—The article presents the dynamic characteristics of a car with a two-stage spring suspension. The author investigates a system with asymmetric mass-inertial characteristics. Depending on the ratios of the mass-inertia parameters, possible solutions of differential equations are obtained. It follows from the calculations that a change in the system parameters significantly affects the linear and angular generalized coordinates.

Diagnosing of Failures of Automotive Alternators Based on Amplitude of Fluctuations of Voltage 基于电压波动幅值的汽车交流发电机故障诊断

— Automotive alternators problems constitute about 21 % of total automotive electrical faults. Fault in automotive alternator can cause different implications, ranging from fault in battery accumulator or electronics through road traffic accident. Fluctuation of output voltage is accepted as the main diagnostic parameter as being the most sensitive to faults in automotive alternators. Disadvantage of existing methods for determining the fluctuation of output voltage is a smoothing effect of battery accumulator and absence of methods for interpreting the obtained quantitative data. It is suggested to improve the diagnostic method using an oscilloscope through the exclusion of smoothing effect of battery accumulator. The developed diagnostic method makes it possible to assess the technical condition alternators without dismounting them from a car based on the parameters of output voltage through the comparison of the obtained value of output voltage fluctuation with the allowable value. It is found that fluctuation of output voltage of serviceable alternators increases monotonically with increasing time in service without reaching limit or allowable values. Voltage fluctuation in alternators with electrical problems significantly exceeds allowable values that makes it possible to use this parameter for the determination of technical condition. Fluctuation of output voltage used as a diagnostic parameter makes it possible to assess the residual operation time of automotive alternators. Determination of residual operation time of automotive alternators can improve the operational efficiency of cars by means of decrease in standby time during repair.

Finite Element Modeling of Contact Heat Transfer in the Turbine Rotor Design of an Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine 某型航空燃气涡轮发动机转子接触传热有限元建模

On the basis of the finite element method (FEM) a mathematical model of the modular structure of the turbomachine exemplified by the aircraft gas turbine engine, AL31F, is developed. It is notable for describing the solution of interdependent problems of the theory of elasticity and thermal conductivity, taking into account the changes in the parameters of the contact interaction of the turbomachine parts. A technique allowing obtaining updated values of stress and temperature fields in the modular structure of turbomachines, operating in a complicated complex of structural-force and thermal effects, is proposed with the identification of the influence of contact thermal resistance on the temperature field.

Traffic Safety Subsystem Management at Enterprises Engaged in Road Transport Activities 道路运输企业交通安全子系统管理

– This article discusses the management of the traffic safety subsystem at enterprises engaged in road transport activities. For the successful functioning of industrial enterprises in modern conditions of economic development, along with the growth of production volumes, fewer costs are required. To this end, in recent years, many enterprises and individual entrepreneurs have refused to outsource transport activities, which have a negative impact on road safety issues. The authors have developed a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of traffic safety based on scientifically based criteria. The technique is based on the application of the method of weights and the first step is to determine the set of factors that have the greatest impact on the final result of the automotive business. To improve the performance of the road safety monitoring subsystem at enterprises operating in the transport sector, the data are calculated for determining the integral indicator which are taken on the basis of annual monitoring of individual indicators, the list of which is set by experts for enterprises and entrepreneurs individually. This method allows you to control the road transport activities of industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs in order to develop methods for improving road safety.

Simplified Viscoelastic Plastic Model of Ore Particle Movement Along the Vibration Organ 矿石颗粒沿振动器官运动的简化粘弹塑性模型

The viscoelastic plastic model of vibration movement of ore particles along the vibration organ was described. The model includes viscoelastic and elastic plastic blocks. The first one describes elastic deformations of the system and measures energy losses using a damper. The second block describes plastic (residual) deformations. The differential equations of model motion at different stages of ore particle movement were analyzed. Two mathematical models were presented using second and third order differential equations. Recommendations to simplify the model at various stages of movement were suggested. Research models of various levels of complexity were developed. At the stage of particle movement along the vibration organ, it is not advisable to simplify the viscoelastic plastic model in the direction normal to the organ. It is advisable to simplify the model in the direction of the working surface of the vibration organ at the stage of non-slip interaction by eliminating the elastic-plastic block. When the particle is sliding along the vibration organ and flying, the model should be simplified to a rigid body. These simplifications facilitate the task of developing algorithms and software for the vibration process under study. Keywords— vibration separation of materials, modeling of vibration processes.

Methodological Issues of Improving the Efficiency of Meteorological Support for Regional Air Transportation 提高区域航空运输气象保障效率的方法问题

— The paper discusses methodological issues of improving the efficiency of meteorological support for regional air transportation. The authors provide a justification of the relevance of research aimed at improving the efficiency of meteorological support, taking into account regional features of the formation of hazardous meteorological conditions. The greatest attention was paid to the study of the climatic features of the Arctic region. The geographical location of the Arctic determines the specific annual and seasonal course of meteorological elements, the specifics of the formation of special (dangerous) conditions for Aviation flights. The possibilities of integrating the output of global hydrodynamic atmospheric models from leading meteorological centers of the Global Data-Processing and Forecasting System in the technology of medium-term multi-model forecasting of pressure fields are considered in this part. The authors propose to combine models of physico-statistical forecasting of weather elements with the method of synoptic interpretation of the output of the atmospheric hydrodynamic model for an average time. To solve the problem of the lack of observational data, the authors propose a methodological basis for constructing a complex of automated meteorological support for aircraft operations, which allows one to take into account regional climatic features of their areas of implementation.

The Competitiveness Factor in Transport Work Forecasting for the Regional Transportation Market 区域运输市场运输工作预测中的竞争力因素

- The transport system development in Russia is focused on transportation indicators increasing and infrastructure quality. It will ensure the growth of macroeconomic parameters. The article shows the review of some calculation approaches connected with planning parameters of road transportation demand taking into account the competitive advantages of transportation enterprises. The competitiveness of road transportation enterprises is presented in the article as a multi-level and multi-criteria indicator. The methods for predicting the regional demand for cargo transportation are proposed in the article. They are completed on the total and incomplete certainty using the extrapolation method. A mathematical model of the forecast demand determining for cargo transportation is presented in the article. The model can be applied in the resource management and for capacity of regional motor transport enterprises calculation based on their efficiency.

Impact of Ultrasonic Exposure on Soil Adhesion to Working Bodies of Earth-Moving Machines 超声暴露对土方机械工作体土壤附着的影响

- When the moist cohesive soil is excavated, the soil sticking and freezing to the working units of the earth-moving machines take place, which considerably reduces their efficiency. There are four main groups of methods intended for eliminating adhesion of soil to the surface of the working bodies of earth-moving machines. As for the nature and the operating principles of the methods, they can be divided into the preventive methods and the means for cleaning working units of earth-moving machines. PM3-4/18 (ПМ3-4/18) magnetostriction transducer was used in the experiment as a source of ultrasonic oscillations. Ultrasonic exposure belongs to a group of combined methods of eliminating adhesion. In order to evaluate efficiency of ultrasonic exposure the experiments were carried out on shear bench. Environment temperature range for the experiments was limited from -25 to +15 °С. Ultrasonic exposure allows reducing soil adhesion to working bodies of earth-moving machines due to thermal and vibrational impact on contact surface.

Elaboration of the Methodology for Calculating the Brush Cutter with Passive Operating Element 无源操作元件电刷刀的计算方法阐述

– The physical process of interaction of the working member of the brush cutter with trees located on the path of the machine movement is considered. In the development of existing ideas set out in the textbooks, the method for calculating brush cutters with a passive working body is refined, based on a detailed analysis of the acting forces. Recommendations for the calculation and selection of the parameters of the working member of the brush cutter are presented. Dedicated to the memory of our mentors and outstanding scholars, Nikolai Iakovlevich Kharkhuta (Leningrad Polytechnic M.I. Kalinin) and Konstantin Aleksandrovich University), who made significant contributions to development of a theory of interaction between working attachments of construction and road machinery and treated environment.
