Article is devoted to the development of a multiagent architecture of a medical system for automated diagnosis of human health. Due to the ability to create transparent and clear models, the multi-agent approach allowed us to develop an easily scalable system that implements a set of scenarios for assessing the functional state of the human body, depending on the purpose of medical research and also available indicators of the human body state. The proposed multi-agent architecture of the information system for automated diagnostics is universal. On the one hand, it allows you to implement the standard functions of collecting, processing and storing information. On the other hand, special diagnostic functions are implemented based on a unique technique developed by the authors. The uniqueness lies in the proposed technology for integrating multi-format information based on cluster and discriminant analysis, as well as neural network models. The paper considers the modules of the system, each of which is a multi-agent system, represented by a combination of agents and production rules that describe the interaction of agents.

For a new type of two-link manipulator with two nonlinear geometric constraints, a mathematical model of dynamics is developed in the form of vector-matrix equations M.F. Shulgin. The consideration as carried out taking into account transients in electric drives - DC collector motors with independent excitation. The results are used to solve the problem of stabilization of a given position of a grip of a manipulator.

Problem statement: adaptive data compression systems include, as an integral part, a certain classifier that allows you to select the most efficient compression algorithm. At the same time, for such systems, parallel training of the classifier and data compression should be ensured, which increases the computational cost and complicates the architecture of the transceiver devices. Thus, the question of developing an effective classifier for compression systems is quite acute. Objective: to assess the possibility of using the simplest neural network architecture as a classifier for telemetric data frames. Results: the behavior of the averaged errors of training, generalization and confirmation depending on the size of the training sample obtained for a number of telemetry data sets is investigated. Based on the obtained data, neural network training parameters are proposed that allow achieving high efficiency of its work. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed approach and a number of specialized numerical methods has been carried out, which has shown that even the most versatile artificial neural network architecture is significantly superior to systems using numerical classification methods.

This study set out to investigate impact of information control. We used our previous reflexive analysis of a game to find sensitivity of strategies and utility functions to incresing beliefs about thresholds. The game itself was construsted by using a normal formal with weakened suggestions on agetns's beleifs and knowledge. We found domains of paremters where monotonicty of the impact holds too. Together these results provide important insights into impact of reflexive analysis on properties of information control.

The paper discusses options for the identification of the neighborhood system, in cases where there is only one set of parameter values - the nominal mode; a set of tuples of state and control data; range of valid parameter values. A procedure of mixed control with variable coefficients is proposed with the introduction of a fuzzy coefficient, which characterizes the relationship between the nodes of the system and shows the possible appearance of risks in the system.
