The article is devoted to modeling the destructive effects of interference on mobile communication systems. As an object, a network of 3 generations (3G) was chosen, which is affected by a noise generator. The block diagram and photo of the simulated system are given. The spectra of the 3G signal without impact, as well as in the presence of destructive effects, are estimated. It is concluded that when exposed to interference, it is impossible to transmit messages, which is a critical situation for law enforcement agencies. The circuit and equipment presented in this work can be used in the future to create recommendations on testing communications before entering law enforcement agencies, as well as to develop methods and algorithms for counteracting destructive influences.

The article describes the application of the sociophysical approach for modeling innovative projects. The method, called the method of sociophysical modeling, is based on the idea of the existence of accumulated project potentials in a project. It is indicated that the proposed models can be used at all stages of the design of a complex technical object. A brief definition of the accumulated potential is given. It is shown that the use of the sociophysical method allows you to simulate the characteristics of the project being implemented at the enterprise. Two project models are described. The first model describes a project that is being implemented as part of an existing enterprise with an unchanged technological structure. The second model describes a project implemented in an enterprise with a changing technological structure. Graphic illustrations of models are given

A description of variable frequency electric drive with an energy storage device based on supercapacitor connected to the DC link of PWM inverter through a bidirectional DC/DC converter is given. The energy storage device has a single-loop control system of external current for a bidirectional DC/DC converter. The structure of the current controller and the function of the elements are illustrated. The simulation results, for various options for the initial charge of the DC link capacitor and a supercapacitor in energy storage device at various voltage levels, are given. The research aim is to identify the transient features in energy storage device and electric drive. The results can be useful in the control systems development for energy storage devices to improve the energy efficiency of variable frequency drives.

In this paper, we consider one of the approaches to the study of the characteristics of an information system that is under the influence of various factors, and their management using neural networks and wavelet transforms based on determining the relationship between the modified state of the information system and the possibility of dynamic analysis of effects. At the same time, the process of influencing the information system includes the following components: impact on the components providing the functions of the information system; determination of the result of exposure; analysis of the result of exposure; response to the result of exposure. As an input signal, the characteristics of the means that affect are taken. The system includes an adaptive response unit, the input of which receives signals about the prerequisites for changes, and at the output, this unit generates signals for the inclusion of appropriate means to eliminate or compensate for these prerequisites or directly the changes in the information system.

For solving problems of optimizing chemical-technological systems the method of data analysis in the conditions of fuzzy, incomplete, heterogeneous source information is proposed. The results of the study develop the mathematical support of information systems for supporting the scientific and production activities of a chemist-technologist in terms of modeling linguistic resources and improving the reliability of decision support methods. Operators that allow formalizing chemical information in terms of fuzzy sets are proposed. The methodology for using these operators is illustrated by the example of solving the problem of choosing a polymer according to the requirements formulated by the consumer. A computational experiment was carried out and the results were interpreted and discussed.

A dynamic model for reconciling common and private interests (SOCHI model) of federal entities in the development of the macroregion was built. The model takes into account threshold restrictions on the volume of production, emissions and discharges of pollutants. The presented model takes into account the interaction of federal entities in the development of neighboring entities and the macro-region in symbiosis by redirecting part of the internal investment flows of each region to common development goals and projects, which contributes to a synergistic effect. For computer modeling of industrial power supply systems that differ in open or reducible structure with a large number of branches containing electric motors, an algorithm for calculating transients based on the method of convolution of circuits is proposed. Unlike the nodal voltages method, which is usually implemented using iterative procedures, the convolution method is implemented using the direct calculation procedure and does not cause a discrepancy between the calculated and initial data. The proposed method was applied in the SAD software package and tested in the calculation of modes and transients of industrial electrotechnical systems. To compare the results, an example of calculating the start-up process of an asynchronous drive of an electrical system using the SAD and ETAP software systems is given.
