This study seeks to reveal the idea of the savior man and the victory of good over evil. It is one of the beliefs that man believed in since ancient times. In addition to the monotheistic religions that emphasized it, the positive religions also called for it and surrounded it with an aura of sanctity, as it is one of the basic points of commonality between most religions. This is because the issue of salvation preoccupied the mind of man, and he kept looking for a savior, whether this savior was embodied in a god or a human being. Thus, this belief is not exclusive to the divine religions only, as it stems mainly from the human instinct that constantly longs for perfection in all its forms, and perhaps this matter in particular. It is what makes it more realistic. Human nature, as is well known, does not seek something that does not exist. Therefore, all religions, including man-made religions, preached that humanity has a promised day when the earth will be honored with the appearance of the savior and the savior. No ideology, whatever its stance on the unseen, can deny the idea of salvation, for all of them meet in terms of the content of faith in waiting for a savior or savior who will rid humanity of injustice and persecution, and lead it to terms of freedom, justice and prosperity, even if the reasons for this belief differ.

Ionizing radiation is widely used in the field of medicine both for diagnosis and treatment. So, Understanding the principles of radiation safety and how to apply them in clinical practice is critical for medical and paramedical staff The study was conducted to assess the knowledge of nursing staff about ionizing radiation and protection from ionizing radiation during the diagnostic and therapeutic examination. In this study, a quantitative descriptive approach and a comprehensive review of previous studies were followed in order to emphasize the importance of teaching medical physics and ionizing radiation science because of its extremely important impact on the nursing staff working in medical institutions and radiological examination centers of both types, diagnostic and therapeutic. Through this study, we noticed that the paramedical staff's knowledge of physics and technology was not sufficient, and from our point of view, it does not meet the needs of healthcare institutions that require a deep understanding of tools and equipment that depend on the principles and laws of physics. We also expect that the nursing staff's lack of knowledge of the physical foundations and laws that are used may have a negative impact on the patients' condition in clinical practice. Thus, there is a need to improve nursing students' knowledge of physics by changing the way biophysics is taught in the nursing curriculum.

The aim of this study is to discover the relationship between written premiums and paid claims as two independent variables and the required solvency as a dependent variable for a sample of insurance companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this, in this research, we calculated the solvency required to be achieved by the insurance company according to the method of written premiums, which are found in the insurance companies’ control list issued by the Saudi Central Bank, and relied on the financial reports issued and published for five companies, which represent a sample of the Saudi insurance market during the study period from 2012 to 2021, these companies were chosen due to the availability of the necessary data to complete this study within the required period of ten years. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to test the research hypothesis, and the results of hypothesis testing showed that the written premiums affect positively and significantly the required solvency for all the researched insurance companies. The results also showed that the paid claims affect positively and significantly the solvency required for these companies. According to the results obtained, the higher the written premiums, the higher the solvency demanded by the insurance companies, which will have a significant impact on maintaining the solvency of the company, fulfilling its obligations in the long term, and reducing the level of risks facing the company's assets, and the increase in the volume of claims leads to an increase in the prices of insurance products. This leads to an increase in the volume of written premiums and, thus, an increase in the required solvency margin. Therefore, this study recommends the necessity of commitment and striving to achieve the required solvency margin or higher by increasing the volume of subscriptions due to their significant contribution to the insurance company being financially full. The company's financial efficiency, and we also recommend the need to choose low-cost risks to reduce the volume of claims and reduce the price of insurance premiums to attract the largest possible number of subscribers and thus increase the volume of written premiums.

The stage of implementation of penal judgments is considered the key outcome of the criminal case and stands out chiefly as the most important stage of the procedures. It constitutes the highest form of justice and reflects the strength of the State in extending the application of the law by transforming the issued operative sentences into reality in which the convicted person receives his/her punishment, the plaintiff attains his right and the society succeeds in punishing those who violated the law. This stage enjoys a set of legal rules and guarantees that regulate the implementation procedures from the point of the final judgment to the actual implementation. This study aims to shed light on the implementation of the criminal rulings by the Public Prosecution Authority and determine the procedures followed in the implementation of the criminal penalties issued by the competent judicial courts and the key implementation issues that hinder the implementation phase during the practical application. Moreover, it highlights the position of the Omani legislator in this stage and the most prominent legal articles organizing this stage according to the Criminal Law. The following are the main finding of the study: 1. The Omani legislator has made the implementation of the criminal rulings issued by the criminal courts a key constituent of the work of the public prosecution and one of its various specializations in the field of public litigation. 2. extends to the implementation stage within the penal institutions. from implementing such judgments.

The aim of our study is to know the effect of adding cyproheptidine as a feed additive (growth promoter) to the broiler diet. Sixty birds (Ross breed) one day old were been grouped randomly into two groups: a treatment group and a control group, and the chicks were housing and feeding for 49 days (from 1/11 – 19/12/2022). and measure some serum biochemical parameter and growth performance. The result showed significantly affected (p<0.05) by the treatment group throughout the production period (1-49) days, an increase in body weight, Live body weight gain, Food intake, and weight of abdominal fat, heart, and leg, all other carcass parameters. The serum content of creatinine tends to drop (0.91 mg/dl) while the urea content tends to increase (1.30 mg/dl) in the treatment group. Cyprohptadine was significantly affected (p<0.05) on the serum protein content in the treatment group (2.12 g/dl) than the control group (2.84 g/dl) and there was no significant effect of cyproheptadine in serum contents of (ALAT) and (ASAT), decreased serum content of Cholesterol compared than the control group. From these results, Cyproheptadine is an effective and well-tolerated appetite stimulant in the broiler. So, it can be used to increase the weight of broilers in a shorter period of time than usual.
