This study aims to determine the application of the question and answermethod and how it affects student achievement in the fourth grade Akidah Akhlaq subjects atMI Muhammadiyah 06 Brondong Lamongan. This research uses descriptive quantitativeresearch. The subjects in this study were 50 students. By using the instrument in the researchis a questionnaire, observation and documentation.The results showed that the value of the coefficient of r arithmetic on r table with the numberof N = 50 for a significant level of 0.279 or 5%, then r count = 9.440 > r table = 0.279 andfor a significant level of 0.361 or 1% then r count = 9.440 > r table = 0.361 thus r count isgreater than r table. Then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

: Learning is an activity that proceeds and is a very fundamental element in the implementation of each type and level of education. This means that the success or failure of the achievement of the educational objectives depends very much on the learning process that students experience when they are at school or in their home or family. Based on the background of the above problem, then the formulation of the problem as follows: What is the learning motivation of students of class X Subject PAI In SMKN 13 Malang and Is there a correlation of learning motivation with student achievement class X Subject PAI In SMKN 13 Malang. The method used in data collection is descriptive method. While the approach taken is a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study includes literature study and field study. The implementation of this field study involves observation techniques, interviews, and using data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. Based on the results of correlation analysis obtained 0,538. In order for this number to be meaningful, it needs to be interpreted so as to give an explanation of the correlation between learning motivation and student achievement, that is by consulting through the value of r on the product momenttable, either with a significance level of 5% or 1%. For more details will be interpreted r o and r t (table) as follows. At the level of significance of 5% with the number of respondents (N) = 22 obtained r t = 0.423, while r o = 0.538. Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang layak secara teoritis dan empiris meliputi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), bahan ajar materi sistem pencernaan dengan didukung peningkatan hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang melatihkan keterampilan proses dengan dengan subyek penelitian SMP di 5 sugihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (four D models) define, design, develop dan disseminate tetapi tidak melakukan disseminate dengan desain uji coba menggunakan rancangan penerapan one group pretest postest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode validasi, angket, tes dan pengamatan sedangkan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Variabel yang berkaitan dengan validitas perangkat pembelajaran dikatakann valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan validitas silabus, RPP, bahan ajar dan LKS berturut-turut 82.5%, 91.3%, 80.3%, 85.0%; keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori tinggi; dan respon siswa sangat positif 80,3 %; penilaian keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari n-gain 0.86 dengan kategori tinggi. Perangkat yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract
This research has purpose to produces learning materials that proper theoritically and empirically that consists of lesson plan, student work sheet, student book on digestive system that supported by increasing of student achievementand student responses towards learning that try process skils with junior high school research subject in 5 sugihan. This research used 4D development model but this research did not use dissiminate with one group pretes posttest in try out. Data collecting method, questionnaire, test and observation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive technic. Research findings showed that validation of learning materials, namely syllabus, lesson plan, student book, and student worksheet was 82.5%, 91.3%, 80.3%, 85.0%; respectively lesson plan implementation was high and students response very positive (80.3). Learning materials that developed was proper to be used in learning and increased student achievement.

This study aims to describe and explain: (1) the struggle for gender equality of female characters in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl, and (2) educational values in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl.This type of research is qualitative research. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is a research procedure that produces description data in the form of words. The research data is a novel by Kretek Girl by Ratih Kumala.This study uses a feminism approach to describe the profile of female characters, the struggle for gender equality, and the sociological approach of literature to find out about the social conditions of the community in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl. The data collection technique used in this study was to read the entire contents of the novel and document analysis.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The struggle for gender equality of female leaders in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Gadis is against forms of gender injustice in the form of (a) stereotypes, (b) marginalization of women, (c) subordination of work, and (d) internal violence household. (2) Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girls educational values include: (a) the value of religious education that emphasizes between humans and God, (b) the value of social education refers to the relationship of individuals to other individuals in a society (c) the value of education morals that relate to the good or bad of human behavior, and (d) the value of cultural / customary education that is related to tradition, people's habits.

In this study the author uses quantitative methods, while for data collection using questionnaires, documentation, observation, while the population is the entire number of fourth grade students at MI Muhammdiyah 03 Weru-Paciran, totaling 35 students and 25 being taken as samples. To analyze the final results the author uses the Product Moment formula with the formula: rxy= (?xy)/?((?x^2 )(?y²)).In this study, the results obtained from data analysis using the Product Moment formula which the results reached 1.0208 were rounded up to 1. So the results and conclusions can be obtained that playing Playstation games is very influential on student achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak class IV study at MI Muhammdiyah 03 Weru-Paciran.

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to determine the role of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 2) to find out the efforts of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at Madarasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 02 Paciran Lamongan.From the results of the study, it was concluded that the principal tried to improve the quality and knowledge of teachers by holding discussions, trainings, seminars and so on. The principal pays attention to the development of student activities in teaching and learning activities, in this case the principal sees directly what is used by teachers, student activity reports, and student attendance books. The principal also tries to equip school infrastructure and equipment including instructional media needed for the smooth and successful teaching and learning process. Completing library books because it is important for the development of the quality of education. Supporting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are the role of effective school principals, exemplary teachers, outstanding students and human resources.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran digital yang layak secara teoritis dan empiris dalam bentuk website (wordwal) dengan didukung peningkatan hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan dengan obyek penelitian siswa di MTs. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (four D models) define, design, develop dan disseminate tetapi tidak melakukan disseminate dengan desain uji coba menggunakan rancangan penerapan one group pretest postest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode validasi, angket, tes dan pengamatan sedangkan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Variabel yang berkaitan dengan validitas website (wordwal) ditinjau dari kelayakanpada bidang teoritis dan empiris berturut-turut 82.5% dan 91.3; dan respon siswa sangat positif 80,3 %; penilaian hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari N-Gain 0.86 dengan kategori tinggi. Media yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract This research has purpose to produces learning materials that proper theoritically and empirically feasible digital learning media in the form of a website (wordwal) supported by increased learning outcomes and student responses to learning with the object of student research in MTs. This study uses a 4D development model (four D models) define, design, develop and disseminate but do not disseminate with a trial design using a one group pretest posttest design implementation. Collecting data using validation methods, questionnaires, tests and observations while data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study are: Variables related to the validity of the website (wordwal) in terms of feasibility in the theoretical and empirical fields, respectively 82.5% and 91.3 and very positive student responses 80.3%; assessment of student learning outcomes increased from N-Gain 0.86 with the high category. The media developed is suitable for use in learning and can improve student learning outcomes.

The learning process using developing technology is very profitable for teachers because by utilizing technology teachers can also make the learning process more fun and have a new atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of video media as a media aid for student learning in Islamic religious education where by using video media students understand more about the material being taught and focus more on the ongoing learning process. The focus of this research is to find out (1) the use of video-based learning media in the learning process of Islamic religious education. (2) find out the obstacles in the learning process by using the media. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. while data analysis is done by using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Where to find out more about the results of the research. The results of this study are that the use of video-based media in the learning process of Islamic religious education at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik goes well according to existing procedures, where use must have learning tools and media. The existence of this learning media so that students are more conducive in learning and more active in responding to learning so that students more easily understand the material being taught. As for the success of using the media itself, there are several obstacles that are felt by both teachers and students, namely in the form of inadequate facilities and pre-facilities and the length of time the learning process takes place.

This qualitative research method uses data collection techniques, namely: Observation and Documentation.
