,64.3%) than bilaterally (n = 18,25.7%), especially if done at younger ages, but further studies are needed to confirm these findings using larger sample sizes.

There are some debates occasionally for dialogue and rapprochement to close the human societies of different religions and ethnicities, especially between the West and Islam, but there are some obstructions thwart these attempts. This paper has several questions in this track, and it focuses on the criticism of Huntington's theory in a new way. This paper also addresses the views of Muslim scholars compared to Westerners on the issue of conflict and its reality, and Islam`s innocence from what has been attributed to its hostility to other nations, especially the Western world, which links it to the Islamic world, has historical positions, and other economic and political positions that have been renewed in the past and the current century.

Online marketing generates vast amounts of digital information, which is then used to advertise millions of goods and services. Finding the best services or goods that meet the need is, therefore, difficult. Customers make decisions based on evaluations or opinions expressed by third parties. In this cutthroat environment. For the past few years, some businesses have employed writers to fabricate favorable reviews of their services or goods or unfairly critical reviews of those of their rivals in order to increase the number of false reviews. Review sites are increasingly having to deal with the distribution of false information that either benefits or hurts particular firms. Different types of opinion spam are used to deceive both human readers and automated sentiment analysis and opinion mining systems. Different strategies have been put forth as a result, allowing for the evaluation of the user-generated content's credibility. Fire accidents in high-rise residential buildings lead to great loss of life and property and constitute a serious threat to the difficulty of safe evacuation due to the presence of various flammable materials and high population density, so there are great challenges facing architects and specialists in order to improve and develop design methods to protect from fire and reduce losses. The space separating apartments can be a factor influencing the spread of fire, its development, and the speed of its transmission in tall residential buildings. To clarify this, the spread of fire was followed vertically and systematically by simulating the characteristics of fire spread for a 12-story building using the pyrosim program. The simulation results showed that the risk of fire spreading in tall residential buildings increases with the space separating apartments and that the effect of the depth of space is more obvious the greater the width of the space separating apartments. For separating spaces, and thus the research can contribute to choosing the optimal design to increase the chance of safe evacuation in the event of a fire in high-rise residential buildings.

This study deals with the verbal and semantic defects of the Arabic lexicon, which were monitored "Attaaliqat wa- al-nawadir" By Abu Ali Al-Hajari, and shows its impact on Arabic dictionaries after him in terms of monitoring this linguistic richness that they missed. It is known that the collection of missing items is of great importance in contributing to the completion of our ancient linguistic dictionaries, filling the gaps in them and enriching their content. It contributes to reviving a root described as neglected, or helps to understand an ancient text or witness. The study concluded with results, including: The book of "Attaaliqat wa- al-nawadir" By Abu Ali Al-Hajari is a source full of lexical gaps that are not few. The diversity of the Arabs' environments and their different lifestyles also led to the multiplicity of the semantics of the words. Highlighting the lexical missing helps to complete the Arabic lexicon material and contributes to building the desired historical lexicon and Arabic linguistic atlas.

The researcher noted، through his work in the legal department of the university and also through his teaching of the courses of administrative law and the administrative judiciary of the Faculty of Law، that there are many problems related to career promotions for employees in all organizations، And due to the nature of these decisions, the discretion and rights of the staff member overlap, which puts the general authority in between applying administrative justice and the granting of functional rights. In this paper, the researcher discussed the basic conditions set by the legislator for promotion as well as administrative and judicial oversight of the administration's actions. In particular، through extrapolation of legal texts and judicial decisions, the administrative procedures used by the Department for the granting of career promotions were studied as well as the problems associated with these decisions and what guarantees are approved by the legislator to ensure that the Department does not deviate its authority from the public good. Also, judicial guarantees for employees' access to their occupational rights, this was done in two researches: the first is about the definition of promotion and its conditions and the second is about the administrative and judicial safeguards for career promotion.
