Comparative Analysis of Multiplicative and Additive Noise Based Automated Regularizations in Non-Linear Diffusion Image Reconstruction 基于乘性和加性噪声的自动正则化在非线性扩散图像重建中的比较分析

Multiplicative and additive noises are often introduced in image signals during the image acquisition process and result into degradation of image features. The work done by Perona and Malik in 1990 and its modified versions revolutionized the way through which noises or speckles are removed. The Perona-Malik model requires tuning of the regularization parameter to control and prevent staircase artifacts in restored images. The current manual tuning is a challenging and time consuming practice when a long queue of images is registered for processing. Attempt to automate the regularization parameter appeared in Perona-Malik model with self-adjusting shape-defining constant. Although both multiplicative and additive noise based automated regularizations were presented, the paper stayed silent on matters concerning the automation method that fits with speckle reduction. This paper therefore, presents a comparative analysis of additive and multiplicative noise based automated regularizations. Simulation results and paired samples T-tests reveal that the multiplicative noise based automation outperforms the additive noise based automation for small speckle variances. However, the two automation methods do not significantly differ when large speckle variances are assumed.

Assessment of Literature on Webometrics Published in the Scopus-Elsevier Database from 2003 - 2019 对2003 - 2019年Scopus-Elsevier数据库中发表的网络计量学文献进行评估

Original Research Article To evaluate, year-wise, document types, subject-wise classification, authorship pattern, language pattern, and collaboration of countries in research productivity of webometrics published in journals indexed in the Scopus database from 2003 – 2019. The study data retrieved from the Scopus-Elsevier database on file format with commaseparated value (CSV) and note paid techniques as plaintext for measuring the statistical positions to fulfill the study's aim. MS Office Excel Sheet 2010 used for tabulations. The mainstream of documents existing on article shape, followed by conference papers, review articles, editorial, and book chapters. Computer science with 55, 73% take leading space to follow by three other subjects. A majority 61; 81.3% articles written collaboratively, and the remaining 14; 18.6% research papers produced by a single or solo author. The journal Scientometrics got the attention of researchers and published eight articles out of 75 articles. Webometrics attract authors affiliated with 101 countries to mark their sketch in collaborative manners in seven languages, but the English language with 64, 85.3% on the top slot. This study of webometrics indicate a new field of exploration to determine the value of hindrances for more analysis, improvement, and outcomes in the provision of ideas, layout plans, and their execution, and achievement to rise higher in the time of delivering of services or products.

The Study on Simulation of Parallel Circuit Resistance in Motor 电机并联电路电阻仿真研究

The stall phenomenon which happens in loaded motor is unqualification in application. Meanwhile it may measure the maximum property of motor in manufacture. So the phenomenon of multiple circuit is analyzed to find a simulation of electrical state to predict the maximum currency and torque which is a necessary method to be proceeded up to now before design. We find that the simulation fits well to the reference. The conditions of multiple circuit with t=6s, U=12V result in the biggest stall force according to rotation to change time and voltage. Then it is t=8s, U=10V; t=10s, U=8V and t=12s, U=6V in turns. As for torque it is t=6s, U=12V; t=8s, U=10V; t=6s, U=12V and t=12s, U=6V in truns. When the voltage decreases resistance declines the rotation will decline in the end.

Investigating the Effects of Coarse Aggregate Physical Properties on Strength of C-25 Concrete 粗骨料物理性能对C-25混凝土强度影响的研究

The strength of concrete mostly depends on the strength and properties of coarse aggregate since the major volume of concrete was covered by coarse aggregate. The physical properties of coarse aggregates do grossly affect the workability and structural performance of concrete. This study considered the effects of physical properties of coarse aggregate on properties of concrete and the difference in strength of concrete made from four different types of coarse aggregates namely crushed basalt, crushed marble, river graver and surface gravel which were collected from different areas near to Nekemte town. For each types of collected coarse aggregate their physical properties are determined by performing necessary laboratory tests to attain the objective of the study. For proportioning of concrete making materials the ACI concrete mix design was followed. Total of 36 cubes and 12 beam molds were casted for determination of compressive strength flexural strength of C-25 concrete made from the four aggregate samples. The results indicate physical properties and types of coarse aggregate have effects on the strength of concrete. The four coarse aggregate samples have different physical properties and produced concrete having different compressive and flexural strength. Thus, it concludes, the compressive and flexural strength of concrete was greatly influenced by the physical properties and strength of coarse aggregate.

Review on the Study of Dielectric Properties of Food Materials 食品材料介电性能研究进展

Dielectric properties of foods are used to explain interactions of foods with electric fields. It determines the interaction of electromagnetic waves with matter and defines the charge density under an electric field. For engineering point of view, dielectric properties are the foremost important physical properties related to radio frequency and microwave heating, it is critical to possess knowledge of the dielectric properties of materials in products and process development and, within the modern design of dielectric heating system for the need of desired process. Dielectric properties are often categorized into two: dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor. Dielectric constant is the ability of a material to store microwave energy and dielectric loss factor is the ability of a material to dissipate microwave energy into heat. Dielectric properties of food materials are required for various applications in food industry like microwave (at 915 or 2450 MHz), radio wave (at 13.56, 27.12 or 40.68 MHz) and magnetic field processing. In this review, the dielectric properties of various food groups were listed such as; Cereal grains and oilseeds, Bakery product, Dairy products, Poultry products, Fruits and vegetables. Dielectric properties are utilized in fruit drying processes, protect food materials from insects that already present in dried fruits, pasteurization, sterilization, tempering of concentration of liquid foods such as fruit juices, identification, processing, quality monitoring of fats and oils and improvement during oil processing and storage. The dielectric studies of food materials are an important tool to identify the quality of food materials and to improve dielectric heating uniformity. Frequency, moisture content, phase change, storage time and temperature are main factors that influence the dielectric properties of food material.

Standardization of Protection Commissioning Testing in Transmission Protection Department 输电保护部保护调试试验标准化

In line with the recent developments and innovations, standardization is a topic that is mainly focused on to ensure an easy flow of operations and reduction in complexity in many different fields. Given the diverse applications of which standardization can be applied to, this paper will focus specifically on the standardization of commissioning tests for protection relays as well as the process and the impact of the implementation of standardization in this particular field. Background : This paper’s focus and origin is from the United Arab Emirates specifically in the electricity sector in Dubai’s Water and Electricity Authority (DEWA); Transmission Power Division, Transmission Protection Department (TPD). Direct emphasis is on the commissioning section where various commissioning tests are carried out for many different protection relays in many different applications in Transmission Substations of Voltage Levels 400/132kV and 132/11kV. As of date, Transmission Power substations counts 330 numbers while more are yet to undergo or complete the engineering phase only to enter the commissioning phase and be tested and commissioned. Commissioning tests have been made easier and more efficient by introducing standardization in 2010, where procedures of various commissioning tests involving protection relays have been standardized and applied whenever a new substation comes to light.

Background : This paper’s focus and origin is from the United Arab Emirates specifically in the electricity sector in Dubai’s Water and Electricity Authority (DEWA); Transmission Power Division, Transmission Protection Department (TPD). Direct emphasis is on the commissioning section where various commissioning tests are carried out for many different protection relays in many different applications in Transmission Substations of Voltage Levels 400/132kV and 132/11kV. As of date, Transmission Power substations counts 330 numbers while more are yet to undergo or complete the engineering phase only to enter the commissioning phase and be tested and commissioned. TED Talks New Experiencing English (Viewing, Listening &Speaking) is a course which is characterized by popularity, diversity and originality of Ted Talks. How to exert its greatest value of moral education? Teachers should learn to design the course with ideological and political elements. The teaching design can combine PBL (Projectbased learning) to realize. PBL model focuses on developing students’ English output ability. These teaching practices are beneficial to improve students’ moral education level and their ability for practical application.

Alteration of Air Transmittance of Plain Weft Knitted Fabrics for Different Parameters 不同参数对平纬针织物透气性的影响

Physical properties of fabric basically depend on fabric cover and porosity. Other fabric parameters that influence the air transmittance of a fabric are type of stitches used, type of yarn, linear density, twist factor in the yarn, stitch density, thickness, tightness factor and fractional cover of fabric and moisture content which has a circuitous effect on those parameters. Many researchers had already derived so many relationships among those parameters and the fabrics properties. But, air transmittance rate may influence other comfort properties of the fabric. Our investigation shows the relationship of different parameters which can alter the transmittance of air through the plain knitted fabric. Here, a little change in the structure can alter the air transmittance which has been represented graphically.
