Combined Approach to Detect Anomalies in Health Care Datasets 检测医疗保健数据集异常的综合方法

Big data characterizing the quality of medical health care services provided to the population contain anomaly observations, which are either results of technical errors in filling databases, or falsified data. In the context of insurance medicine, the actual task is to identify such observation. The paper presents an approach to identify outliers in the database of medical health care information system based on the combination of Isolating Forest algorithm and subsequent neural network classifier.

Application of the Machine Learning Tools in the Problem of Classifying Failures in the Work of the Complex Technical Systems 机器学习工具在复杂技术系统工作故障分类中的应用

The problem of classifying equipment failures in the complex technical systems using the machine learning tools has been considered. The aim of the study is to develop the intelligent classifier which will allow to classify efficiently and quickly the probable class of error in the work of equipment of the complex technical systems in the context of proactive maintenance activities. The prospects of applying the random forest algorithm and the algorithms based on the artificial neural networks to solve the set problem have been analyzed. The intelligent classifiers based on the recurrent neural networks of the LSTM and GRU type have been developed. The training has been performed with the experimental dataset containing information about the work of aircraft engines and hosted by NASA Ames Research Center in the public domain. Based on the learning results, the most effective classifier has been highlighted, in addition, the recommendations on its further modification to improve the quality of classification have been made.

Natural Language Voice Control Interface for People with Special Needs and Disabilities 为特殊需要和残障人士设计的自然语言语音控制界面

Natural language interface has been developed to provide voice control, information support and training for people with special needs. The requirements for a natural language interface program for people with special needs are considered. Six basic modes of operation of natural language interface taking into account the needs of people with special needs are proposed. It is shown that the use of optimal weight function will ensure the construction of attribute system based on the consistent estimates of generalized power spectrum of a speech signal increasing overall recognition reliability by 10 … 12%.

Digital Reality as an Environment for the Professional Growth of Youth 数码现实作为青年专业成长的环境

The next change in technological mode in the second half of the 20th century led to the destruction of rigid social structures, the desire for subjectivity, and erosion of the existing compromises and interactions. The popularization of the narrative of the “digital society” or “Industry 4.0” is not yet accompanied by the emergence of a universally recognized paradigm that reflects the emerging reality. In conditions of intensive technological and socio-economic changes in the surrounding reality, uncertainty and risk-taking of the future, the responsibility of a self-determined young person in the professional sphere for independently made decisions increases. The key issue is the preparation of a professional who is adequate to the trends of digital development. The priority components of the institutional environment of the forming professional are organizational structures, employers and the educational system. The process of transforming these institutions into digital reality with unforeseen results creates conditions for the uncertainty of the future. The need to implement various professional launch strategies increases the risks of the digital generation. At the same time, researchers highlight the typical characteristics of the digital generation, which make it difficult to form specialist competencies and enter professional activities.

Improving the Efficiency of Accident Response Services in Intelligent Transportation and Logistics Systems 提高智能交通和物流系统中事故响应服务的效率

The article proposes priority measures for the integration of Russia into the Euro-Asian transport and logistics network and an approach to the intelligent management of the supply chains of the services of the subsystem for the elimination of consequences of road traffic accidents (SEC traffic accidents). SEC traffic accidents is a multicomponent structure integrated into the regional intelligent transportation and logistics system (ITLS). ITLS of the Russian Federation acts as one of the modules of the global Euro-Asian network, the components of which, in addition to transport and logistics flows, are also the external and the environment. It is shown that the effectiveness of the functioning of international transport corridors (ITC) largely depends on the effective operation of regional ITLs that can affect not only the number of accidents, but also the time and quality of restoration of the elements of the «driver-car-road-environment» subsystem that were damaged as a result accident. The necessity of combining the services and organizations involved in the liquidation of the consequences of an accident in a SEC traffic accident is substantiated. Integration of SEC traffic accidents into regional ITLS will allow: to reduce the levels of accidents and injuries in road transport; minimize damage from accidents; will reduce various types of risks for the entire transport system; will increase the efficiency and safety of ITC.

Method of Sensorless Determination of Mechanical Parameters and Information-Measuring System of Valve-Inductor Drives 阀电感传动机械参数的无传感器测定方法及信息测量系统

This article explores sensorless control systems for a valve-induction motor. The basic methods of sensorless valve-induction motor control are considered. Disadvantages of determination of the speed of the engine on the output signal of the comparator at the use of a method of measurement flux linkage are revealed. A method for determining the speed based on the determination of the coordinated positions of the stator and rotor teeth by detecting peaks of the inductances of the motor phases is proposed.

Models of Centralized Equipment Procurement Based on Supplier-Consumer Matching 基于供应商-消费者匹配的设备集中采购模型

In the current paper the new approach of organization central purchasing of homogeneous resources was introduced. Resources should have optimal balance between contradicting commercial and technical requirements. Possibility to describe requirements through parameters vector with fuzzy statements and apply fuzzy logic to calculate mapping between fuzzy requirements components values and crisp component values of the characteristics of the alternative resources was explored. As a result, distribution model based on modified transportation problem was developed. Introduced approach can be considered as a basis for creation of automated decision support system for centralize procurement. Potentially it leads to reduction of the procurement process effort, better decisions quality and minimization of the subjective bias while selecting alternative variants. As a case study numeric approbation of the model was presented, and reliability of the distribution resources model has been proved. Future directions of the research were outlined, and practical value of the work was shown.

Creation of Management Systems for Business Processes of an Industrial Enterprise Using Ontologies 利用本体创建工业企业业务流程管理系统

The issues related to the creation of a business process management system of an enterprise are considered. A model of business processes based on formalized ontological models and their graphical presentation are considered. Also presented is a conceptual model of an ontological unit for managing business processes. The possibility of using ontologically-oriented methods of description and intellectual support for the planning and organization of production processes in the context of digital transformation is considered. It is emphasized that the use of ontologically-oriented methods in building business processes allows you to create an intelligent system for managing them based on knowledge of the subject area. Thanks to such a system, it is possible to formalize and use all the accumulated experience for effective enterprise management. Successful development of application systems that ensure the implementation of business processes throughout the product life cycle from start to finish is possible only with the use of intelligent information support tools for complex platform solutions.

Complex of Description Models for Analysis and Control Group Behavior Based on Stochastic Cellular Automata with Memory and Systems of Differential Kinetic Equations 基于记忆随机元胞自动机和微分动力学方程组的群体行为分析与控制描述模型复合体

This paper considers the complex of models for the description, analysis, and modeling of group behavior by user actions in complex social systems. In particular, electoral processes can be considered in which preferences are selected from several possible ones. For example, for two candidates, the choice is made from three states: for the candidate A, for candidate B and undecided (candidate C). Thus, any of the voters can be in one of the three states, and the interaction between them leads to the transition between the states with some delay time intervals, which are one of the parameters of the proposed models. The dynamics of changes in the preferences of voters can be described graphically on diagram of possible transitions between states, on the basis of which is possible to write a system of differential kinetic equations that describes the process. The analysis of the obtained solutions shows the possibility of existence within the model, different modes of changing the preferences of voters. In the developed model of stochastic cellular automata with variable memory at each step of the interaction process between its cells, a new network of random links is established, the minimum and the maximum number of which is selected from a given range. At the initial time, a cell of each type is assigned a numeric parameter that specifies the number of steps during which will retain its type (cell memory). The transition of cells between states is determined by the total number of cells of different types with which there was interaction at the given number of memory steps. After the number of steps equal to the depth of memory, transition to the type that had the maximum value of its sum occurs. The effect of external factors (such as media) on changes in node types can set for each step using a transition probability matrix. Processing of the electoral campaign's sociological data of 2015–2016 at the choice of the President of the United States using the method of almost-periodic functions allowed to estimate the parameters of a set of models and use them to describe, analyze and model the group behavior of voters. The studies show a good correspondence between the data observed in sociology and calculations using a set of developed models. Under some sets of values of the coefficients in the differential equations and models of cellular automata are observed the oscillating and almost-periodic character of changes in the preferences of the electorate, which largely coincides with the real observations.
