Education in South Solok District, still lagging behind in the South Sumatra region, the UN ranking in 2016 is ranked 16th out of 19 existing cities / districts. This happens because the teacher uses video processing software that is recorded, so that many phenomena that cannot be used optimally. This PKM aims to improve the ability of teachers to develop text and video editing. The method used is the stage of interaction and discussion, training, training, training, training and development. Monitoring stages and, end of data analysis and report preparation. The instrument was a test of multimedia and video editing and questionnaires for the implementation of PKM activities. The results of data analysis, obtained by the average from the pretest is 14.42, for the average posttest average is 17.21. Then a paired t test was carried out, obtained a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, thus giving the conclusion that this PKM activity had been able to improve the ability of the Solok district junior school teachers in developing learning videos. Based on the questionnaire given at the end of the training activity, results were obtained that participants were very happy and involved in learning at school

IMPROVING PAYAKUMBUH ELEMENTARY TEACHERS' ABILITY IN DESIGNING MATHEMATICAL HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILLS PROBLEMS 提高小学教师设计数学高阶思维技能题的能力

The 2015 PISA (Program for international students assessment) results put Indonesia in 65th position out of 72 countries. The results show that the mathematical abilities of Indonesian students are still very low. These low abilities include. : (1) understanding complex information; (2) theory, analysis and problem solving; (3) use of tools, procedures and problem solving; and (4) conducting an investigation. These four abilities are known as high-order thinking skills (HOTS). Similar conditions are also found in the city of Payakumbuh. Based on interviews with several elementary school teachers from Payakumbuh it was revealed that students were not used to solving problems that demanded HOTS because in general teachers are also not trained to design mathematical problems with high cognitive levels. They tend to give questions at low level. As a result, this is not developing students' mathematical abilities. Based on this, a community partnership program was implemented with the aim of increasing the ability of elementary school teachers to design questions to assess HOTS. The activity partners were high school elementary school teachers in Groups 1 and 3 of Payakumbuh, which numbered 55 people. Activities are packaged in the form of a combination of workshops and implementation in schools. In the workshop, the teachers were given knowledge and skills in designing HOTS questions by the resource person. Next, the teachers in groups designed HOTS questions. The questions that have been designed by the teacher are validated together, then tested to students in grades IV, V, and VI. Based on the collected data, it is known that there was an increase in the ability of high-class teachers in Elementary Groups 1 and 3 of Payakumbuh in solving HOTS questions. The ability of the teachers to design HOTS questions also increased, although some of the questions that were designed were still slightly above the application (few still want high analysis, evaluating, or creating).

This activity of workshop aims to provide an understanding of the way of developing Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) items, provides direct experience in transforming common problems into HOT questions and in developing HOT items for teachers in Senior High School at SMAN 10 Reference Padang. The target is teachers of Senior High School at Padang district who are chosen by five teacher selected from few teachers impact in Senior High School at Padang The Workshop was held on Saturday in a row on September 22th dan 29 th 2018 at SMA 10 Reference Padang, using presentation, discussions, and question and answer about problems associated with development of HOT items. Based on the result, the attitude of activeness, and responsibility to do assignment in a row in the category good, very good. In general, this workshop activity success and on target, proved by the participants who were very enthusiastic in following the activities from beginning until at the end. Hopefully, the participants who attended the activity willing to share their knowledge with other teachers in their impact school

West Sumatra is an area with a high seismic level. Earthquakes can be sourced on land and sea. Earthquakes originating at sea can cause tsunamis. One area of ​​West Sumatra which is located near the coast is the Pasar Baru area, Bayang Pesisir Selatan District, where if an earthquake occurs in the sea it will have the potential for a tsunami to occur. Therefore, it is very important to provide knowledge to the people who live in areas prone to earthquakes and tsunamis, especially those close to the coast. The knowledge provided aims to help measure community preparedness in the event of a disaster. So that the community can be better prepared and alert in facing disasters and can minimize the impact of the disaster. With this preparedness evaluation, it is expected that the community will have knowledge about earthquake and tsunami disasters, the impacts of disasters and knowledge to be prepared for the disaster.

Teachers for physics subjects is an avant garde of the best quality learning in a class, especially the schools at Padang Pariaman Regency. In consequence, the teacher must have the reliable professional competencies, namely the abilities and skills to develop teaching materials that are in accordance with student characteristics and contextual (based on natural phenomena in the environment). In fact, physics teachers have not been able to develop the teaching materials that compatible with student and contextual. The purpose of an assistance program is to become the abilities and skills of teachers to develop teaching materials based on video analysis of physical phenomena and virtual laboratories. There are several methods used in realizing the objectives of the activity, namely presentation, discussion and practice. Presentations are used to provide knowledge and insight to teachers about teaching materials, physical phenomena videos, video analysis and virtual laboratories. Group and class discussions are conducted to address the problems of teachers both theoretically and practically. The teacher does to design, develop and produce physics phenomena videos, video analysis, virtual laboratories and teaching materials by using practical methods. There are seven results and outcomes of an assistance program, namely 11 Student Worksheets as teaching materials, 5 videos about physical phenomena, 5 virtual laboratories, the results of test about developing teaching materials with very good categories, the response of participants about an assistance program with good to very good categories, the implementation of student worksheets products in learning can improve student activities and suggestions from participants about the importance of follow-up activities.

Technological development is very possible to use in learning activities for improving the quality of education. Much research has strongly advocated the use and integration of technology in the learning process. One form of utilization of these technologies is the use of E-Modules. E-modules in learning are teaching materials used in assisting learning activities in the form of soft-files that are operated through computers. Interactive e-learning module motivates students to learn more spiritually, actively and independently that can be used by teachers in the learning process. E-Modules allow students to learn not only in the classroom but wherever they are. However, there are many teachers who cannot create or design e-modules. In West Sumatra itself, especially the city of Padang Panjang, e-modules are unknown by teachers. Based on the results of interviews with math subject teachers who are also chairmen of the High School Mathematics MGMP in Padang Panjang City, in general the teachers in the city of Padang Panjang do not know about e-modules and really need training or guidance on e-modules themselves to improve quality their learning in class. Based on this, it was felt necessary to implement an activity program to improve the ability of mathematics teachers in desaining E-Modules in the Padang Panjang city with the partners of Mathematics MGMP. This activity will be facilitated by the IT team who will explain the ins and outs of the E-Module so that technical knowledge about e-modules can be properly controlled by partners. In addition to the IT team this program also involves a team of Mathematics experts who will evaluate the modules designed by teachers during the implementation of the activities so that the quality of modules that can be used by students can be maintained. The mechanism for implementing PKM activities is carried out using action research steps which consist of 4 (four) stages, namely: planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The implementation of this activity creates e-learning modules that can be designed by subject teachers, especially mathematics.

Based on the results of interviews with math subject teachers who are also chairmen of the High School Mathematics MGMP in Padang Panjang City, in general the teachers in the city of Padang Panjang do not know about e-modules and really need training or guidance on e-modules themselves to improve quality their learning in class. Based on this, it was felt necessary to implement an activity program to improve the ability of mathematics teachers in desaining E-Modules in the Padang Panjang city with the partners of Mathematics MGMP. This activity will be facilitated by the IT team who will explain the ins and outs of the E-Module so that technical knowledge about e-modules can be properly controlled by partners. In addition to the IT team this program also involves a team of Mathematics experts who will evaluate the modules designed by teachers during the implementation of the activities so that the quality of modules that can be used by students can be maintained. The mechanism for implementing PKM activities is carried out using action research steps which consist of 4 (four) stages, namely: planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The Aplication of The “Skunda’s Model” in The Creation of The Environmentally Behavior “斯昆达模式”在环境行为创造中的应用

Vegetable farmers in the city of Payakumbuh still use a lot of pesticides and chemical fertilizers in controlling disease pests and increasing vegetable productivity. The solution that can be given to overcome these problems are by increasing farmers' knowledge about the impact of the use of chemicals on health and the environment and the importance of environmentally sound behavior in farming activities through the application of the Skunda's Message model. This Model is a behavior formation model that is obtained from the combined results of several theories of behavior and needs in the field. The method used in the application of the Skunda's Pesankan model is to conduct workshops on the Importance of Environmental Insight Behavior in Farming Activities, video playback on the Impact of the Use of Chemicals in Farming Activities on the Environment and Health, and a module on Utilizing Natural Materials in Pest and Disease Eradication and Fertilization Activities Vegetable. The results of these activities showed an increase in people's knowledge and enthusiasm for farming without using chemicals. This is evident from the emergence of strong motivation and desire from vegetable farmers to immediately carry out agricultural activities that are free of chemicals. Thus, the application of the Skunda's Pesankan model can increase vegetable farmers' knowledge of environmentally sound behavior in vegetable farming activities in Payakumbuh City.

Abstract – 4.0 industry revolution era brings people to have multi-skill ability to survive. In order to prepare multi-skill people Indonesian government create school literacy actions, but this program needs some teachers with strong understanding about literacy. In fact, many teacher do not understand to much about literacy. They only think that literacy is about read. To solve this problem, training and workshop about literacy is needed. Teachers have to know about literacy more spesific especialy literacy that related to their subject. A training and workshop has been done to Junior High School Mathematics teachers in Dharmasraya. In this activity, teachers study about basic understanding of literacy, and mathematical literacy. By some example, teacher try to solve, and to create some mathematics problem related to mathematics literacy. By questioneering this activity teachers say that this program is very good in material, instructor, and activity.

Abstract - The use of three levels of chemical representation and interconnection is needed to understand the chemical concepts as a whole. The purpose of service activities is to increase teacher knowledge in making ICT-based chemical learning media with emphasis on three level representation. The solution given is giving training to the teacher. In this training, were used lecture and demonstration methods and practices. The results of the service activities can improve the knowledge and skills of chemistry teachers using standard general chemistry e-books and chemistry learning videos on websites on the internet. This service activity can improve the knowledge and skills of chemistry teachers to integrate these learning resources for the manufacture of ICT-based chemistry learning media with an emphasis on interconnecting of three-levels representation. This service activity also increases teacher knowledge about mental models and how to measure them.

Community Partnership Program: The Improvement Of Chemical Teacher Professional Competencies In Developing Modul Teaching Materials Based On Integrated Guided Inquiry 社区合作计划:基于综合引导探究的模块化教材开发中化学教师专业能力的提升

The aim of the activity was to provide knowledge, insight and skills to the Padang Pariaman District MGMP chemistry teachers in developing teaching materials modules based on guided inquiry integrated experiments. The training activities were carried out with several activities, namely: (1) Presentation on developing teaching materials, designing chemistry modules based on guided inquiry experiments, and tips on writing teaching materials using microsof word; (2) Discussion of various matters relating to the material presented; (3) chemistry module making workshops based on guided inquiry integrated experiments; (4) conducting module trials at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency; (5) mentoring and evaluation. After conducting a series of training, participants were able to design a module based on guided inquiry integrated experiments, and module drafts have been produced for several chemical topics. The results of the module trial showed that happy, active and motivated students to learn chemistry using the guided inquiry based module integrated experiments.
