Solubility And Dissolution Enhancement of Budesonide by Solid Dispersion Using Rotary Evaporation Technique 利用旋转蒸发技术通过固体分散提高布地奈德的溶解度和溶解度

The Purpose of the work was to enhance the solubility and dissolution of Budesonide API Powder which was under BCS Class 2 system. Solid dispersion of Budesonide were prepared by using different polymers like Poly vinyl pyrrolidone (PVP K30), polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) by using Solvent Evaporation Method by using Rotary Evaporator, in the 1:1:1, 1:1:2, 1:1:3, 1:2:1, ratios of drug and carrier. The In-vitro release profile of all solid dispersions (F1 to F9) were comparatively evaluated and also studied against pure Budesonide. The evaluation test were carried out like drug content, solubility, drug release studies. The drug and polymer interaction was studied by using Fourier Transport Infra-Red and Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Powder X Ray Diffraction studies were also carried out to find out the Crystalinity of Solid Dispersion, SEM was carried out for study of surface morphology.

An overview of gesture recognition, its various applications, how the system operates, applications, the suggested idea, the hardware and software tools needed to implement it, the idea's benefits and drawbacks, and the gesture recognition system's future potential are all covered in this paper.

This paper presents the most recent and important research trends on the friction and wear properties of diamond like carbon (DLC) coatings deposited on different types of materials. For this the invention, methods, techniques, and design related to this area are discussed. The different trends of tribological properties of materials under different operating conditions are observed. In this article, an attempt is made to provide an opportunity for the future researchers to identify the recent trend of these areas. It is expected that the applications of these results will contribute to the improvement of different concerned mechanical processes. This review article also includes some patents relevant to the method of producing a DLC film.

Evaluating students' learning performance is a fundamental aspect of evaluating any educational institution. When addressing challenges related to the learning process, student performance is critical, and it is one of the key factors used to quantify learning outcomes. The topic of research known as educational data mining (EDM) has grown out of the potential to leverage data knowledge to enhance educational systems. EDM is the development of methods to analyze data collected from educational environments, enabling a more complete and precise understanding of students and the enhancement of their educational results. Evaluating the students' learning results is a crucial part of evaluating any educational institution. One of the key variables used to quantify learning outcomes is student performance, which is significant when addressing problems with the learning process. The field of research known as educational data mining, or EDM, was born out of the potential to leverage data knowledge to enhance educational systems. EDM is the process of developing methods for evaluating information obtained from educational environments. This makes it possible to learn more precise and in-depth information about students and enhances their academic achievement. Academic achievement tests (AAT), general aptitude tests (GAT), admission scores, first-level courses, and other early-stage factors are used in the paper's dimensionality reduction mechanism by T-SNE algorithm for the clustering technique. This allows the study to investigate the relationship between these aspects and GPAs. Regarding the categorization method, the study showcases tests conducted on various machine learning models that forecast student achievement in the initial phases by utilizing diverse attributes such as course grades and entrance exam results. To gauge the models' quality, we employ various evaluation measures. Based on the findings, it appears that early student failure rates can be reduced by educational institutions.

Spatio-Temporal Variations of Surface Melt Over Antarctic Ice Shelves using SCATSAT-1 Data 利用 SCATSAT-1 数据研究南极冰架表面融化的时空变化

Surface melting is a significant issue in Antarctica, affecting glacier movements and climate change. During summer, surface meltwaters from ponds circulate over ice shelves, causing mass loss. These melt water percolates down to shelf through crevasses and affects the iceshelf instability or break the ice shelf. Antarctica experiences a surface melting increase of around 3.5 million square kilometres for every one-degree rise in summer temperature. In this study we use remote-sensing data sets to assess the spatial and temporal distribution of surface melt over Antarctic ice shelves. We use microwave brightness temperature (Tb) to evaluate surface melting on ice shelves. Total four ice shelves from East and West Antarctica were selected for research due to their significant surface melting issues. The study estimated cumulative melt days over these ice shelves for year 2017 and 2018, and investigated melt variations over transect profiles. It was found that year 2018 showed increased amount in melt days in some regions of selected ice shelves.

The present study explores the textile heritage of Maharashtra, with particular attention on the differences in textile use throughout the state's five main regions: Konkan, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Khandesh, and North Maharashtra. Through the use of surveys, in-person interviews, and data analysis, it investigates how environmental conditions, cultural traditions, and societal norms impact fabric choices in each place. The study underscores the cultural importance of traditional attire in Maharashtra and emphasizes how it promotes community cohesion, historical celebration, and cultural identity preservation. The elaborate Vidarbha kurtas and the colourful Konkan sarees, Maharashtra's traditional clothing reflects the region's cultural geography. The main goal of the study is to examine how environmental factors influence fabric preferences in each of the state's regions. For example, the Konkan's humid coastal climate is ideal for lightweight textiles like silk and cotton, but Vidarbha and North Maharashtra's colder climates demand the usage of warmer materials like wollen cloths.Further investigation into regional variations in fabric use entails a look at weaving methods, style trends, and cultural practices. Every area is proud of its unique textile heritage, which displays the artistic customs and skill of its people. Examples are the elaborate Kasuti needlework of Konkan and the silk Paithani sarees of Marathwada.The results of this study will also have a big impact on Maharashtra's methods for investigating crimes and analyzing evidence. Law enforcement officials can more effectively connect evidence to particular places, towns, or people by knowing the fabric selections and cultural customs that are particular to each area. For example, discovering a unique weaving technique or old object at a crime scene can provide important details about the criminal's upbringing or place of origin. Moreover, knowing how fabrics are used differently across different regions can help identify the origins of materials used in illicit operations like counterfeiting and smuggling to sum up, this research offers insightful information on Maharashtra's textile history and how it relates to crime analysis and investigation. This improves law enforcement's capacity and fosters a greater awareness of the state's cultural variety.

Model Studies on Settlement of an Expansive Soil Slope Stabilized with GGBS 用 GGBS 加固的膨胀土斜坡沉降模型研究

Expansive soils present significant challenges in civil engineering due to their tendency to undergo volumetric changes with variations in moisture content, often resulting in slope instability and settlement issues. This study investigates the effectiveness of stabilizing expansive soil slopes using Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) as an additive. The research employs laboratory-scale model studies to simulate the behaviour of expansive soil slopes subjected to varying levels of GGBS stabilization. The settlement characteristics of the stabilized slopes are analysed under different loading conditions and moisture contents. Experimental results indicate that the incorporation of GGBS enhances the properties of expansive soils, reducing settlement and improving slope stability. The findings contribute to the understanding of sustainable solutions for mitigating settlement issues in expansive soil slopes, offering insights for practical applications in geotechnical engineering.
