Purpose- China's economy has greatly developed in the last few decades, catapulting the nation to the second-biggest economy in the world. Financial growth took off over the last couple of decades because of the nation's expansion into the world economy and support for monetary policy. The purpose of this study is to analyse commercial bank-level data to examine a credit channel of the monetary policy transmission mechanism in emerging economies, such as China, from BRICS countries. Among the important questions that central banks, economists, and policymakers have raised in this area are: Does the impact of bank characteristics and macroeconomic variables affect the amount of loans in China? Do interacting bank characteristics and macroeconomic elements affect the amount of a loan in China? Methodology- Data analysis is achieved using static panel data with a random-effect model. 216 commercial banks in China were used as a sample, and the study was conducted from 2009 to 2018. The statistical software Stata is utilised for data analysis. Findings- According to findings from China's statistics, the capital ratio, GDP, inflation, and ROA interactions have a statistically significant but negative impact on the loan amount. The hypothesis is that capital ratio, total assets, and return on assets have a statistically significant and positive effect on the amount of the loan. The robust standard error coefficient showing a probable causal relationship between the variables was positive. Also, the results demonstrate that macroeconomic factors like interest rates, GDP, and inflation have a statistically insignificant positive impact on loan amounts. Hence, this study found enough evidence to accept the hypothesis that the loan amount had an insignificant effect. Conclusion- The authors contribute to the existing literature by identifying the key determinants of monetary policy transmission channels through credit in China and, furthermore, through a country-level data analysis and disaggregation at the commercial bank level, as well as economic conditions. Keywords: Panel Data, Banks, Monetary Policy Transmission Mechanism, Credit Channel, China economy. JEL Codes: C23; E51; E52

Purpose- This study aims to evaluate a mostly overlooked part of tourism literature: the place of pets in pet owners' travel planning process and travelling. In this sense, the purpose of this qualitative study is to explore Turkish pet owners' perceptions of travelling with pets, and the reasons behind their willingness and unwillingness to take their pets on leisure trips. This exploratory study aims to examine factors affecting pet owners' willingness to travel with their pets, to understand their perceptions of travelling with their pets, to explore reasons behind the unwillingness to have holidays with their pets and to examine difficulties of making holiday plans as pet owners. Methodology- This exploratory research was conducted in the form of semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 52 pet owners in three big cities of Turkey (Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir). Participants of the study were selected according to the principles of criterion sampling and theory-guided sampling, which are purposive sampling methods. Conceptual analysis as a category of content analysis was employed to code the findings and identify emerging themes. Findings- The willingness and decisions about participating in leisure and tourism activities with pets are determined by the bond between pet and owner, the value attached to the pet, and the pet's role in the family. Pet owners' demographic profiles and characteristics of their pets determine the type of pet ownership and also affect all decisions made about pets such as participating in leisure activities with pets and travelling with pets. The participants with higher emotional attachment to their pets had more willingness to take their pets with them on holiday. Pet owners’ decisions about taking their pets on holiday with them are affected by some constraints stemming from their pets, themselves, or other conditions. Conclusion- The results provide an understanding of pet owners’ travel planning and travel experience including pet-related constraints, negotiation strategies of pet owners, and pet owners' willingness and unwillingness to travel with their pets. Purpose- Understanding the perspective of developing Turkey towards science and technology, as well as its position compared to other countries, is of great importance for its potential positive changes in this field in the coming years. The aim is to examine Turkey's outlook on science and technology and its position among 57 countries, based on six variables: living standards, future generations, faith, impact on understanding, daily life, and global influence, which are associated with the perspective on science and technology using data from the World Values Survey (WVS). Methodology- This study aimed to determine Turkey's position among 57 countries based on six variables associated with the perspective on science and technology, as indicated in the World Values Survey (WVS) data from 2017-2022. The study data were obtained through survey methods, and the relevant data for analysis were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software. Cluster analysis, a multivariate analysis method, was employed to test the research model constructed based on the literature. Findings- According to the results of the study, Turkey is positioned as a rapidly developing or emerging country among the world nations. Based on the cluster analysis of the survey responses conducted by WVS between 2017 and 2022, the cluster structure in which Turkey is included was examined, leading to the conclusion that the support provided by the economy in order for Turkey to make progress in science and technology is not sufficient. This observation is evident from Turkey being grouped together with other developing countries. Conclusion- Based on the analysis results, it has been observed that Turkey is grouped together with developing countries. It has been concluded that the support provided by the economy for Turkey to make progress in science and technology is not sufficient. Despite Turkey's economic strength, being a developing country requires allocating a significant amount of resources for development. Especially since the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the COVID-19 pandemic on March 11, 2020, countries have focused on improving and supporting healthcare policies to control the outbreak. It is possible that this situation has not significantly altered Turkey's perspective on science and technology compared to previous periods, as indicated by previous research findings. Therefore, Turkey's advancements and efforts in the field of economy alone will not be sufficient for the development of science and technology. In this era of rapid technological advancements, where everything is changing, it is important to enhance scientific publications, individual awareness, and accessibility to scientific data in order to accelerate development. This can contribute to advancing Turkey's perspective on science and technology. Keywords: Science, technology, perspective, multivariate statistics, cluster analysis JEL Codes: C38, C30, Q55

Purpose- As a new generation financial concept “Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies”, which have rapidly entered into the world recent years, have intense effects on our social norms, financial system and business models in the industry. In this research, it is aimed to examine the effects and contributions of innovative financial technologies that have developed with the intense digital transformation, which started with the concept of Logistic 4.0, through the sector. Actually innovative solutions to be developed by the fintech companies are expected to emerge in the logistics sector in the coming years. As we are experiencing the financial opportunities offered by fintech companies in the world, the logistics industry can also take new financial steps forward in our country with the help of great technological opportunities. However, logistics service providers traditionally focus on the delivery of goods and can quickly adapt to the realization of the opportunities so that Fintech’s can present new techniques to their business processes. Both fintech and logistics companies can provide significant added values to the industry by bringing their forces together. Methodology- In this study, I searched the current financing practices in the industry through a comprehensive literature review of the blockchain as an alternative way in financing options in the logistics sector. Findings- When a logistics company agrees to work with blockchain technology, it enrolls in an intensive collaborative effort. This is because much of it involves facilitating reliable co-operation between multiple entities, including state institutions of all types, industrial organizations, regulators, partners, and even competitors public and private organizations. Collaboration platforms have been created to enable competitors to work together to research the implementation of blockchain technology, taking the very competitive financial services industry example. Although competing cooperation does not seem intuitive, economies of scale affect the value of the blockchain. When more parties agree to use a single blockchain solution, more value is generated for each participating organization. That's why several blockchain consortia appear in the logistics sector. Conclusion- Fintech’s provide logistics service providers with an opportunity to expand their service portfolio. In particular, they can increase their role in the supply chain and add value to their business. By reducing risks and costs, customers logistics service providers have real-time insight, reliable supply-chain data can provide them with commercial opportunities for new enhancements. Purpose- Quality activities should include all product life processes, starting from the determination of customers' demands and prejudices to the service activities provided to customers. By integrating quality-oriented practices, conducting FMEA, and employing Pareto analysis, the research aims to enhance the system's reliability, efficiency, and overall performance. This, in turn, can lead to improved customer satisfaction, reduced costs, increased productivity, and a more sustainable and successful operation in the packaging department. Methodology- In order to keep up with the rapidly developing technology, to be open to innovations with developing technologies, to be in an advantageous position against competitors and ultimately to satisfy customers and fulfil their satisfaction; it is necessary to meet the demands and needs of customers without error and at low cost. Failure Modes and Effect Analysis is applied to provide the sustainability of the production system without the failures. This study focuses on failure analysis, defining failure modes, and conducting error prevention studies within the context of businesses. The aim is to achieve zero failure and zero error by implementing effective prevention techniques. By identifying the root causes of failures and errors, businesses can develop strategies and procedures to prevent them from occurring in the first place. This proactive approach helps ensure a higher level of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. By emphasizing the importance of error and failure prevention, businesses can strive for continuous improvement, minimize disruptions in the production system, reduce costs associated with rework or product recalls, and maintain a strong competitive position. Implementing zero failure-error and zero error-failure prevention techniques is crucial for sustaining a reliable and efficient production system. Findings- This research shows that quality is a science that people meet in reality, not simply a theoretical concept. All organizations in the universe should take their quality management systems one step further with their approach to quality processes. In this context, the concept of zero failure-error in production or service lines has become important. By applying FMEA and considering sustainability aspects, the research aims to enhance the manufacturing process, minimize risks and failures, and contribute to sustainable practices in the food industry. Conclusion- The mentioned sample study on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in food packaging within the production department of a food sector enterprise in the Marmara region highlights the importance of preventing possible failure modes and their impact on the sustainability of production. One key aspect emphasized in the study is the potential reduction of food and packaging waste by minimizing packaging or substituting oil-based materials with renewable resources. Purpose- It is acknowledged that banks offer their respective economies a number of services, including the encouragement of savings and allocation of capital to the private and public sectors. Within this context, and given that public debt in Jordan has been increasing at an alarming rate, this paper sets out to answer two questions: First, what is the impact of local public debt on aggregate credit to the private sector? Second, what is the impact of local public debt on bank-level credit to the private sector? Methodology- To provide an answer to the first question, the paper uses annual data (1982 – 2021) on aggregate bank credit to the private sector, aggregate bank credit to the government, and the discount rate. The applied techniques include stationarity test, optimal lag structure, co-integration, and vector error-correction (VECM) estimation. To answer the second question, the paper uses annual bank level data (2010 – 2021) for all 13 listed Jordanian banks. The fact that this data includes both time series and cross-section elements, panel data analysis is used to measure the impact of bank-level credit to the government on bank-level credit to the private sector. Findings- At the macro level, the results show that bank credit to the government (bank holdings of government securities) has a significant and negative impact of bank credit to the private sector. At the micro level, the results also show that bank-level lending to the government does affect (negatively) their credit to the private sector. Conclusion- The results of this paper are not encouraging. Indeed, they indicate that public debt impedes credit to the private sector. The government should look at the status of its public finance and work on reducing its borrowing. In addition, the government should look at the viability of establishing a secondary market for its issued securities. Purpose- The main purpose of the research is to have people who have the knowledge to do talent management collection articles systems and comparative analysis and work in this field. The progress of the articles in the last year and suggestions for future evaluation are also included. Method- Data collection sessions were obtained by scanning web of science abroad and journal park databases in Turkey. In these databases, all the reviews that were published in the field of management, open access, published in Turkish and English between the years 2013-2023, including talent management, were included in the scope of the research. Extending the resulting content analysis. This study, which categorically analyzes domestic and international articles under titles such as number, time, content, method and approach, is of a weighted nature. Findings- Although databases are widespread and the concept is a new subject, it is seen that researches have been seen both in the country and abroad over the years. It has been determined that research methods are applied more frequently than annual numerical research methods, and in this context, data is collected through scales and questionnaires. It can be stated that qualitative research methods are predominant during abroad, where the concepts of field scanning and system systems are concentrated. It is seen that there is an intersection in common concepts in terms of data collection, data analysis methods, research approaches and application areas. However, in terms of security, there are more security vulnerabilities in foreign circuits. When the research content is scanned, the concepts shaped by taking advantage of the opportunity, carrying talent, and management approaches come together, while the concepts that come to the fore in a multidimensional and integrative approach in an abroad environment are encountered. Conclusion- Domestic and international databases provide valuable contributions to the phenomenon of talent management both in terms of research activities and content. It can be stated that in the future, quantitative researches can be given more space, especially abroad, and the works owned should apply to different research designs instead of similar approaches and methods. In addition, the phenomenon of talent management, both in Turkey and abroad, was discussed interdisciplinary. Finally, it is important to carry out studies that deal with new application approaches instead of agreements targeting talent management, which is included in the literature in this process and the consumption of contributing to businesses. Purpose- The aim of the study is to examine how the level of occupational burnout is affected by demographic variables. Methodology- Occupational burnout level was examined in terms of demographic variables. Demographic variables; gender, marital status, age, education level of the person, monthly income level, working time in the current institution (seniority period) and total seniority in business life. The Maslach Burnout scale was used to measure the dimensions of professional burnout, and the three dimensions of the scale, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and the feeling of decrease in personal achievement, and demographic variables were examined. Questionnaire method was used. Findings- According to the results of the research, demographic variables have an impact on burnout in general. A high level of relationship was found between income level, gender, age, seniority of the person and professional burnout. A moderate relationship was found between marital and educational status and professional burnout. Among the dimensions of occupational burnout, the dimension most affected by demographic variables is the dimension of emotional exhaustion. The highest effect is between income level and gender demographic variables and emotional exhaustion dimension. Conclusion- As a result, due to the fact that demographic variables have an effect on occupational burnout, the result of the study emerges that businesses should consider the demographic variables while considering the occupational burnout status of the employees. The high effect of income level and gender variables on occupational burnout is important. Considering these differences and considering the demographic variables in general, reducing the level of professional burnout, which has a high impact on the performance of the employees, has a high importance in terms of improving the performance of the enterprises and studies should be carried out in this direction.
