Electropolymerized poly(3-aminobenzoic acid)-based surface plasmon resonance immunosensor 电聚合聚(3-氨基苯甲酸)基表面等离子体共振免疫传感器

The surface plasmon resonance immunosensor based on carboxylated polyaniline was constructed in this study. The carboxylated polyaniline, poly(3-aminobenzoic acid) (PABA), was prepared by electropolymerization of its monomer, aminobenzoic acid (ABA), on a gold electrode. The kinetic property during the electropolymerization was in-situ monitored with electrochemical surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. The obtained polymer film showed an electroactivity in PBS buffer solution. The obtained electrode can be used for human antibody immobilization to study the binding reaction between the antibody and antigen. The immobilization and binding reaction processes were also in situ studied by surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy.

Measurement techniques for transformer diagnostic 变压器诊断的测量技术

Power transformers are one of the most important and also expensive components of the electrical power supply. In electrical networks, power transformers are of essential importance as interface between different system voltage levels. Due to the long manufacture process they are one of the most critical and high-priced equipment and so this is one of the reasons why condition monitoring becomes more popular. Monitoring systems as a basis for diagnostics open possibilities for expanding the operation time, reducing the risk of expensive failures and allow several maintenance strategies. With different monitoring techniques, detailed information about the transformer condition can be received and this helps to minimize the probability of an unexpected outage. This paper gives an overview about different monitoring and diagnostic methods and techniques, especially some example in the area of partial discharge (PD) and the frequency response analysis measurement.

Influence of frequency on electrical tree initiation in high-density polyethylene 频率对高密度聚乙烯电树起始的影响

In this paper, the electrical tree initiation characteristics of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) under AC voltage with frequency ranging from 50 Hz to 100 kHz were studied. With the increase of frequency, the tree initiation voltage (TIV) firstly increases and then decreases after a peak value at 10 kHz is reached. However, the increase of frequency results in the decrease of the minimum of TIV and the increase of the dispersivity of TIV. There are 4 kinds of tree initiation shape (TIS): branch tree, bush tree, trunk tree and breakdown tree. With the increase of frequency, the kinds of TIS increase and the primary TIS changes from branch tree to bush tree. The influence of frequency on TIV and TIS were discussed.

The flashover voltage characteristic comparative analysis of the anti contaminant equipment 防污设备的闪络电压特性对比分析

We carried out the dry flashover test and wet flashover test, after the artificial contaminant damage work, in order to inspect the validness of the anti contaminant equipment as a suspension insulator (ceramic material, EPDM), LP insulator, arrester and COS. As a result of experiment, the dry flashover voltage value of the damaged equipment with the salinity was similar to the normal equipment even if the equipment is damaged with the salinity. But when the humidity was high under the damaged state, the flashover voltage value of some distribution equipment was low under the 20 kV.

Distribution measurement of streaming electrification current in pipes 管道内带电流电流分布测量

The paper presents streaming current distributions measured in an overflow system in both laminar and turbulent conditions. For lower values of Reynolds number the profile of current is parabolic. For higher values of Reynolds number the profile is flattened. In this paper also charge density distributions were determined in both cases. In the turbulent regime the volume charge density is distributed in the pipe more evenly compared with the laminar regime.

Dielectric spectroscopy of hyaluronic acid and its salts 透明质酸及其盐类的介电光谱

Hyaluronic acid is a high-molecular-weight polysaccharide found mostly in a human body and widely used in biomedical applications. Our study was focused on its electrical properties in the temperature range 25 K - 325 K and in the frequency range 100 Hz - 1 MHz. Three conductivity regions were found: DC conductivity, universal dielectric response and the super linear power law with the observed frequency dependence of conductivity being sigma ~ omega1.06. Activation energy of the DC conductivity process was established to be 5.4 MJ/kmol.

The measurements of electric filed vector distribution in propylene carbonate 碳酸丙烯酯中电场矢量分布的测量

It is necessary for electrical insulation diagnosis to obtain information about the electric field distribution and the space charge distribution in insulation materials. We have investigated the measurement of nonuniform electric field vector distributions in liquid dielectrics using an original method based on electrooptic Kerr effect and CT method. We carried out the time series measurement of electric field vector distribution in propylene carbonate. When the DC voltage pulse of 50 msec width was applied to a sphere-to-plane electrode system, electric field vector distributions on some measured planes were measured at intervals of 1 ms. Distribution at starting voltage pulse was almost the same as that of a static field. The electric field vector distribution seemed to be disturbed after a certain time, and the electric field vector distribution could not be measured after it. But, the observation of the time when the ldquodisturbancerdquo started would be able to give the behavior and electric characteristic of the liquid.

Three-dimensional tree simulation utilizing two- or three-layer model 三维树木模拟利用两层或三层模型

We carried out three-dimensional tree simulation in the presence of a barrier and an air layer between a needle electrode and a plane electrode based on a dielectric breakdown model (DBM) considering growth probability. It was found that a three-layer model is similar to a two-layer model. However, the three-layer model can simulate more accurately than the two-layer model in detail. In the three-layer model, the simulated tree tends to propagate while creeping on or developing along the barrier. Therefore, it is suggested that the three-dimensional tree simulation of the three-layer model is valid for simulating composite insulating systems with a barrier and an air layer.

Influence of metal passivator on the corrosion of copper conductors due to sulphur in oil 金属钝化剂对油中硫对铜导体腐蚀的影响

Performance of Power and Converter transformers has been severely affected by the presence of reactive and corrosive sulphur in transformer oil. It is reported that mitigation of the problem of corrosion of copper conductors due to presence of reactive/corrosive sulphur in transformer oil is possible by the use of metal passivator which forms a thin film on copper surface to prevent interaction of oil with copper. In service transformers have been saved and experience has shown that metal passivator is effective. However, data, on both qualitative and quantitative measure of the performance of transformer oil after addition of metal passivator is not available in literature. Hence an attempt is made to understand the role of metal passivators in preventing corrosion of copper conductors in transformers.
