Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using Thyme Vulgaris leaves extract and its Antibacterial activity 百里香叶提取物生物合成纳米银及其抗菌活性研究

In the current research, an eco-biosynthesis method for synthesizing silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) is reported using thymus vulgaris leaves (T. vulgaris) extracts. The optical and structural properties of the nanoparticles is determined using UV-visible, x-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). In addition, the synthesis factors such as the temperature, the molar ratio of silver nitride and thymus vulgaris leaves extract have been investigated. The XRD pattern presented higher intensity for the five characteristic peaks of silver. FESEM images for same samples indicated that the particle size was distributed between 24-56 nm. In addition, it’s observed the formation of some aggregated Ag particles which is expected due to the precipitation effect. The mixtures were used to inhibit two kinds of bacteria which are Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus by tested for antibacterial activity by agar well diffusion method.The results show the effectiveness of the synthesized AgNPs on inhabitation the growing up of the bacteria and their isolates. Where the AgNPs which synthesised with volumetric ratio of 1:10 show a higher inhibition efficiency for different concentration of the bacteria under the investigating.
本研究报道了一种利用普通胸腺叶提取物合成纳米银的生态生物合成方法。利用紫外可见光谱、x射线衍射(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)测定了纳米颗粒的光学和结构性质。此外,还考察了温度、氮化银与麝香叶提取物的摩尔比等因素对合成效果的影响。XRD谱图显示银的5个特征峰强度较高。相同样品的FESEM图像显示,颗粒尺寸分布在24 ~ 56 nm之间。此外,还观察到由于沉淀效应,形成了一些聚集的Ag颗粒。用琼脂孔扩散法测定其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌两种细菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,合成的AgNPs对细菌及其分离株的生长有一定的抑制作用。其中,体积比为1:10的AgNPs对不同浓度的细菌均有较高的抑制效果。

Theoretical Model for Spectroscopic Study of Cu+2, Co+2, and Fe+3 Dissolved in Ethanol with A Different Concentrations 不同浓度乙醇中Cu+2、Co+2和Fe+3的光谱研究理论模型

The absorption spectrum for three types of metal ions in different concentrations has been studying experimentally and theoretically. The examination model is by Gaius model in order to find the best fitting curve and the equation controlled with this behavior. The three metal ions are (Copper chloride Cu+2, Iron chloride Fe+3, and Cobalt chloride Co+2) with different concentrations (10-4, 10-5, 10-6, 10-7) gm/m3. The spectroscopic study included UV-visible and fluorescence spectrum for all different concentrations sample. The results refer to several peaks that appear from the absorption spectrum in the high concentration of all metal ions solution. The multiple absorption peaks continued even at the lowest concentration in the iron ion solution. Fluorescence spectrum shows intensive stimulating of the radiation strength was perceived in the manifestation of Cu+2, Co+2 and Fe+3. From modeling investigation, there are converge between experimental and theoretical results of the fluorescence spectrum for metal ions. Furthermore, identity and convergence which defined as (r2), are on average (0.995).

Monitoring dust storm using Normalized difference dust index (NDDI) and brightness temperature variation in Simi arid areas over Iraq 利用归一化差分沙尘指数(NDDI)和明温变化监测伊拉克相似干旱区沙尘暴

Dust storms are a natural phenomenon occurring in most areas of Iraq. In recent years, the study of this phenomenon has become important because of the danger caused by increasing desertification at the expense of the green cover as well as its impact on human health. In this study  is important to devote the remote sensing of dust storms and its detection.Through this research, the dust storms can be detected in semi-arid areas, which are difficult to distinguish between these storms and desert areas. For the distinction between the dust storm pixels in the image with those that do not contain dust storm can be applied the Normalized Difference Dust Index (NDDI) and Brightness Temperature variation (BTV). MODIS sensors that carried by theTerra and Equa satellite images have been used in different bands and different resolution and the cases studied in 1/9/2015,16/6/2016/20/2/2016.
沙尘暴是发生在伊拉克大部分地区的自然现象。近年来,对这一现象的研究变得非常重要,因为沙漠化的增加以牺牲绿色覆盖为代价,并对人类健康产生影响。研究沙尘暴的遥感及其探测具有重要意义。通过本研究,可以在半干旱地区检测到沙尘暴,而半干旱地区很难将沙尘暴与沙漠地区区分开来。为了区分图像中的沙尘暴像元与非沙尘暴像元,可以应用归一化差分尘埃指数(NDDI)和亮度温度变化(BTV)。分别在2015年9月1日、2016年6月16日、2016年2月20日对terra和Equa卫星图像携带的MODIS传感器在不同波段和不同分辨率下进行了研究。

Optical and structural properties of synthesized ZnO nanorods through chemical bath deposition on various substrates 化学浴沉积法合成ZnO纳米棒的光学和结构特性

Chemical bath deposition was used to synthesize ZnO nanorods (NRs) on glass and fluorine_doped tin oxide (FTO) substrates. X-ray diffraction was performed to examine the crystallinity of ZnO nanorod. Results showed that ZnO NRs had a wurtzite crystal structure. Field emission scanning electron microscopy images showed that glass sample had rod-like structure distribution with (50 nm) diameter and average length of approximately (700 nm), whereas the FTO-coated glass sample had 25 nm diameter and average length of approximately 950 nm. The direct optical transition band gaps of the glass and FTO_coated glass samples were( 4 and 4.43 eV), respectively. The structural and optical properties of the synthesized ZnO products were described. The grown ZnO NRs have good optical properties. The proposed method is simple, inexpensive, soft, and environmentally friendly compared with other methods, making it appropriate for the large-scale manufacturing of devices and other app1ications.

Effect depositions parameters on the characteristics of Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 nanocomposite films prepared by DC reactive magnetron Co-Sputtering technique 沉积参数对直流反应磁控共溅射制备Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4纳米复合薄膜特性的影响

In this work, spinel ferrites (NiCoFe2O4) were prepared as thin films by dc reactive dual-magnetron co-sputtering technique. Effects of some operation parameters, such as inter-electrode distance, and preparation conditions such as mixing ratio of argon and oxygen in the gas mixture, on the structural and spectroscopic characteristics of the prepared samples were studied. For samples prepared at inter-electrode distance of 5 cm, only one functional group of OH- was observed in the FTIR spectra as all bands belonging to the metal-oxygen vibration were observed. Similarly, the XRD results showed that decreasing the pressure of oxygen in the gas mixture lead to grow more crystal planes in the samples prepared at inter-electrode distance of 5 cm. The energy band gap was determined for the sample prepared with mixing ratio of 65:35 and found to be 2.7, 2 and 3.35 eV for direct allowed, direct forbidden and indirect allowed transitions, respectively. The high structural purity was confirmed as no traces for any elements other than Co, Ni, Fe and O were found in the final samples.

A comparison study of the Structural and magnetic properties of pure Ni metal and NiZnMn ferrite 纯Ni金属与NiZnMn铁氧体结构及磁性能的比较研究

The magnetic properties of a pure Nickel metal and Nickel-Zinc-Manganese ferrites having the chemical formula Ni0.1(Zn0.4Mn0.6)0.9Fe2O4 were studied. The phase formation and crystal structure was studied by using x-ray diffraction which confirmed the formation of pure single spinel cubic phase with space group (Fd3m) in the ferrite. The samples microstructure was studied with scanning electron microstructure and EDX. The magnetic properties of the ferrite and nickel metal were characterized by using a laboratory setup with a magnetic field in the range from 0-500 G. The ferrite showed perfect soft spinel phase behavior while the nickel sample showed higher magnetic loss and coercivity.
研究了纯镍金属和化学式为Ni0.1(Zn0.4Mn0.6)0.9Fe2O4的镍锌锰铁氧体的磁性能。利用x射线衍射研究了铁素体的相形成和晶体结构,证实了铁素体中形成了纯的具有空间基团(Fd3m)的单尖晶石立方相。采用扫描电子显微结构和EDX对样品的微观结构进行了研究。在0 ~ 500 g的实验室磁场条件下,对铁素体和镍的磁性能进行了表征。铁素体表现出完美的软尖晶石相行为,而镍样品表现出较高的磁损失和矫顽力。

Estimating sugar concentration in human blood serum using Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) –based optical fiber sensor 基于表面等离子体共振(SPR)的光纤传感器估算人血清糖浓度

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)-based plastic optical fiber sensor for estimating the concentration and refractive index of sugar in human blood serum. The sensor is fabricated by a small part (10mm) of optical fiber in the middle is embedded in a resin block and then the polishing process is done, after that it is deposited with about (40nm) thickness of gold metal. The blood serum is placed on gold coated core of an Optical grade plastic optical fiber of 980 µm core diameter.

Abstract        The current study was carried out to reveal the plasma parameters such as ,the electron temperature ( ), electron density (ne) , plasma frequency (fp), Debye length ( ) , Debye number (   for  CdS to employ the LIBS for the purpose of analyzing and determining spectral emission lines using . The results of electron temperature for CdS range (0.746-0.856) eV , the electron density(3.909-4.691)×1018 cm-3. Finally ,we discuss plasma parameters of CdS  through  nano second  laser generated plasma .
摘要:本研究旨在揭示等离子体参数,如电子温度()、电子密度(ne)、等离子体频率(fp)、德拜长度()、德拜数()等,以供使用LIBS分析和确定CdS的光谱发射线。结果表明,CdS的电子温度范围为(0.746-0.856)eV,电子密度范围为(3.909-4.691)×1018 cm-3。最后,讨论了利用纳秒激光产生等离子体的等离子体参数。

Nuclear Structure Investigation of Some Ni-Isotopes Using Skyrme-Hartree-Fock Method 用Skyrme-Hartree-Fock法研究某些镍同位素的核结构

     The nuclear ground-state structure of some Nickel (58-66Ni) isotopes has been investigated within the framework of the mean field approach using the self-consist Hartree-Fock calculations (HF) including the effective interactions of Skyrme. The Skyrme parameterizations SKM, SKM*, SI, SIII, SKO, SKE, SLY4, SKxs15, SKxs20 and SKxs25 have been utilized with HF method to study the nuclear ground state charge, mass, neutron and proton densities with the corresponding root mean square radii, charge form factors, binding energies and neutron skin thickness. The deduced results led to specifying one set or more of Skyrme parameterizations that used to achieve the best agreement with the available experimental data.

Manufacturing Zener diode using ZnO-CuO-ZnO/Si structures deposited laser induced plasma technique 利用ZnO-CuO-ZnO/Si结构沉积激光诱导等离子体技术制造齐纳二极管

        In this paper Zener diode was manufactured using ZnO-CuO-ZnO/Si heterojunction structure that used laser induced plasma technique to prepare the nanofilms. Six samples were prepared with a different number of laser pulses, started with 200 to 600 pulses on ZnO tablet with fixed the number of laser pulses on CuO tablet at 300 pulses. The pulse energy of laser deposited was 900mJ using ZnO tablet and 600mJ using CuO tablet. All prepared films shown good behavior as Zener diode when using porous silicon as substrate.
本文采用激光诱导等离子体技术制备ZnO-CuO-ZnO/Si异质结结构的齐纳二极管。采用不同脉冲数制备了6个样品,分别以200 ~ 600个脉冲在ZnO片上,以300个脉冲固定在CuO片上。采用ZnO片沉积的激光脉冲能量为900mJ,采用CuO片沉积的激光脉冲能量为600mJ。以多孔硅为衬底制备的薄膜均表现出良好的齐纳二极管性能。
