The purpose of this study is to analyze how the benefits of the Word of Mouth marketing strategy (word of mouth marketing) are in supporting the improvement of the culinary business. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study are the application of the Word of Mouth strategy in the culinary industry sector in increasing sales and building brand awareness and growing public trust in products and companies. The presence of the Word Of Mouth strategy maximizes the development of the culinary business industry with a very wide reach. This study was conducted to determine how effective and influential the use of the Word of Mouth strategy is in the culinary business. In the end, the Word of Mouth marketing communication strategy can be utilized and beneficial for culinary business people in this modern era. In this digital era, product quality cannot be separated from aesthetics, those who are responsible for the beauty of product appearance are UI/UX Design and FrontEnd. Therefore, this study aims to find out what distinguishes UI/UX from FrontEnd and the correlation between UI/UX to FrontEnd. The method that this research uses is descriptive by presenting a complete picture of a particular situation based on facts, theories, and accurate reference sources with previous research. The results show that the presence of a UI/UX Designer can affect FrontEnd in the design/development of information systems. The main influence it has is in terms of appearance being more interactive as well as attractive. Even so, the position of FrontEnd cannot be replaced by a UI/UX Designer, because it is FrontEnd here who will implement the design and ensure that the aesthetics and functionality of the system run well.

Indonesia is one of the countries that have confirmed cases of COVID-19 since March 11, 2020. Where all sectors are mainly engaged in the culinary and hospitality industry due to the implementation of Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) that there are health protocol rules implemented by the government and a new adjustment to the building concept design. Café shall make innovation to survive from this pandemic. The research method used direct physical observation and literature studies. So that it can be seen the design concept that is feasible in this New Normal. The results of this study indicate that the café design concept has changed in accordance with the application of health protocols in the New Normal so as to create a building that is able to adapt to new habits that keep social activities safe during the pandemic. The main concept applied is the application of open space concept in a building and technology that can support cafe facilities. In the use of this open space concept, apart from creating larger open spaces, more openings, for the sake of circulation and lighting, touchless sensor technology, and layout of furniture designs to produce a design concept in a café. Accordance with the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Open space concept in the new normal period is to improve the quality of a building that is healthy and good in terms of aesthetics and functionality, but can still support the COVID-19 virus chain breaker program.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of the Web Series in discussing and delivering messages to audiences about the "value" of the product, where the web series published on digital media such as Youtube that becomes the attractive promotional strategies for the consumers. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that explains the promotion strategy and brand engagement through the web series that became a new content marketing campaign. The results of this study are the increased proximity between customers and brand as well as the increased understanding brand which leads to brand awareness because attractive promotional strategies can attract the attention of consumers. The use of web series to build engagement with customers also has its own added value, where the web series can also be used as a product campaign such as Ax Indonesia, which released a Web Series Axelerate the series: Kostan AX/3 that is in conjunction with the launch of their new product, Pomade, and Facial Wash. This study concludes that the approach to consumers must be adjusted to the characteristics of consumers themselves so that messages can be conveyed more effectively and on target.

This study aims to illustrate the impact of using E-Commerce, especially for the benefits of E-Commerce for business strategies. There are several ways to develop business both manually and computers. But in this era of the global economy, not only is the work process computerized, but the sales process also utilizes these facilities. The goal is to use e-commerce to attract more consumers because it can reach wider consumers. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and literature study based on previous research. The research aims to specify the effect of the expansion of e-commerce on the ticket booking business. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis, which was a method that presents a complete picture of the phenomena that occur in the case raised. Besides that, this study identifies the extent of the impact resulting from the development of e-commerce on the ticket booking business, as well as the benefits to be gained from the results of the ticket booking. The results of this study prove that booking tickets online is very efficient and makes it easy in the transaction process. Based on the analysis conducted, the impact of the development of e-commerce on the online ticket booking business has a major effect on the development of e-commerce. The research concluded that the effect of e-commerce development has a big influence on people's interest in booking tickets online.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been rigorously studied during the past decade due to their extraordinary physical, chemical, mechanical, electrical and optical properties. The purpose of this research is to conduct bibliometric analysis in carbon nanotubes synthesis by combining mapping analysis using VOSviewer software. Application reference manager used to obtain research data, namely Mendeley. The data obtained is the result of a search based on the keyword " Synthesis Method of Carbon Nanotubes ". From the search results, 247 relevant published articles were found in the range of 2018-2022. The results showed that the number of articles researching carbon nanotubes synthesis has been increasing since 2018 until 2021. However, there have been 8 articles that published in the early of 2022, this number could be increased by the time. Research that is being popularly studied by researchers until today is about review due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation that forced the researchers to decrease experiment activity and physical interations. This research is expected to help and become a reference for researchers in conducting and determining the research themes to be taken.

The purpose of this paper is to carry out an economic and industrial evaluation on an industrial scale of NiFe2O4 production using sonochemical synthesis methods. The method used is to calculate gross profit margin (GPM), payback period (PBP), cumulative net present value (CNPV), total investment cost (TIC) and profitability index (PI). NiFe2O4 nanoparticles were synthesized with the main raw materials being Fe(NO3)3.9H2O, Ni(NO3)2.6H2O, and NaOH (1:2:8). The calculation results of GPM and CNPV/TIC from the NiFe2O4 industry using the sonochemical synthesis method show the payback period (PBP) in the third year. So that in the third year onwards it can be predicted that the industry will experience profits. This research is expected to be a reference for technical and economic analysis to produce NiFe2O4 in humidity sensor applications on an industrial scale.
