Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan komersial syariah perbankan di Indonesia dengan Maqashid Syariah Index dan Comparative Performance Index. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data numerik. Data diperoleh dari 5 bank umum syariah dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dari tahun 2016-2019. Analisis data menggunakan Maqashid Syariah Index dan Comparative Performance Index. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS) dengan pencapaian Indeks Maqashid Syariah tertinggi adalah 1,0881. Kemudian Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) memiliki pencapaian terendah dengan nilai 0,9238. Berdasarkan pengukuran CAMEL, bank dengan pencapaian tertinggi adalah Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) sebesar 144,87%. Sedangkan pencapaian terendah adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) sebesar 55,61%. Oleh karena itu, penggabungan BSM, BNIS, dan BRIS, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja indeks maqashid syariah dan Indeks Kinerja Komparatif. Begitu pula dengan Bank Muamalat sebagai bank syariah murni pertama yang mampu bangkit dan meningkatkan kinerja indeks maqashid syariah dan CAMEL.

One of the advantages of using social commerce, especially Instagram, is the appearance of paid advertisements that suit consumer preferences, which is called personalization. Previous studies on the effectiveness of personalized advertising still show mixed results, both positive and negative. Based on the limitations of previous research, the focus of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of advertising personalization on advertising value which then influences impulse buying in social commerce and flow experience as moderation. This study used a survey method using 157 active Instagram users. The findings on the results of this study indicate that personalized advertising has a positive effect on advertising value and encourages impulse purchases. Then the flow experience was found to strengthen the value of advertising on impulse purchases. So the results of the study show that when users are fully engaged, happy, and excited when using social media, then receiving personalized advertisements that match their preferences will encourage impulse purchases.

The establishment of sharia microfinance institutions, one of which is KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional, as a sharia microfinance institution, clearly has great significance for sharia-oriented economic development. BMT Assyafi'iyah took several steps in order to stand out from its competitors, one of which was selecting staff who might be qualified in their field. By utilizing the Ceria digital application, BMT Assyafi'iyah implemented a plan in an effort to increase consumer confidence in the form of savings. Literature review Descriptive methodology is used in the descriptive and qualitative analysis of this study to describe real-world situations. data sources found in academic journals.

This research be located on Jalan. Harapan Raya, Pekanbaru and on Jalan Pasir Putih, Kampar. This research need the central finance report in 2015 and the embracement finance report in 2015 plus journals which be recorded by company. Making joint financial statements, it is necessary need to record internal transactions and elimination journals between the central office and the embracement office. The recording of internal transactions consists of merchandise receiving journals from central office, and cash deposit journals fromembracement offices. Elimination journals consists of adjusting entries for SKHBC, earnings collection correction journal, central office elimination journal and the embracement office, and the embracement office elimination journal. The result of this research is the combined income statement which is Rp20.025.002 and the reports of combined financial position is Rp1.664.074.675.

Given the lack of importance of the influence of facilities and infrastructure on community satisfaction, village officials must further improve existing facilities and infrastructure in the village so that people are satisfied with existing facilities. Village Governments and City Governments should focus more on improving the quality of services through the completeness of facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to reveal the facilities and infrastructure both partially and simultaneously which have a strong influence on community satisfaction in Durian Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency and to find out what the percentage is. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, while the variables studied are facilities and infrastructure (X1), public services (X2) and community satisfaction (Y). The population that the author examined was all the people in Durian Village, Pantai pumpkin District, Deli Serdang Regency. According to data from employees who work there, the population is 4300 people. So the sample used in this study was 98 people. The technique used uses sampling with accidental techniques. The variables of facilities and infrastructure (X1) and public services (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of the community satisfaction variable by 15.2% while the remaining 84.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors provide suggestions considering the lack of significance of the effect of the facilities and infrastructure variables on community satisfaction, the village apparatus must further improve the existing facilities and infrastructure in the village so that the community feels satisfied with the facilities and infrastructure they have. A hospital is an institution that provides medical services and is responsible for providing treatment, treatment, and efforts for healing and health for patients, as well as organizing healthy living education in the community. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of nurses at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang. In this study, the object studied was nurses at the Tiara Fatrin Mother and Child Hospital in Palembang, totaling 50 people and different characteristics including 38 women and 12 men. This study used a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is known that in the simultaneous test results (F) the variables of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of nurses have a positive and significant effect with a calculated F value obtained of 78.518 while the table F value is 3.20 with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of the R2 determination variables for variables X1 and X2, it has a positive and significant effect on Y at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang, this can be proven based on table 4.12 R Square values of 0.770 or 77%. It can be concluded that the variables X1 and X2 affect the variable Y.

This study aims to determine, analyze and prove the effect of reward, punishment and work discipline on job satisfaction in inpatient nurses at Myria Hospital Palembang. The theory used in this study is related to reward, punishment, work discipline and job satisfaction. A cross-sectional approach was used as a type of research with efforts to collect data using instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS 24 program. A total of 40 nurses at the inpatient installation of Myria Hospital with the characteristics of 32 women and 8 men became respondents in this study. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and T Test. Based on the tests carried out, the results obtained are that partially reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partially punishment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and simultaneously reward, punishment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication, individually or collectively, on the employees' effectiveness of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test and reliability test—analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formula, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The study's results explain that perceptions of organizational support have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees in Muara Enim Regency. Training has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency Staff. Self-concept has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency. Communication has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. Perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara, which is located in the Musi Banyuasin District, Tungkal Jaya District, Suka Damai Mandiangin Batubara (MBB) Village. This sample took 50 respondents, using saturated sampling method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and f test and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 21. The research results obtained based on the regression Y = 1.938 + 0.062 X1 + 0.702 X2 + e. And it was found that simultaneously the variables of the physical work environment and work discipline affect the performance of employees of PT. Mandiangin Batubara, where the calculated F value = 59.128 > F table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.716 means that the magnitude of the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara is 71.6% with the remaining 28.4% influenced by other variables outside the research, so there is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results of the first linear regression analysis prove that the physical work environment has an effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is accepted. This research was conducted to collect information about financial statements from 2021-2022, namely the balance sheet and income statement at PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara. This study uses a theoretical basis from financial management theory regarding profitability ratio analysis of financial statements, the analytical tools used in this study are Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment and return on Equity. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the Gross Profit Margin of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara has decreased from 2021-2022, seen from the Net Profit and Return on Equity Margin during 2021-2022 the results show the same percentage, which has decreased in 2022. Then the Return On Investment achieved during 2021 to 2022 experienced a slight increase in 2022. The results of this study indicate that the profitability ratios in the financial statements of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara have not been stable and Based on the problem formulation of this study, namely "How much is the analysis of profitability ratios in the financial statements of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara. "How much is the analysis of profitability ratios in the financial statements of PT. Duta Pertiwi Nusantara", it is concluded that the Profitability Ratio has a very large influence on the financial statements of PT.
