Classroom Action Research (CAR) Guidance and Article Writing Techniques for Chemistry Teachers in Limapuluh Kota District High School 利马普拉-哥打地区高中化学教师课堂行动研究指导及文章写作技巧

Classroom action research (CAR) guidance and related material and supporting PTK activities have been carried out. This activity was attended by 20 participants from high school chemistry teacher teachers in Limapuluh Kota District. This activity needs to be carried out to improve the quality of learning for teachers and find solutions to learning problems encountered in the classroom. In addition, this activity is also to help teachers fulfill the mandate of Menpan No. 84/1993 dated December 24, 1993, which was amended to become Minister of State Regulation PAN and RB no. 16 of 2009 concerning teacher functional positions and credit numbers as one of the elements of professional development in the form of research including classroom action research. This activity has been carried out by analyzing the need for guidance material by the teacher and their level of understanding of the material delivered after carrying out the activities. The results of the analysis of the need for the material of this activity were held indicated that 100% of the total participants stated that it was necessary and very necessary. While the results of the participant's understanding of the activity material were 74.29% to 93% of participants expressed understanding and were very understanding. From this analysis it can be concluded that this activity is beneficial for teachers to carry out PTK and write articles on PTK results.

Exclusive Breastfeeding Management for Worker Mother in Universitas Negeri Padang 巴东大学职工母亲的纯母乳喂养管理

ASI merupakan makanan bayi yang mengandung nutrisi tinggi yang sangat dibutuhkan bayi. World Health Organization (WHO) telah merekomendasikan agar bayi mendapat ASI eksklusif sampai usia 6 bulan. Data hasil wawancara di lapangan terhadap 12 orang ibu pekerja se lingkungan Universitas Negeri Padang yang sedang hamil dan mempunyai bayi 0-12 bulan, pada umumnya mereka gagal dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif 6 bulan dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan mereka bahwa ASI/ASIP (ASI Perah) bisa disimpan dan diberikan lagi pada saat mereka sedang berkerja. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI pada ibu pekerja sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu, jam kerja ibu dan dukungan tempat kerja. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu pekerja se Lingkungan UNP tentang ASI eksklusif setelah cuti mereka habis, menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan adanya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam manajemen ASI ekslusif ketika kembali bekerja. Oleh sebab itu, pelatihan dilakukan melalui kegiatan PKM ini dengan judul Manajemen Asi Eksklusif Bagi Ibu Pekerja Se Lingkungan Universitas Negeri Padang. Kegiatan telah dilakukan ada tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 di ruang sidang senat UNP yang dihadiri oleh 50 peserta dengan rangkaian kegiatan pemberian materi dan miniworkshop ASIP dan laktasi dari AIMI (Asosiasi Ibu Menyusui Indonesia) Sumatera Barat. PKM ini diadakan bertepatan dengan Pekan ASI Internasional dan Bulan ASI Nasional yang bertema ASI adalah Fondasi Kehidupan. Dengan kegiatan ini, ibu pekerja se Lingkungan UNP dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan mensukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif sebagai modal membangun Sumber daya manusia (SDM) penerus generasi bangsa yang sehat dan berkualitas.

Less optimal learning at the junior high school level, especially in science subjects, in South Solok District, especially in natural science subjects can be seen from the results of the 2016 UN ranking which is ranked 16 of the 19 cities / districts in West Sumatra. This happens, because the competence of teachers in designing and implementing contextual learning based on the scientific approach is still low. This community partnership program aims to improve pedagogic competence of science teachers in South Solok District Junior High School through mentoring in designing contextual learning based on the scientific approach and implementing it in the classroom. The method used consists of orientation and discussion stages, implementation preparation stages, implementation stages by providing assistance in designing contextual learning with a scientific approach (such as preparing RPP, Multimedia, and guidance for teachers) and assisting teachers in implementing contextual learning with a scientific approach , the monitoring and evaluation phase and the last stage of data analysis and report preparation. Data collection instruments used are questionnaire sheets to assess the implementation of activities and padegogic ability tests. The data analysis used was paired t test. Based on data analysis results of pretest and posttest, obtained an increase in the average value from 14.17 to 20.35, with an interval of values ​​from 0 to 30. So the average value, posttest is higher than the pretest value. From the t test also obtained a significance result of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the results of the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, based on the questionnaire given at the end of the training activity, the results showed that the participants stated that this activity was very useful and related to the subjects taught at school.

PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA BERBASISKAN KONTEKSTUAL UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN INQUIRY BAGI GURU-GURU SMPN 19 DAN SMPN 34 KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN

In the education sector of South Solok distric, it is still lagging behind other regions, this can be seen from the results of the 2016 UN ranking which is ranked 16th out of 19 cities /distric in West Sumatra. Based on observations and discussions conducted on several teachers and principals, this is due to the learning that students are more likely to wait for what is conveyed by the teacher or the learning is still teacher-centered. Then in learning the teacher has not used a variety of learning media. The media used cannot accommodate the facts of students' daily conditions, although in reality there are many types and various facts around students that can be developed and utilized to support learning. This devotion activity aims to improve the competence of teachers of South Solok Regency Junior High School through contextual based multimedia development training for inquiry learning. To achieve these objectives, the method used consists of several steps, namely the steps of orientation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as the steps of data analysis and report preparation. The instrument used was a test of understanding of the material and questionnaire on participant's response. Data analysis techniques used are paired t test and percentage analysis. The results of the analysis of pretest and posttest data and questionnaire responses of training participants, obtained the average pretest value was 41.36 for the average posttest score was 57.27. So the average value, posttest is higher than the pretest value. Based on the results of the t test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is a difference between the results of the pretest and posttest. Where the posttest results are better than the results of the pretest, this shows that there is an increase in the ability of teachers to develop contextual-based multimedia for inquiry learning. Improved Teacher Scientific Publication Competency Based On Sustainable Professional Development at Tanbisaw 基于坦比索可持续专业发展的教师科学出版能力提升

Based on observations, the results of questionnaires and discussions with elementary school teachers in Tanbisaw, Kubung Subdistrict, Solok Regency, found two main factors causing the majority of teachers to be heavy and difficult to publish their writings, namely: 1) Motivation and 2) Substance. Most teachers state that procedures for making scientific works and publications have criteria that are too difficult to fulfill or follow. The teacher has not found any material that is worth writing. The teacher stated that they did not have the time to do research and look for reading sources to write. The purpose of this activity is to motivate and improve the competence of teachers in producing scientific publications in carrying out their duties through Sustainable Professional Development. Specifically, the aim is to: 1) direct teachers to produce research ideas, 2) guide teachers in compiling scientific publications, and 3) inform and direct teachers to publish works at national seminars and scientific journals. The activity was held at SDN 02 Tanjung Bingkung, with participants being elementary school teachers consisting of 8 elementary schools, the methods used were: lecture methods, guided training, discussion and direct practice in writing and making scientific papers to be published.

Most teachers state that procedures for making scientific works and publications have criteria that are too difficult to fulfill or follow. The teacher has not found any material that is worth writing. The teacher stated that they did not have the time to do research and look for reading sources to write. The purpose of this activity is to motivate and improve the competence of teachers in producing scientific publications in carrying out their duties through Sustainable Professional Development. Specifically, the aim is to: 1) direct teachers to produce research ideas, 2) guide teachers in compiling scientific publications, and 3) inform and direct teachers to publish works at national seminars and scientific journals. Design of Biogas Reactor as a Sustainable Energy Source in Pauh Sub-District Padang, West Sumatra 西苏门答腊岛巴东保保街道沼气反应器可持续能源的设计

Cow dung waste in Pauh sub-district is widely available. Only partly used as a traditional fertilizer. In fact, the utilization of cow dung is one of the alternative sources of renewable energy. Although biogas technology is not something new in Indonesia, the obstacles faced by farmers are their lack of knowledge about processing cow dung into biogas and making of biogas reactors. Community service has been undertaken to provide knowledge through guidance and counseling methods to farmers about biogas, biogas reactor manufacturing and technology, and the advantages of biogas reactors, both in terms of economic and environmental values. Stages of the implementation of the activities; 1). Provide guidance and counseling to farmers about biogas and how to manufacture biogas reactor, 2). Provide guidance and counseling about the safety of biogas reactors, 3). Conduct periodic monitoring of farmer groups that are partners to the continuity and continuity of activities. The result of the activity is the availability of biogas reactor in farmer group in Pauh sub-district. The fermentation process to produce biogas in the reactor is approximately 3 weeks. Biogas reactors are built easy to make and cheap.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk kegiatan belajar di sekolah seringkali lebih mengacu pada pengembangan otak. Sementara itu untuk bisa hidup sukses otak hanya menyumbang sebesar 20 %, sisanya lebih banyak ditentukan oleh sikap dan kebiasaan (karakter). Kesulitan guru selama ini adalah mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis karakter. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan pelatihan perancangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis karakter bagi guru-guru matematika Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada guru matematika yang tergabung dalam kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Matematika Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Melalui kegiatan ini dilatihkan kemampuan merancang rencana pembelajaran yang lebih mengacu pada kegiatan siswa, menyiapkan lembar kerja siswa dan lembar penilaian yang sesuai. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk berbagi informasi, diskusi dan workshop Pada akhir kegiatan pelatihan dihasilkan beberapa rancangan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran yang sesuai.
摘要:为学校学习活动设计的学习通常指大脑发育。与此同时,大脑的成功只占20%,剩下的更多是由态度和习惯决定的。教师在这段时间里的困难在于培养基于性格的学习。为了克服这一点,为高中职业数学教师进行了基于角色设计学习工具培训。这个活动是由西苏门答腊省数学专业教师组成的一名数学教师。通过这个活动培养了设计一个更参考学生活动的学习计划的能力,准备学生的工作表和适当的评估表。活动以信息共享、讨论和工作坊的形式进行,在培训活动结束时,会产生一些与适当学习模式相关的学习计划。

A Development Assistance of Integrated Science Instructional Material by Integrating Real World Context and Scientific Literacy on Science Teachers 整合真实世界情境与科学素养对科学教师的综合科学教材开发协助

Science teaching in junior high schools should be conducted in integrated form. However, the real condition shows that in implementing integrated science teaching in the schools, there were several problems. The solution of this problem is to develop integrated science teaching materials by integrating real-world context and scientific literacy on Science teachers in East Agam district. The objective of the activity is to assist science teachers in developing integrated science teaching material and apply it in science teaching in the classroom. Participants of program assistance were 40 science teachers who were members of the Science MGMP in East Agam district. The instrument for collecting data consisted of pretest and posttest, performance assessment sheet, and questionnaire sheet of science teachers response. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis and correlated comparison test. Based on the results of data analysis can be stated that: 1). In implementing the program assistance, there are 32 products produced in integrated science worksheet form, 2). The average value of the science teacher's response to the implementation of program assistance for the development of integrated science teaching material can be classified into good category, and 3). The implementation of the program assistance for the development of integrated science teaching material is effective to improve the understanding of science teachers on the material of instructional material, the concept of integrated science learning, and the concept of scientific literacy.

Enhancing Biology Molecular Laboratory Practice for Senior High School of Biology Teachers from Samarinda and Tenggarong City 加强萨马林达市和腾加荣市高中生物教师的生物分子实验室实践

Teacher as one of the important key factors in education must enhance the quality of their knowledge both theoretical, skills, and expertise. For this reason, the community service program held by Department of Biology, FMIPA, Mulawarman University, Samarinda aimed to improve the practical skills of high school teachers. This program was attended by 16 teachers from various high schools from the Samarinda region and Tenggarong. The community service program consisted of 25% theory and 75% practice in one day. The theory about DNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and electrophoresis was done in the classroom. Meanwhile, in laboratory, the use of molecular biology equipment, electrophoresis, interpretation results of electrophoretic DNA bands, and NCBI was done by the teachers which is assisted by the laboratory assistant. In the end of the program, the skill of laboratory practice of teachers was improve, indicating by the increasing percentage of understanding about biology molecular skills.

The Socialization of Tempe production on Papua ethnic aimed to give some information of microorganism benefits in housing industry; to socialize the process of making Tempe; and to give suggestion to the society in order to use some certain microorganism in making their business. This study used library research; gave some information about the advantage of microorganism in making Tempe, how to product Tempe in housing scale. By the end of the presentation, it showed that most of Papua ethnic had no any experiences in making Tempe. It can be seen by their enthusiasm in attending the socialization and in learning how to make Tempe. Keywords — Socialization, Tempe Production, Papua Ethnic
