Methods and results of estimates of interaction of internal and external factors of development of fuel and energy holding are considered. The internal component of development of holding consists in improvement of technological processes of production and transportation of the extracted raw materials, building of infrastructure and the providing productions, improvement of the social status of employees of the holding. The external component of development is defined by a state and the availability of the developed fields, dynamics of demand for the got natural resource, trade and political constraints. The scheme of estimation of the key factors of value creation in the medium term is considered. The expert analysis of strategic priorities of holding based on operations with mark estimates of influences is provided.

The paper is devoted to the problem of network interaction of users in telemedicine systems that are actively created and implemented in healthcare. For this, the analysis of network resources and services of telemedicine systems for various purposes and their capabilities are presented. A classification of such systems is proposed and the types of user interaction are described. The features of systems that implement monitoring of the health status of patients are considered. In such telemedicine systems, the decision on the patient's state can be made in different ways: under the supervision of the attending physician, on the basis of the analysis of controlled parameters (norm - pathology) or automated by a mathematical model describing the functioning of the human body. An example of the created telemedicine health monitoring system is given and the implementation of its basic services is considered. For this purpose, a diagram of system use cases is presented and the main functional processes occurring in the system are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the remote interaction of users and the differentiation of their access rights, since the information collected in the system must be reliably protected. It is noted that the delimitation of user rights is carried out both by categories and by passwords. The scheme of the algorithm for distinguishing access rights is given.

Presented in the article is a method for solving the problem of parametric identification of Vierordt's equations system, based on the use of maximum permissible estimates of the required parameters. The method allows determining the intervals of parameter values guaranteeing the adequacy of simulation results. Using the example of quantitative analysis of multicomponent fullerene-containing mixtures, the advantages of the method are demonstrated and the feasibility of using maximum permissible estimates in calculating component concentrations is shown.

The paper introduces approach to Sensitivity Analysis based on applying Analysis of Finite Fluctuations to neural network model showing the dynamics of freeway section capacity depending on several external factors. The presented numerical examples, conducted on data from loop and radar detectors describing the capacity within long-term work zones on sections of German freeways, contain calculated scores on factors significance. There is also given the comparison between the proposed approach and Garson algorithm which is common in Sensitivity Analysis of neural network models; the similarity of both results proves the relevance of applying Analysis of Finite Fluctuations in this field.

The paper deals with a novel vibrating energy harvester consisting of a cantilever beam with a spherical inertial mass attached on its free end. The vibration amplitudes of the cantilever are limited by static elastic membranes against which the sphere impacts. Two piezoelectric layers disposed on both sides of the cantilever convert the mechanical energy of the vibrations and of the impacts into electrical energy. Each of the two membranes convert additionally impact energy into electrical one with the help of two piezoelectric layers which are deposited on its top and bottom sides. A model of energy harvester is created and some solutions are presented and analyzed.

The paper studies the dynamics of the temperature change of steel ingot during cooling in a continuous casting unit. A mathematical model of ingot cooling is given, including the equation of heat conduction and boundary conditions. The two-dimensional section of the ingot is considered. The developed software simulating the casting process by constructing a thermal field at different times is presented. This program makes it possible to obtain data on the temperature of the slab cut at the output of the continuous casting unit based on the input information about the steel, initial temperatures and break intervals. All information obtained is presented numerically and graphically. The finite element method is used to solve the equations of the mathematical model. Factors affecting the occurrence of slab defects are also analyzed. As such a factor is used the values of the surface temperatures of the ingot in a curved region in the area of the bend and straightening. If the temperature is located in the zone of embrittlement temperatures for a given steel grade, the probability of occurrence of a defect is significant. The adequacy study was carried out by comparing the measured values of temperatures at several points in the casting process with the values obtained by the simulation. The influence of different methods of heat transfer coefficient on the accuracy of the solution is investigated.
