Effect of Marketing and Organisational Innovations on Performance of Telecommunication Companies in Nigeria 营销和组织创新对尼日利亚电信公司绩效的影响

Because of the dynamism and competition in today's business environment, firms that wish to compete and endure for a long time must adopt new techniques. The general population of Nigeria has the impression that the nation's telecommunications operating businesses are not only doing well, but also extremely profitable. However, a recent assessment by the industry watchdog, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC, 2020), revealed that despite the significant investment made by these telecom businesses, the overall sector performance has decreased. This served as the basis for this study, which looked at how organizational and marketing changes affected the success of telecom companies in Nigeria. Questionnaires were used as the tool of data collection in a survey design. Data were gathered from 213 employees at the six-person management cadre. Due to this, the report advises telecom operators to keep looking for new and effective ways to market their goods and services, while also making sure to set them apart from those of rival companies. Additionally, telecom businesses should use better methods for managing their interactions with important parties, particularly regulatory organizations, since doing so will likely result in fewer sanctions and other regulations that could endanger their business operations.

Integrating Technology and Personalized Approaches in Sports Rehabilitation: Enhancing Performance and Preventing Sports Injuries 在运动康复中整合技术和个性化方法:提高运动表现和预防运动损伤

This study analyses how personalized therapy and technology might enhance sports performance and minimize injury risk. China used PLS to assess data. Issue Statement Athletes must avoid injuries and recuperate to perform well. Modern technologies and specific therapies may enhance recovery. This concept uses technology and individualized therapy to help athletes recover quicker and avoid injuries. Many effective study methods were used. We first researched sports rehabilitation technology and tactics. Next, a representative Chinese athlete sample was surveyed on the new training methods. PLS was used to detect correlations and other patterns that might elucidate research issues. Sports rehabilitation is enhanced by VR/AR, motion tracking, biomechanical analysis, and neurostimulation. Widely used. Kinematic analysis, balance and strength testing, and flexibility training improved athlete recovery. Research Advice This research may support various beliefs. Cutting-edge rehabilitation facilities must invest in cutting-edge technologies. Physicians must accommodate athletes. Technology and individualized training should be supported in rehabilitation and training programs to decrease sports injuries and increase athlete performance by the sport’s governing organizations and groups. This research shows that sports rehabilitation needs personalized treatment plans and technologies to improve outcomes and prevent recurrence. Physicians, sports teams, and Chinese athletes may benefit from the results.

The Effect of Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance Through Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation as Intervening Variables 以内外动机为中介变量的人际沟通对员工绩效的影响

This study aims to investigate how interpersonal communication impacts employee performance, with intrinsic and extrinsic motivation as mediating factors, at PT. SALSBP in Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a sample of 104 company employees selected using the purposive sampling method and the Slovin formula. Path Analysis using SEM Smart PLS-3 is employed for data analysis. The findings reveal that extrinsic motivation significantly influences employee performance, as does interpersonal communication. Additionally, interpersonal communication significantly affects both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is also found to have a significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that interpersonal communication influences employee performance through both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. Notably, the most dominant factor influencing employee performance is extrinsic motivation. This study contributes valuable insights to the understanding of the various factors that influence employee performance, with a specific focus on interpersonal communication, extrinsic, and intrinsic motivation.

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Internal Control on Corporate Performance Mediated by Corporate Governance in PT Medco E&P Malaka 公司治理中介的组织文化和内部控制对公司绩效的影响

This study examines the influence of an organization’s culture, internal control, and corporate governance on corporate performance in a national private company. To collect data used a survey technique with a saturated sample of all the employees on PT Medco E&P Malaka (Medco) located in East Aceh Region, Indonesia, with 161 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result shows that in Medco, Significantly, culture affects corporate governance, Internal control affects governance, culture affects corporate performance, Internal control affects corporate performance, governance affects corporate performance, culture affects corporate performance thru governance, and Internal control affects corporate performance thru governance. The findings also prove from the results of direct effect and indirect effect tests, the corporate governance variable in the model functions as a partial mediator. These findings explain that the corporate performance improvement model at Medco is a function of cultural adjustment, and strengthening of internal controls within the company, which can have an impact on strengthening corporate governance.

2030 Work Skills as Predictors of Pre-Service Science Teachers’ Readiness to Implement 21st Century Learning 2030年工作技能作为职前科学教师准备实施21世纪学习的预测因素

This study focused on the 2030 work skills recommended by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development that predicts the readiness of the Pre-Service Science Teachers in implementing 21st century learning. The researcher used a descriptive-correlational quantitative research design and regression analysis that was adopted, and statistical tools were used to assess the relationship between independent and dependent variables. It was conducted in Laguna State Polytechnic University campuses; Los Banos, San Pablo, Siniloan and Sta. Cruz. Based on the findings, the study revealed that there is a significant relationship between cognitive and metacognitive, social and emotional, and practical and physical skills to their readiness to implement 21st-century learning. In regression analysis, it revealed that as the practical and physical skills of the pre-service teacher’s increases, their readiness to implement also increases. The findings of the study may provide pre-service science teachers a guide on the skills needed in 2030 so they can focus more on what area or aspect they need to improve. Likewise, the teachers may create a learning environment where pre-service teachers will be more engaged and help them utilize their full capacity. Furthermore, the University or any educational institution may offer webinars/seminars regarding the skills needed by the preservice teachers as well as training. Future researchers may be motivated to conduct further studies by employing other variables.

In the present research, "The Effects of the Board Size and Management Ownership on Firm Profitability," the complex forces that control corporate governance systems are examined along with how they affect business profitability. This study examines the impact of management ownership and board size on the financial performance of enterprises in Oman with an emphasis on the Omani setting. This study unearths fascinating insights via a thorough review of a broad sample of Omani businesses. The findings shed light on the ideal board composition for improving firm financial performance in Oman's special business climate by revealing a complicated link between board size and profitability. The study also examines the complex relationship between management ownership and firm profitability, providing significant insight into the corporate governance practices that can promote sustainability and growth in the economy in Oman. In the Omani context, the significance of this finding cannot be emphasized. The importance of corporate governance in maintaining the stability and competitiveness of Omani enterprises grows as the nation's economy continues to expand and draw both domestic and foreign investments. The study's conclusions offer managers, board members, and politicians practical advice that will help them make decisions that will increase the profitability of Omani businesses. Additionally, by offering a distinct viewpoint on corporate governance in Oman and providing fresh insights into the particular difficulties and opportunities faced by businesses in this location, this research adds to the body of literature already in existence. This study adds depth to the worldwide conversation on corporate governance and profitability by exploring the interaction between board size and managerial ownership within Oman's unique socio-economic setting. The importance of good corporate governance standards in Oman is emphasized in this paper's conclusion, which also provides empirical data on the effects of board size and managerial ownership on business profitability. The consequences of this research stretch beyond the Omani setting, acting as a useful tool for academics, professionals, and legislators alike as they negotiate the challenging landscape of corporate governance in a world economy that is becoming more linked.

The present paper explores the effects of corporate governance on listed companies in the setting of the Barcelona Stock Exchange in an effort to further improve our comprehension of the connection between board quality and business performance. The study examines the potential connection between corporate governance procedures and business performance results throughout the period of 2007 to 2020 using Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobin's Q, two different performance models. Three important elements of corporate governance are being closely examined: the number of independent members of the board, board size, and CEO duality. Examining such crucial governance factors in light of their possible impact on business performance sheds insight on their function in influencing the financial results for companies listed on the Barcelona Stock Market. By highlighting the complex relationships between various governance aspects and company performance measurements, the research generates new insights. This study contributes to a greater understanding of the effect of corporate governance on firm performance by concentrating on a specific stock market and employing a wide time frame. This study has broad implications for practitioners and decision-makers who want to improve governance processes for better performance and sustainability in businesses. The study's finding that the analyzed corporate governance characteristics have a stronger impact on business performance than on earnings management is noteworthy. This important discovery highlights the value of encouraging strong corporate governance practices as a way to boost overall business performance and highlights the need for active governance methods in supporting the sustainability of an organization.

The present research, which focuses on service businesses in South Alabama, USA, aims to add to the body of knowledge via underlining the importance of corporate governance systems in increasing the relationship between strategic management and performance. This study aims to shed light on the complex interactions among these vital components by presenting a complete framework encompassing strategic management, corporate governance, and company performance. The main goal of the research is to investigate how corporate governance influences the link between strategic management and firm performance in the setting of service businesses in South Alabama, USA. The present research seeks to expand our comprehension of how corporate governance procedures will amplify or reduce the influence of strategic management decisions on corporate performance results by exploring the complex relationships between these constructs. The research will take a broad conceptual approach, pulling on the body of knowledge and theoretical frameworks related to corporate governance, company performance, and managerial strategy. To lay the theoretical groundwork and identify essential variables, the first step entails a rigorous literature study. The relationship between corporate governance structures, company performance metrics, and strategic management techniques will then be demonstrated using a conceptual framework. To demonstrate the potential moderate impacts of corporate governance on strategic decisions and firm performance, the research project will include case studies and fictitious situations. This study aims to examine the complex interactions between audit committee characteristics and the scope of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosures, with an emphasis on organizational sustainability challenges. This research suggests to examine the effects of the audit committee's important characteristics, including its size and the proportion of its members who have financial knowledge, in an effort to shed light on this link. The present research suggests launching an analytical journey using the Ordinary Least Squares methodology, drawing its empirical foundation from secondary data gathered from the annual and sustainability reports of industrial enterprises listed on the Bahrain Stock Exchange for the fiscal year 2020. In order to better understand these intricate linkages, the study suggest rigorously statistically analyzes the data to uncover the complicated relationships between audit committee activities and the volume of CSR reports. The study adds to both the theoretical as well as the practical spheres in the continuously changing environment of business activities. The association between audit committee traits and CSR filings is theoretically more understood thanks to this development. It also fills a significant vacuum in the existing literature by addressing this link in the context of sustainability challenges, adding to the body of research currently available. In a practical manner, the research's results could provide useful information for corporate governance and CSR activities in Bahrain and elsewhere. This study can direct firms toward establishing a more all-encompassing strategy to CSR in the Bahraini environment by arguing for the strategic importance of audit committee attributes— specifically, size and the expertise composition—influence over CSR disclosures. The results of this study might therefore operate as a catalyst for more CSR integration within enterprises, ultimately promoting those companies' sustainable growth and beneficial social effects. By establishing a comprehensive structure that captures the relationship between audit committee features and CSR disclosures relevant to matters of sustainability, the current investigation essentially goes beyond the bounds of standard research. Analysis of Corn Commodity Competitiveness in Gorontalo Province 哥伦塔洛省玉米商品竞争力分析

This study aims to determine and analyze the competitiveness and superiority of corn commodities in Gorontalo Province. The data used in this study is secondary data from Gorontalo Province for five years, namely from 2016-2020, sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Gorontalo Province. The data analysis used in this research is RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) analysis. The results show that the RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) analysis for Gorontalo Province for the last 5 years starting from 2016-2020 that the commodity "Maize" has a very significant role. This can be seen from the amount of Corn's contribution in 2018 and 2020 more than looking at the total export of commodities in that year. This means that "corn" is the most dominant in Gorontalo Province and needs to be analyzed further regarding its export competitiveness nationally. From the RCA calculation, it can be shown that corn production in 2018 (RCA> 1) is 1.78%. This means that these exports have competitiveness above the national average competitiveness. The highest competitiveness is in 2020 6.64%.
