Traditional digital display instrument lacks the communication interface, and its intelligence is based on digital identification technology. To meet the real-time requirements of digital identification, this paper puts forward a complete set of digital recognition algorithm. It uses the Otsu method to carry out the threshold segmentation algorithm on images to be identified. Then it uses projection method to determine the character display area and single character segmentation. At the end, character recognition is accomplished by the method of strokes coding. The process doesn't include traditional steps like refinement, morphological computation and neural network training, which bringing high computing speed. Experiments show that this method has better adaptability to rotation, scaling, illumination changes of targets to be recognized, meeting the time and accuracy requirements in digital instruments.

Non-gyro inertial measurement unit (NGIMU) uses only accelerometers replacing gyroscopes to compute the motion of a moving body. Use the traditional accelerometer configurations for reference, a novel nine-accelerometer configuration of NGIMU is proposed with its mathematic model constructed. This configuration can acquire the expressions of the angular accelerations directly and avoid calculating the differential poly-equation. To confirm the effectiveness of the design, the experiment system is set up and the DSP data processing circuit is also done. In addition, the experiments of the angle estimating are performed and the results show that the design can reflect the trend of the angle changing with high precision to some extent.

In the process of multi index analysis and evaluation, the index weight is determined according to each index relative principal component contribution through principal component analysis and principal component extraction. Then, combined evaluation model will be formed through the Grey Relational Analysis, calculation of each index according to grey weighted relative degree. Combined with key performance indexes in network communication, this paper establishes a break warming mechanism, thereby testing the scientific applicability of combinational evaluation model.

This paper develops an experimental and Evaluation system which accelerates the construction of experimental scheme. At the same time, it helps with the creation of experiment samples and evaluation of the impact of experiment variable attributes. Based on the analysis of the procedure of experimental design, four main components of the system are set up: experiment project editor, experiment sample generator, experiment operation controller and experiment result analysis tool. The realization of full factorial experimental design, orthogonal experimental design and uniform experimental design method is also researched. Furthermore, a method has been proposed to generate samples for experiment, which involves building Boolean map and mapping experiment table, this method is extremely useful to create experiment samples when the levels of experiment factors are different in orthogonal experimental design method. The system helps experimenters make experimental decisions on the basis of HIT-TENA architecture and establish connection with external operating environment.

This paper introduces the nonlinearity index theory for missile flight mechanics analysis. Further, the nonlinearity of a longitudinal and lateral-directional nonspinning missile simulation model is analyzed over the entire flight envelope. The aerodynamic coefficient envelope is flight speed, angle of attack and angle of sideslip region. Nonlinearity index theory provides a new methodology for measuring the strength of nonlinearity and is applied to the aerodynamic angles and Mach number envelope. This analysis provides new ideas and insights to missile dynamic assessment and controller design.

Helicopter power-line inspection is secure in high and cold environment, while inspection accuracy and speed need to improve. Related image processing technologies of damper inspection in transmission lines are analyzed. First, inspection system composition is presented, and threshold method is adopted for segmentation of foreground and background, that is the base for damper inspection. Second, for noisy blurred image, modified balloon force Snake method is presented for edge detection. Hessian matrix is adopted to determine initial boundary condition, which can improve contour curvature control ability of traditional balloon force Snake model. Finally, experimental comparison between detected edge and true edge show, along with increasing of noise level, RMS of modified balloon force Snake method 4.43 is much better than that of traditional balloon force Snake method 0.37. This method can meet the actual requirement preliminarily.

Nowadays, microblogging is becoming a part of people living in network. Because of the importance of popular topic mining, microblogging popular topic mining technology receive widely attention. This paper introduces a popular topic mining method based on microblogging. First of all, we pretreat microblogging content, such as remove noise words and stop words for word analysis in next stage. Next, we dig entity words, mark the noun which may be the topic entity. And then, we mine key word, make sure the verb or adjective which may be the topic's keyword. Besides, we mine the popular topic, according to the entity words and keywords to mine the popular topic. Finally, we analyze time and amount of popular topic, according to related microblogging content amount change with time to make sure whether this topic is popular topic or not. Some practical experiments have shown the effectiveness and accuracy of our system.

Some scholars have been searching for the simplest and most efficient way of spectrum sensing. They have combined the compressed sensing (CS) based non-reconstruction technology with the conventional energy detection (ED) method and proposed a non-reconstruction detection method to detect the spectrum directly from the CS sampled data, these methods can decrease the sampling rate and computation complexity. But these methods assume that the measurement matrix is a Gaussian random matrix, it is hard to generate in a practical application and its detection performance has a big loss compared with the conventional energy detection method. In this paper we propose an iterative method to optimize the measurement matrix aiming at improving the detection performance. The Gram matrix of the optimized matrix will be closer to the identity matrix through iterative method. The simulation result shows that the optimized measurement matrix can improve the detection performance of the non-reconstruction detection method for about 2 dB compared with the Gaussian random matrix.

Compressed sensing theory is a new kind of making full use of signal sparsity or compressible sampling theory. The theory suggests that collecting a small amount of signal values can realize accurate reconstruction of sparse or compressed signal. Through the research and summary of the existing reconstruction algorithm, the paper proposes a new adaptive matching pursuit algorithm based on regularization Regularized Adaptive Matching Pursuit (RAMP) for compressed sensing signal reconstruction, called blocking sparsity adaptive regularized matching pursuit (BSARMP) algorithms. In order to reduce the scale of a single observation matrix processing and the single processing speed, a novel method based on image blocking is presented in this paper, thereby improving the overall running time.
