The success of maritime development must be felt by the surrounding coastal communities, most of whom work as fishermen and have low education, so it is necessary to pay attention to efforts to improve the standard of living of the people in coastal areas and overcome the problem of unemployment. The fishing community group which is a Bugis-Makassar fisherman organization has been formed for generations. In general, this Bugis and Makassar fishing organization is referred to as Ponggawa-Sawi with all the problems in it. The purpose of this research is to find out how the problem of professionalism is in job creation. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using the in-depth interview method with key respondents and analyzed using the APPAS method. The results of the study show that 1) the problem of employment in creating employment opportunities has been going on for a long time, both in a structured way, in this case mustard (workers) have a low bargaining position because there are not many alternative job opportunities available; 2) business owners have problems in terms of lacking managerial ability so that business results are less than optimal. The use of the APPAS method recommends several things related to the problems that occur, namely 1) make a clear work contract for workers (sawi); 2) carry out training or assistance related to increasing the managerial capabilities of business owners.

The Internet's core is TCP/IP, which stands for Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol. It connects network devices on the internet via communication protocols. Python has several TCP/IP packages due to its popularity and flexibility. This paper describes the most popular Python libraries for TCP/IP protocol implementation, including socket, asyncio, Twisted, and Scapy. To help developers choose a library, we compare its benefits, cons, and areas of use, including criteria other than speed and memory utilization. When making web apps, choose wisely.

In this research, we synthesized oxazine and thiazine derivatives (3-6). These derivatives of chacone compounds (1 and 2) that synthesized from 4- hydroxyacetophenone and aldehyde derivatives such as, 4-bromobenzaldehyde and 4- chlorobenzaldehyde. These derivatives of chalcone (1-2) reacted with urea to produce oxazine derivatives as 4-[4-amino-6-(4-subsutitedphenyl)-2H-1,3-oxazin-2-yl] phenol (3 and 4) and thiourea to produce 4-[4-amino-6-(4-subsutitedphenyl)-2H-1,3-thiazin-2-yl] phenol (5 and 6). These derivatives were characterization by spectroscopy methods such as, FTIR and 1HNMR. Some compounds (3 and 5) that synthesized tested as Pesticides (anti-dubas) through the spray method and these derivatives killed Dubas and we noted the compound 5 was more active from compound 3 because compound 5 have been S atom in his structure that bonded in active group in dubas by effect on Cholinesterase enzyme in the insect.

Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) indicators were carried out to prepare the genetic fingerprints of six species of the genus Tegates. The discrepancies between the replicates of each species (their numbers and molecular sizes) were revealed after the replicates of the samples were migrated onto agarose gel and stained with ethidium bromide. 10 primers were selected, which showed different replication products among the studied species, as those primers showed 63 polymorphic bands out of 468 total bands. Each selected starter produced between 23 bands (OPD-18) to 78 bands (OPF-04). The largest number of divergent bands (15 bands) generated by the primer OPD-13, while it appeared that the least number of divergent bands (3 bands) which was generated by the primer OPD-18. The primer efficiency ranged from 0.20 in (OPD-13) to 0.09 in (primer OPA-04). It was found in this study that the primer OPD-13 had the highest discrimination ability, while the primer OPD-18 had the lowest value of the discrimination ability. The lowest genetic dimension was (0.3755) between the two species T. erecta and T. patula, while the largest genetic dimension was (0.8466) between the two species T. patula and T. tenuifolia. The phylogenetic tree through the unweighted pair-group method of arithmetic means (UPGMA) that is, based on the tree of phylogenetic relationships revealed two main genetic groups. The general analysis of the results showed that the genetic relationships between the species of the genus Tegates are related to some morphological traits as well as to the original origin and at the level of molecular genetics.

The results of phytochemical screening of Jatropha showed the presence of flavonoid compounds, alkaloids, saponins and tannins. The results of the antibacterial activity test showed that each concentration had an inhibitory response that was categorized as moderate to strong on Propionibacterium acnes bacteria with clear zone diameters of 10% (7.50mm), 20% (9.18mm), 30% (12.10mm), and 40% (15.16mm) in Staphylococcus aureus bacteria with a clear zone diameter of 10% (8.13mm), 20% (10.21mm), 30% (12.13mm), and 40% (15.53mm). The conclusion showed that the ethyl acetate extract of Jatropha leaves (Jatropha curcas L.) has antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus.","PeriodicalId":14397,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Papier Advance and Scientific Review","volume":"150 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79473748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
The number of patient visits at the Tampo Health Center in Kendari City is known to be 30,540 patients in 2019 and in 2020 it decreased to 45.38% or 16,679 and in 2021 as of November it decreased from the previous number of 14.67%, namely 14,232. and it is known that the number of visits by BPJS participants until November 2021 is 28,350 participants who are registered at the first level health facility, namely at the Tampo Health Center, it is known that the population in the Tampo sub-district which is the working area of the Tampo Health Center is 34,366, thus there are only 17.50% still available. people who did not choose the first health facility at the Tampo Public Health Center. The total number of referrals in 2020 is 5336. From the data above, it is known that the number of referrals every month exceeds the set standard, which is above 15% and does not match the JKN referral standard. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the JKN Era Health services by increasing the number of referrals with the factors that cause referrals. This type of research is quantitative research with explanatory survey methods, research that explains causality and hypothesis testing. There is a significant influence with the existence of the JKN Era where the number of referral cases is known to be large and exceeds the reference standard, which is 15 percent.
