The paper considers the motion control problem of a three-link manipulator. The solution to this problem is important for constructing the models of industrial robot manipulators such as PUMA 560. New results on the stationary motions stabilization of a three-link manipulator are obtained by means of bounded control torques without velocity measurement. The application of the proposed control schemes is demonstrated by numerical simulation results.

The purpose of this paper consists in development of hardware, ensuring artificial tactile sensing of an anthropomorphic robot. Through analysis, performed to that end, it was discovered, that the majority of capacitive sensors, installed as well on the grippers of the anthropomorphic robots, as on robots of other types are implemented in terms of microelectromechamical systems (MEMS) technology. Obstacle detection and surface type recognition using the solutions, discussed in the related work, requires much closer proximity, than with the capacitive sensor, developed by us. We present a circuit schematics implementation of the sensor and charted graphical dependencies of the output voltage from distance for various objects, tracked by the sensor and made of different materials. We present experiment outcomes, obtained on examples of water and aqueous salt solution. We discovered, that the output voltage when using solid materials has similar values, but the respective values were quite different in the case of water or aqueous salt solution.

A numerical method is proposed to construct attractors of evolution equations describing the process of filtration of a two-phase liquid with allowance for capillary forces (the Rapoport-Leas model). The stability conditions for the proposed method are the conditions under which the third-order dynamics is an attractor for the initial equation. The solution of the initial equation is an iterative process, which can be paralleled to accelerate calculations.

The article presents a model of the optimal distribution of labor resources. The developed game-theoretic model of a static optimal-purpose problem is described as a game in normal form. In the game, many workers and many enterprises are given, and the situation is a substitution. Each substitution is one of the possible assignments of workers to enterprises. An assessment criterion has been introduced to select an employee or enterprise. The number of the assessment criterion is called the utility for the employee from being assigned to the enterprise (degree of satisfaction of the interests of the player), and for the enterprise - the utility for the enterprise from appointing an employee to him (degree of satisfaction of the interests of the player). From the numbers of the evaluation criterion, the utility matrices are written and the matrix of winnings of the players in the game is constructed. The matrix is used to construct a compromise set in the game and find a compromise gain, which is the guaranteed gain of the least satisfied player. An algorithm for constructing a compromise set is presented in steps. For the algorithm, its temporal estimate and complexity class are found. Thus, the article presents a solution to the static problem of the optimal distribution of labor resources based on the principle of optimality of a compromise set.

The paper considers a game model of spatial competition of workers of various professional qualifications, taking into consideration the interests of employers. It is assumed that workers and employers are interested in maximizing their profits and acting on the basis of their interests. To simulate this situation, you need to use the mathematical apparatus of game theory. The article presents a solution to the problem of locating a finite number of employees with a known finite number of employers on a network defined on a flat torus. Winning employees is defined as the salary offered to them, taking into consideration all their merits. Employers choose workers, not only on the basis of the cost function specified for each employer when moving workers, but also focusing on the minimum cost of employees' professional qualifications. Compromise solutions serve as a criterion of optimality. A compromise solution and equilibrium in the network are found according to Stackelberg.

The subject of this work is a method for automating the calculation of the probabilities of the states of a system consisting of elements, each of which can be in two states, based on a certain type of incidence matrix. In the proposed incidence matrix, the nodes of the system elements are considered vertices of the graph, and the elements are edges. This provides certain convenience for automating the calculation.

The procedure for constructing quality control charts based on a nonparametric test is considered. Control charts based on mean, Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test, Ansari-Bradley test, standard deviation for real data were built. Comparison of nonparametric control charts with parametric ones made it possible to draw a conclusion about the possibility and effectiveness of using nonparametric control charts on practice.
