The performance of civil servants determines the performance of the government. To implement the performance management system of the government, it is necessary to establish and improve the evaluation system of civil servants. The paper focus on explaining the contents, schedule and target of China’s new college entrance examination reform and analyzing its influence on educational industry which mainly contains after-school training, educational informatization and online education. To promote the fairness of education, in September 2014, the new college entrance examination reform is launched by Chinese Ministry of Education, and the new college entrance examination system will be fully established in 2020. By implementing “3+3” elective subjects examination system, the new college entrance examination reform gives greater autonomy in admission to colleges, while students are given greater autonomy in school choice. The paper shows that the new college entrance examination reform will increase the importance of Chinese training and discipline competition training, expand the market of educational informatization products such as the courses arranging software, intelligent class cards and matched wristband, and promote the development of online messaging service, helping students in educational career planning, independent admission and school choice.

In recent year, China copying Korean’s original variety show has become a prevailing practice. The number of original works in China accounts for a small part in comparison with copied works. As an original variety show, Kitchen in the Wild is questioned to be a copy of Back to Field. Hence, Kitchen in the Wild will be the object of this study in order to find out if it is original and innovative, and its merits and demerits. These results will reflect the problems facing the whole Chinese variety show, followed by solutions. Firstly, the content of Kitchen in the Wild and Back to Field Season One will be compared for proving that the former is not copied from the other. Then, analyze the feature of reference and innovation. Next, text comments of the program on Douban.com will be divided into two parts, the reasons of its popularity and its problems, which would be analyzed with specific examples. At last, give recommendations to the program and Chinese variety show, combined with policies and current situation of variety show in China.

According to the relationship between the supervisory organ and the administrative office and the different principals in charge, four kinds of teaching supervisory modes are put forward: independent and powerful mode, independent and effective mode, independent and coordinated mode and subsidiary coordination mode. Based on the analysis of the functions of the four modes, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching supervision of colleges and universities, and it was found that the main way to improve the quality of education and teaching is the teaching supervision of colleges and universities. It is most appropriate for the teaching supervision of colleges and universities to be supervised by the deputy principal of teaching. The supervision work of colleges and universities should pay attention to both the supervision and the supervision, and the supervision work of colleges and universities should be divided into two levels reasonably and closely.
