Background: Hemodialysis is a common management intervention in chronic kidney and End-Stage Renal Disease patients. Despite the increase in utilization of maintenance hemodialysis in low and medium-income countries, there needs to be more efforts to assess the quality of hemodialysis services. Objective: To evaluate the quality of hemodialysis services at selected county dialysis centres. Methodology: A cross-sectional descriptive study was used. Proportionate sampling was used with a sample size of 118 patients on hemodialysis. Chi squares test was used to determine the association between variables while binary logistic regression analysis was used to determine predictors of quality hemodialysis services. Results: Fifty-six percent of the participants perceived the quality of hemodialysis services as good. Gender, education level, co-morbidities, admission due to side effects, social support, waiting time, education before dialysis session, and satisfaction with care were associated with the quality of hemodialysis services. Moreover, being male (AOR =3.75, 95%CI: 1.11 – 12.64, p =0.033), having secondary level education (AOR =2.31, 95%CI: 1.41 – 4.97, p =0.046), having been admitted due to side effects since the beginning of hemodialysis sessions (AOR =0.22, 95%CI:0.15 – 0.86, p<0.001), having received social support from family and friends (AOR =11.49, 95%CI: 1.79 -73.95, p =0.010) and not waiting longer to be allocated a H.D. (AOR = 0.21, 95%CI: 0.05 – 0.93, p =0.041) as predictors of quality of hemodialysis services: Conclusion and recommendation: The quality of hemodialysis services in selected centres is slightly above average. Increased health education, training more staff on the needs of patients, and reviewing appointment period based on the number of machines available is essential to improve the quality of hemodialysis services.

As a direct response to the ever-increasing demand for environmentally friendly products, "green marketing" has emerged as one of the most effective business techniques of the present day. As a result, this study summarizes the previous research to better understand the connection between green marketing techniques, green perceived value, and green purchase intention, with faith in the environment serving as a moderating factor. Additionally, the purpose of this research is to offer a different point of view, which will set it apart from other studies that have been conducted on the topic of green products, green perceived value, and green marketing strategies that can improve green trust as well as green purchase intentions. In order to investigate the connection between the different factors, a conceptual framework has been established.

The success of economic development must be supported by human development. Life expectancy is an important indicator that acts as a measuring tool for government performance in planning and evaluating national development, especially in the province of West Nusa Tenggara. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables that affect: the population; government spending; health services; coverage of drug/vaccine availability; nutritional adequacy; education level; age at marriage; environmental sanitation; immunization; domestic violence (KDRT); life expectancy; Risk of Infant Mortality and Risk of Maternal Death. The research uses panel data consisting of 10 regencies/cities for 2008-2019 obtained from BPS, NTB Health Office, NTB DP3AP2KB, NTB Police and conducted in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses econometric modelling and system dynamics. The results of the study found that: the behavioral aspect of the community is 1.69 years old and is a top priority. The modelling results also show that the life expectancy in NTB is 1.73 years to 74.15 years compared to the BPS projection of 72.42 years for the National in 2035.

This study attempted to evaluate how the city integrated all of its disaster management measures to already ease the hardships of the populace. With the aid of a validated survey questionnaire created by the researcher, the results were gathered by convenience sampling. Utilizing frequency and percentage distribution, the data were examined. According to the results, women make up the majority of respondents, and they tend to be between the ages of 26 and 35. The results showed that at least 56 percent of respondents are aware, while 44 percent are unaware of the government's initiative. Findings showed 52 percent were minimal which means no roof/wall detached during the Typhoon Odette, 40 percent were moderate, or some roof or wall detached, while 8 percent were severe, or all roof/ wall was detached when it comes to the severity of damage. Furthermore, the respondent’s level of satisfaction with the prevention, preparedness, and response measures taken by the Cebu City Government during Typhoon Odette stated that 62 percent of respondents, or the majority, expressed a moderate level of satisfaction with the initiatives and measures implemented, compared to 30 percent who expressed a low level of satisfaction and only 8 percent who expressed a high level of satisfaction. The researchers suggest this study to help identify the crucial areas to concentrate on and to strengthen in order to improve the local community's management of disaster risk and reduction in the years to come.

This study aims to determine the organizational culture and leadership style effect on organizational performance which is mediated by organizational commitment. The population was all the Banda Aceh City Tourism Office employees. The sample collection technique used was a census so a total of 90 respondents were obtained. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires online. The Likert scale was used to measure data. The model test used a onesample t-test for H1 (descriptive test), a structural test using smartPLS for H2 to H6 (verification of direct effect test), and a Sobel calculator for H7 and H8 (mediation effect test). The test results conclude that culture, leadership style, commitment, and organizational performance have been going well; then, culture and leadership style positively affected commitment and organizational performance, and commitment also influenced organizational performance; and commitment partially mediated the culture and leadership style role in the organizational performance. These findings illustrate that the organizational performance improvement model in the Banda Aceh City Tourism Office is a function of adjusting the culture and leadership style that can support organizational commitment. This finding is an important premise for the development of theories related to organizational performance, especially the organizational model that is the same as the Banda Aceh City Tourism Office that is being studied.

Just like most economies around the globe, SMEs are of extreme importance to the Cameroonian economy. They constitute the greatest part of the business population and contribute significantly to GDP, job creation, as well as income distribution, and the fight against poverty. Despite their contribution, this category of business still experiences high failure rates. The lack of a strategic approach in the management of SMEs alongside other factors has been reported to be responsible for these high failure rates. However, the inhabitants of the Western Region of Cameroon have proven to be highly successful in their business ventures. While their business success is extensively reported, studies that provide empirical evidence of the association between the growth strategies they used and SME success are almost inexistent; thus, the purpose of this study. The study made use of a pre-tested questionnaire that was administered to 500 SME owners/managers in the Western Region of Cameroon. After consistency checks, 403 returned questionnaires were retained for the study. Findings from this study revealed that there exists a significant association between the use of growth strategy and SME success/failure in the Western Region of Cameroon. It is therefore recommended that SMEs in this region make more consistent and deliberate use of strategy to improve business success chances.

This study aims to examine the Service Quality (Servqual) and Price Conformity effect on Repurchase Decision with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable for users of goods delivery services. The population in this study are users of delivery services in the Bireuen District. The number of samples used was 310 people. Data were processed using the SEMAMOS. The result concludes that in Delivery Service Companies in Bireuen District, servqual influences satisfaction, price conformity influences satisfaction, Servqual influences repurchasing decision, price conformity influences repurchase decision, satisfaction influences repurchasing decision, satisfaction mediates the servqual influence on repurchase decision, and satisfaction mediates price conformity influence on repurchase decision. In proving mediation, it concludes that satisfaction is useful in the model as a partial mediator for servqual influencing repurchase decisions and price confirmation influencing repurchase decisions. Thus overall, it has been proven that the model of increasing repurchase decision is a function of increasing servqual, price conformity, and customer satisfaction.

This study aims to see the self-efficacy, job crafting, and employee engagement effect on the performance of the Pidie District Government Regional Secretariat (Pidie Regency Secretariat) with the staff performance as mediators. The population was all of its employees. The sample collection technique used was a census, resulting in a total of 142 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online. The Likert scale was used to measure data in the field and was analyzed using AMOS-SEM. The test results conclude that self-efficacy, job crafting, engagement, staff performance, and Pidie Regency Secretariat Performance have been going well; self-efficacy, job crafting, and engagement positively influenced staff performance and Pidie Regency Secretariat Performance; Staff performance itself also positively influenced Pidie Regency Secretariat Performance; and Staff performance partially mediated the selfefficacy, job crafting, and engagement effect on Pidie Regency Secretariat Performance. These results also explain that the Pidie Regency Secretariat Performance model is a function of increasing self-efficacy and also job crafting, which is mediated by staff performance. This model contributes to the development of theory, which is the premise of the results from testing previous models.
