A Critical Review of Balanced Diplomacy as a Leadership of Administrative Leader 作为行政领导人的领导能力的平衡外交的批判性评价

This paper aims to propose a constructive direction for diplomatic policy through a critical review of the Moon Jae-in adminstration’s ‘balanced diplomacy’. In order to accomplish this, major leadership theory was used as the methodology to analyze the current government’s diplomatic power in the areas of the North Korean nuclear issue, ROK-U.S. ROK-China relations, and ASEAN diplomacy. The current government must consider the North Korean nuclear issue from two perspectives. North Korea, that possesses nuclear weapons, is not in a position to maintain a stable institutional relationship with South Korea. Moreover, the utmost priority of policy towards North Korea is the Korean people. There must not be any ‘cracks’ within Korean society regarding methods of dealing with the North Korean nuclear issue. Secondly, the ROK-U.S. relations must work towards institutionally securing a nuclear umbrella. This must be fulfilled by ensuring practical security through documenting an ‘automatic intervention’ clause in the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Agreement. Thirdly, South Korea can show its presence to China in the ROK-China relations only when it is in a strong alliance with the U.S. Fourthly, diplomatic expansion into Southeast Asia can actually be a cause for losing diplomatic balance in Northeast Asia due to it being an escape from the reality of U.S.-China relations. In conclusion, the Moon government’s diplomatic leadership can be categorized as a ‘Transformational leadership’ that acquires political support by casting a vision for government administration and creating motivation. Three positions must be set in order to practice changeover diplomacy: (1) Acknowledging the reality of inter-Korean relations and building constructive relations with North Korea, (2) establishing an innovative ROK-U.S. security position and foundation for ‘self-strengthening security’, and (3) emerging as a confident and flexible diplomacy.

Development of High Efficiency and Cost Effective Energy Generation Novel Technology 高效、低成本发电新技术的开发

During last, many years the electrical energy is generated in large Thermal Power Plants (TPP) and Nuclear Power Plants (NPP). Thermal Power Plants are the main electricity generating stations that are functioning based on the principle of thermal energy conversion into mechanical and finally into electrical energy. The noted conversion is accomplished by the condensation type of thermodynamic cycle that is called “Rankin” cycle. There are in use Co - generation heat and power plants too, which are functioning based on “Bryton” thermodynamic combined cycle. These plants are assigned for simultaneous generation and distribution of thermal and electrical energy. For this reason, they are more efficient. However, all mentioned cycles and conforming to them power plants serving for generation and distribution of large quantity of electricity from energy generating centralized stations to large number of consumers, which are located in significantly long distance from generating stations. The analysis of existing practice of use of mentioned types of electricity generating powerful centralized stations because of large losses of energy are not enough efficient and cost effective. For instance, the COP of electricity generating station, working by well-known Rankin cycle, makes only 30%, because about 70% of produced thermal energy should be lost to the surrounding environment for providing required conditions of electricity production. It is obvious that such big energy loses extremely pollute the environment, provoke global climate change and forces Governments adopting more forceful approaches to reduce carbon and other harmful gases rejections, increase efficiency of energy generation and improve environmental situation. For this reason, after having studied the potential possibilities of reduction of harmful gases rejections and increase of energy efficiency of electricity generation conventional mods the authors of this article became convinced in impossibility of assigned task and have decided to suggest novel and higher efficiency technology for electric energy generation. From this, point of view this article may become a guideline that can help to improve the present environmental and economic situations.

Features of Analyzing the Issue Regarding the Attitudes of Female Patients who Are Ill with Breast Cancer 女性乳腺癌患者态度问题分析的特点

Several issues regarding psycho-oncology are learned in this article, especially attitude of female oncologic patients who are ill with breast cancer towards this illness is analyzed. Learning the attitudes of female oncologic patients who are ill with breast cancer plays an important role in the process of treating different aches and improving their lifestyle. When oncologic patients are diagnosed in the same way with the same diagnoses there can be observed different emotional cases. We observed that some patients are so depressed even on the 1 and 2 stages of illness, and some others are frightened and lose hope for their future life.

A Review of the Technical Content of Autonomous Vehicle 自动驾驶汽车技术内容综述

In order to analyze the system composition of the development status of autonomous technology and the problems and prospects of autonomous vehicles, this paper analyzes the development of unmanned driving technology at home and abroad in recent years through field research and literature review, and finds Internet technology. Rapid development has brought new changes to the automotive industry, and the increasingly serious traffic safety problem has accelerated the development of autonomous technology. Through investigation, it is found that autonomous cars are developing rapidly. The development of autonomous cars has greatly improved the efficiency and safety of transportation systems. For the entire automobile development industry, autonomous cars will undoubtedly become the first direction of automobile development. In this paper, the composition of unmanned vehicles is described by explaining the development status of unmanned vehicles at home and abroad. This paper also briefly analyzes the key technologies of autonomous vehicles: environment-aware technology, navigation and positioning technology, path planning technology, decision-making control technology, and further compares the current problems and development prospects of autonomous technology, and through the investigation of materials The study further prospects the development direction of unmanned vehicles. In the end, it was found that despite the series of problems, unmanned driving is in line with the trend of intelligent and Internet-oriented vehicles, which is a major opportunity for the automotive industry to change under the Internet wave.

Resistance Spot Welding Parameters Optimal Selection for Automotive Steel Plate 汽车钢板电阻点焊参数的优化选择

In welding workshop, multi plate lapping is used to resistance welding usually, but so many uncertainty factors are there in welding process. In order to use less test times to meet production requirements and solve the welding nugget problem of multilayered panel lap, the optimizing welding parameter for 3 layer of low carbon steel plate with thickness of 0.8 mm + 1.4 mm + 1.8 mm was found in this paper. Experimental results show that: the welding current 9.6/8.8/11.1 KA, welding time 5/19/5 CY, electrode pressure 3 kn is suitable for 3 layer of low carbon steel plate with thickness of 0.8 mm + 1.4 mm + 1.8 mm, multiple-pulse welding parameter is appropriate for multilayered panel lap, and diameter of nugget on each layer can achieve 6mm.

Fossil Fuels Non-Consuming Heating, Ventilation and Domestic Hot Water Supplying Integrated System 非消耗化石燃料供热、通风和生活热水供应综合系统

Large use of different kinds of fossil fuels in gas, liquid, solid and other forms for heating, ventilating and domestic hot water supplying of houses and heat generation for industrial purposes, in contemporary conditions creates ecological and economical serious problems, contributes to global climate change and requires big efforts and means, as well as long periods, for imple­men­tation of expensive conventional heat supply systems. Mentioned problems become even greater because of systematical rise in prices of fossil fuels. The solving of the problem gets harder because of absence of appropriate technology for accomplishing heat generation and its supply without consuming of fossil fuel. The mentioned disadvantages force to develop new generation of heat production and consumption technologies that operate without usage of fossil fuel and simul­ta­neously accomplishes ventilation and domestic hot water supply of houses. For this reason, the authors of this study have decided to develop a new type of heating, ventilation and domestic hot water supplying integrated system, which does not consume at all fossil fuels. The integrated system realized on example of a residential house with 432 m3 of volume. The study proves energy high efficiency and cost effectiveness of suggested system, as it allows to save 2660 m3 of fossil fuel per season. Comparison of data shows that specific cost of seasonal heating, referred to 1m2 of the building is 2.06 times less than for ordinary system.

Egnatosyan","doi":"10.11648/J.IJSE.20180201.17","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.11648/J.IJSE.20180201.17","url":null,"abstract":"Large use of different kinds of fossil fuels in gas, liquid, solid and other forms for heating, ventilating and domestic hot water supplying of houses and heat generation for industrial purposes, in contemporary conditions creates ecological and economical serious problems, contributes to global climate change and requires big efforts and means, as well as long periods, for imple­men­tation of expensive conventional heat supply systems. Mentioned problems become even greater because of systematical rise in prices of fossil fuels. The solving of the problem gets harder because of absence of appropriate technology for accomplishing heat generation and its supply without consuming of fossil fuel. The mentioned disadvantages force to develop new generation of heat production and consumption technologies that operate without usage of fossil fuel and simul­ta­neously accomplishes ventilation and domestic hot water supply of houses. For this reason, the authors of this study have decided to develop a new type of heating, ventilation and domestic hot water supplying integrated system, which does not consume at all fossil fuels. The integrated system realized on example of a residential house with 432 m3 of volume. The study proves energy high efficiency and cost effectiveness of suggested system, as it allows to save 2660 m3 of fossil fuel per season. Modeling WordNet Type Thesaurus for Uzbek Language Semantic Dictionary 乌兹别克语语义词典的WordNet类型词库建模

These days creating the corpus of texts for Uzbek language, creating and developing linguistic databases, search-engine systems – are one of the crucial tasks of computational linguistics. Particularly, electronic dictionary-thesauruses, semantic dictionaries are one of them. Dictionary-thesaurus formation structure for Uzbek language, transferring the terminological dictionary into the e-version and implementing rules for establishing semantic relations between words where it gives a chance to establish automation linguistic processes of dictionary-thesauruses, which is the foundation of linguistic databases. Analyzing logical structure of paper-based dictionary thesauruses has given a chance to formalize its structure and creating rules for converting to e-version of dictionary-thesaurus syllables by using predicates language. Descriptors system is suggested in PROLOG language rules set for constructing e-version of dictionary – syllables.
如今,为乌兹别克语创建文本语料库、创建和发展语言数据库、搜索引擎系统,是计算语言学的关键任务之一。特别是电子词典-同义词词典,语义词典就是其中之一。乌兹别克语的词典-同义词典构成结构,将术语词典转移到电子版本,实现词间语义关系的建立规则,为建立词典-同义词典的自动化语言过程提供了机会,这是语言数据库的基础。通过对纸质词典同义词典逻辑结构的分析,可以形式化纸质词典同义词典的结构,并利用谓词语言创建将词典同义词典音节转换为电子版本的规则。在PROLOG语言规则集中提出了描述符系统,用于构建电子词典音节。

Application of Support Vector Machine in Bus Travel Time Prediction 支持向量机在公交出行时间预测中的应用

The travel time between bus stops has obvious characteristics of time interval distribution, and the bus is a typical space-time process object, and its operation has a state transition. In order to predict the travel time between bus stations accurately, a support vector machine (SVM) algorithm is proposed based on the measured travel time between bus stations. Through a large number of GPS data in different periods of time for a reasonable classification summary bin selected the appropriate kernel function to verify. The algorithm is verified by the actual operation data of No. 6 bus in Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone. The results show that the results of support vector machine model operation are basically in agreement with the actual measured data, and the accuracy is relatively high, and it can even be used to predict bus travel time.
公交车站间的行驶时间具有明显的时间间隔分布特征,公交是典型的时空过程对象,其运行具有状态过渡。为了准确预测公交车站间的行程时间,提出了一种基于实测的公交车站间行程时间的支持向量机算法。通过对大量不同时间段的GPS数据进行合理分类总结,选择合适的核函数进行验证。该算法通过青岛经济技术开发区6路公交车的实际运行数据进行了验证。结果表明,支持向量机模型运行结果与实测数据基本吻合,精度较高,甚至可以用于公交车行驶时间的预测。

Design of AGV 3D Real-Time Simulation Control System Based on Wireless Network 基于无线网络的AGV三维实时仿真控制系统设计

For most of the AGV superior control system is planar two-dimensional, poor visibility and lack of equipment operating efficiency statistics, A three-dimensional AGV simulation control system based on wireless communication and Flexsim logistics simulation software is proposed.. Through the socket socket connection zigbee wireless transmission module serial port and Flexsim software completes the data communication between the processes, thus establishes AGV and Flexsim data communication. Build the 3D system simulation model of AGV and write the control algorithm through Flexsim. At the same time, call the SQL database data to complete the real-time simulation and analyze the running status in real time. Mainly studied the data communication interaction between the AGV wireless communication module and Flexsim, using the AGV of the college laboratory to conduct field tests. The results show that the design program basically achieves the expected functions and effects.
针对大多数AGV优越控制系统是平面二维的,可视性差,缺乏设备运行效率统计等问题,提出了一种基于无线通信和Flexsim物流仿真软件的AGV三维仿真控制系统。通过插座连接zigbee无线传输模块的串口与Flexsim软件完成各进程之间的数据通信,从而建立AGV与Flexsim的数据通信。通过Flexsim软件建立AGV三维系统仿真模型,编写控制算法。同时调用SQL数据库数据完成实时仿真,实时分析运行状态。主要研究AGV无线通信模块与Flexsim之间的数据通信交互,利用学院实验室的AGV进行现场测试。结果表明,设计方案基本达到了预期的功能和效果。

Legibility Study Based on Virtual Traffic Scene 基于虚拟交通场景的易读性研究

The virtual reality is applied to the study of drivers' visibility in traffic scene, which helps to study design specifications effected by the virtual visual, and to provide basis for decision making to improve the fidelity of virtual scene. Various objective and subjective factors are analyzed which affect driver's visibility during their driving, the visibility evaluation system is built which impacts the virtual traffic legibility, and a virtual traffic scene is built with the use of software 3ds Max. The drivers are invited to do some driving simulation experiments, fill out questionnaires, and then with the help of spss16.0 software for the experimental data analysis, and do some visual changes based on the results of the questionnaire related. The experiment is repeated twice to get the best visual scene; and finally an legibility evaluation model is established based on the improved integrated transport scene. Some comprehensive evaluations are made about three sets of virtual traffic visibility scene which provides a reference basis for the future establishment of a virtual traffic scene. According to the validation on the experimental data of questionnaire and model, the analysis on influencing factors about the virtual traffic scene legibility is resulted: roads and marking, signage, landscaping, pedestrian and bicycle, maps and textures, scale, age, etc., all of which set a greater impact on legibility. The modified experiences on perspective, textures, lighting and shading effects, as well as related models' color, the legibility is improved significantly, but the effect of the interaction between the various factors cannot be ignored. Compared to the original value, the secondary questionnaire is more satisfied. Establishment and optimization of the virtual scene have a very important reference to the visual design of virtual traffic and road transport facilities.
