<div><h3>Objectif</h3><div>Évaluer en vraie vie un protocole de traitement intravitréen par clindamycine de la toxoplasmose oculaire.</div></div><div><h3>Méthodes</h3><div>Étude rétrospective, monocentrique avec un suivi sur 6 mois. Notre protocole proposait une IVT de clindamycine en 1<sup>re</sup> intention et une prise en charge codifiée en fonction du statut du patient (antécédent documenté ou non de toxoplasmose oculaire). Nous avons évalué le gain de meilleur acuité visuelle corrigée (MAVC) à 6 mois, l’impact thérapeutique ainsi que des critères anatomiques de résolution de l’inflammation.</div></div><div><h3>Résultats</h3><div>Inclusion de 38 yeux de 38 patients dont 23 qui ont été suivis pendant 6 mois. Sur la totalité de la cohorte, 6 patients ont présenté une seule récidive et un patient deux récidives (délai moyen de récidive 65<!--> <!-->±<!--> <!-->36 jours) soit au total 46 épisodes. Le gain de MAVC par rapport à l’examen initial de 0,24<!--> <!-->±<!--> <!-->0,49 logMAR était statistiquement significatif (<em>p-value</em> <!-->=<!--> <!-->0,023). La cicatrisation du foyer choriorétinien a été obtenue avec un nombre moyen de 1,3 (62/46) IVT de clindamycine (1 à 4 IVTs par patient, par épisode) et un délai moyen entre 2 IVTs pour un même épisode de 15,9<!--> <!-->±<!--> <!-->8,5 jours. Le pourcentage d’épisodes résolutifs avec une seule IVT était de 67 % (31/46). Une corticothérapie per os a été débutée chez 26 patients (68 %). Nous n’avons pas mis en évidence d’effets indésirables des IVTs, à l’exception d’un patient ayant présenté un décollement de rétine.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><div>Notre étude a permis de s’assurer de l’efficacité et de la tolérance de notre protocole de traitement intravitréen par clindamycine de la toxoplasmose oculaire.</div></div><div><h3>Objective</h3><div>To evaluate in a real-world setting an intravitreal clindamycin treatment protocol for ocular toxoplasmosis.</div></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><div>This was a single-center, retrospective review with a 6-month follow-up.
