Three-axis loop antenna for the detection of partial discharge signal 用于局部放电信号检测的三轴环形天线

Measurement of partial discharge by electromagnetic method is widely used in high voltage testing. This paper deals with the three-axis loop antenna to detect the electromagnetic signal caused by partial discharge. The principle of the newly developed three-axis antenna and some experimental results are shown in this paper. Test result shows that the antenna has high sensitivity and space resolution for the directivity.

High field light emission in LDPE/MgO nanocomposite LDPE/MgO纳米复合材料的高场发光研究

This paper deals with initiation of light emission and electrical trees in LDPE/MgO nanocomposite. Specimens were prepared in such a way that a tungsten needle of 50 mum phi and 1mumR was inserted into dielectrics with a spacing of 0.4 mm between high voltage and ground. Light emission was observed by an ICCD camera, and tree shapes were examined by an optical microscope. As a result, it was found that light emission originates from electrical trees rather than electroluminescence in our experiments and that initiation of electrical trees and light emission are affected by the addition of nano MgO fillers. That is, it was clarified that applied voltage or electric stress for tree initiation tends to increase, as filler content increases in the range of 0 to 1 phr. In addition, tree length is shortened due to inclusion of nano-fillers.

The investigation of the aluminum insulation wire characteristic change in the seashore area 海滨地区铝绝缘电线特性变化的调查

ACSR-OC(aluminum stranded conductors steel reinforced outdoor linked wires) wire is composed of the three type metals(aluminum, zinc, iron) and contacted with each other. So ACSR-OC wire is liable to occur the electrolytic corrosion when the conductive water solution exists. We carried out the test about the used ACSR-OC wires above 10 years in the real site and the new products in order to investigate the performance characteristic changed by a salt. Also we conducted the mechanical strength test, the component analysis(SEM) and the microscope observation of each samples. As a result of experiment, A component as a Al, O, Cl, Na has been detected in the wire surface of the used line. Also the wire has been already corroded or underway, therefore the mechanical strength of wire has been reduced.

Terahertz dielectric relaxation spectroscopy in polyamide nanocomposite 聚酰胺纳米复合材料的太赫兹介电弛豫光谱

Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy was measured as an effective procedure to analyze the mechanism that induces superior properties in polymer nanocomposites. The peak frequency of dielectric absorption appearing at frequencies 2.7 - 3.1 THz shifts to a lower frequency by the presence of nanofillers, which seems to be ascribable to the restriction of molecular motion at the interfaces between the polymer matrix and nanofillers.

Study on brekdown and paitial discharge of polyethylene/montmorillonite nanocomposites 聚乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的击穿与局部放电研究

Polyethylene/montmorillonite (LDPE/MMT) nano-composites are prepared by melting intercalation process. The characteristics of electrical breakdown and partial discharge (PD) of the nano-composites are investigated. The test results indicate that electrical breakdown strength of LDPE/MMT is obviously higher than that of LDPE, up to 1.35~1.70 times at the test temperature of 333 ~ 363 K, especially. The results of PD test indicate that under the same test condition both the amplitude and numbers of PD are smaller than pure PE.

Studies on electrical tree and partial discharge properties of PE/MMT nanocomposites PE/MMT纳米复合材料的电流树和局部放电性能研究

In this paper polyethylene/montmorillonite nanocomposites are made by melt intercalated process. Electrical tree and partial discharge properties of original polyethylene and polyethylene/ montmorillonite nanocomposites are respectively investigated by the combined test system of electrical tree initiation and partial discharge measurement. The results show that most of electrical trees in polyethylene/ montmorillonite nanocomposites samples are bush-shaped, the length of electrical trees are about 230 mum, and the maximum partial discharge pulse height increases up to 140 pC at first 60 min, then partial discharge pulse height decreases gradually, almost none of discharge signal can be observed at 120 min. However, in original polyethylene samples, most of electrical trees are branch-shaped, the length are about 400 mum, and the maximum partial discharge pulse height continually increases up to 180 pC at the electrical stress applied to the samples for 120 min.

Third-order nonlinear optical properties of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) thin film on quartz glass modified by HMDS and ODTS 用HMDS和ODTS改性石英玻璃表面的区域规则聚(3-己基噻吩)薄膜的三阶非线性光学性质

The third-order nonlinear optical properties of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (RR-P3HT) thin films prepared on fused glass substrate were evaluated. The surface modification by hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) and octadecyltrichlorosilane (ODTS) was performed on the glass substrate to enhance the optical property of the RR-P3HT thin films. The third-order optical susceptibilities chi(3) (-3omega; omega, omega, omega) of spin coated P3HT thin films on quartz glass substrate were estimated from optical third-harmonics (TH) intensity measurement using the Maker-fringe method. The orientation, alignment and crystallinity of the RR-P3HT thin films were evaluated using X-ray diffraction and UV-vis absorption spectra. An Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulse width of 5 ns and a repetition frequency of 10 Hz was used to evaluate the TH intensity. The effect of surface modification of quartz glass substrate by HMDS and ODTS on the RR-P3HT film structure was also investigated. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility (chi(3)) of RR-P3HT thin films on quartz glass surface modified by ODTS is 1.90 times 10-8 esu.

Breakdown phenomenon identification of biodegradable polyethylene film under UV-irradiation environment 生物降解聚乙烯薄膜在紫外线照射环境下的击穿现象鉴定

Biodegradable polymers are increasingly expected for substitute of present insulating materials in the electrical and electronic devices. However, their electrical properties are not systematically confirmed and need further investigation. In this paper, biodegradable polyethylene (BDPE) films are employed as the specimens and high density polyethylene (HDPE) films are as the reference. The breakdown endurance of BDPE film is examined using bias DC voltage under UV-irradiation environments. The images of breakdown craters are captured through applying a monocular-video-zoom microscope. Both breakdown area and box dimension of breakdown craters are obtained by an image-pattern-identification technique. The results reveal that for both BDPE and HDPE films, the breakdown voltage, breakdown area and box dimension all decrease with the increase of UV-irradiation level. Based on comparison of the results, it shows that under UV-irradiation environment, breakdown endurance of BDPE film is better than that of HDPE film.

The results reveal that for both BDPE and HDPE films, the breakdown voltage, breakdown area and box dimension all decrease with the increase of UV-irradiation level. Acid aging of silicone rubber housing for polymer insulators 聚合物绝缘体用硅橡胶外壳的酸老化

An aged silicone polymer insulator, which had been used at testing station near sea coast for approx. 10 years, was investigated. The aging mode was different from erosion. It was confirmed that the rubber aging phenomena was similar to damage due to nitric acid by FT-IR analysis. It is deemed that the acid was generated during corona discharge on rubber housing. In order to avoid such a rubber aging, it is important to minimize corona discharge even under wet conditions.

The influence of dielectric permittivity and its distribution on water tree initiation and growth in XLPE cables 介电常数及其分布对交联聚乙烯电缆水树形成和生长的影响

During the growth of water trees in the XLPE cable insulation, the distribution of the electric field is modified because of the local change of the dielectric properties of the material. A better knowledge of the comparative danger for the different kinds of water trees could lead to a way of improving the quality of cable insulation. Numerical analysis results show that the dielectric permittivity of a water tree itself and its distribution inside it are so influential to the electric field intensity both in the tip and on the surface of the water tree that they may play important roles both in water tree inception and growth and in the morphology of water treeing.
水树在交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘中的生长过程中,由于材料介电性能的局部变化,改变了电场的分布。更好地了解不同种类的水树的相对危险可能会导致改善电缆绝缘质量的方法。数值分析结果表明,水树本身的介电常数及其在水树内部的分布对水树顶端和表面的电场强度有很大的影响,在水树的形成、生长以及水树的形态中都起着重要的作用。
