The problem faced by partners is the teacher's inability to design curriculum learning 2013 by paying attention to students' intelligence such as interpersonal, intrapersonal, visual, and kinesthetic. Students in a class have a variety of intelligence and learning styles. Teachers should accommodate all these intelligences in the learning process. It requires an activity on how to design 2013 curriculum learning planning. The method used in this training activity consists of three parts, namely the presentation of theories about designing curriculum learning 2013. In this activity questionnaire sheets were used. The questions are arranged to see the results of the implementation of the design of planning the 2013 curriculum learning activities with attention to student intelligence. The training activities carried out are able to improve teacher competence (teacher understanding and skills) in designing and making media that is appropriate to the material and intelligence and learning styles of students

All sea turtles are listed as endangered and critically endangered by IUCN Red List due to human consumption and lifestyle. In West Sumatra, Pasir Jambak Beach is an important habitat for nesting of sea turtles, but human activities in this area becomes serious threats for sea turtles. Based on our interview, the local people of Pasir Jambak still consume the sea turtle eggs and mistaken for the effect of this egg to human. During our activity, we share our knowledge especially to the children of Pasir Jambak, hoping that they will not continue the habit of consuming the sea turtle egg, and become more concerned to the conservation of sea turtle around them. All of us were responsible for the rapid decline of sea turtle populations. We also take an action for cleaning the Pasir Jambak beach from the plastic trash and released the Tukik (juvenile) to help increasing the sea turtle population in nature.

Training in increasing the competence of MGMP Chemistry teachers in 50 City Regencies in preparing students for the National Science Olympiad (OSN). The activity began with filling out a questionnaire for the readiness of the teachers in the learning process and pre-test to see the initial abilities of the MGMP Chemistry teachers in the City 50 District. After training in strengthening chemical materials and discussing HOTS questions in the fields of Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Biochemistry, a post test was conducted to evaluate the achievement of the objectives of the activity. From the questionnaire given at the beginning of the activity it can be concluded that in general the teachers were ready for learning even though they were not used to the HOTS questions of the Olympic type questions. This is directly proportional to the pre-test results with an average value of 3.625 (scale 10). After the training of the teachers there was a significant increase which was shown by the results of the post test with an average of 5.5 (scale 10). As an evaluation material, at the end of the activity the satisfaction questionnaire was distributed and the results obtained were an average of a questionnaire of 3.47 (scale 4). Generally teachers complain about the lack of training time so that the absorption of the material provided is quite low.

This is directly proportional to the pre-test results with an average value of 3.625 (scale 10). After the training of the teachers there was a significant increase which was shown by the results of the post test with an average of 5.5 (scale 10). As an evaluation material, at the end of the activity the satisfaction questionnaire was distributed and the results obtained were an average of a questionnaire of 3.47 (scale 4). Generally teachers complain about the lack of training time so that the absorption of the material provided is quite low.","PeriodicalId":148835,"journal":{"name":"Pelita Eksakta","volume":"192 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121103261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
