The paper presents a study about the development an enterprise analysis mobile application. An extended set of financial ratios will be used in the developed application. The user of the mobile application will be provided with detailed recommendations about the situation in the enterprise. Currently, any company is characterized by a large amount of information. This information may be contained in various documents: in financial statements, regulatory documents, laws and others. Information about the company must be converted to the type required for effective analysis of the company. Mobile business intelligence is in demand in modern enterprise management. This statement is relevant for small and large enterprises. Enterprise model based on the semantic network makes conclusions about each enterprise. Objects of the semantic network are fuzzy objects. The types of connections between objects of the semantic network are considered as fuzzy object relations. In addition, the article describes the functionality of the mobile application. The work ends with short conclusions.

The method of catalyst synthesis on the surface of the cathode of solid oxide fuel cells is considered. The method allows you to create catalysts with a minimum deviation of geometric parameters from the specified values, and to obtain catalysts with a maximally developed surface, which leads to an increase in catalytic activity per unit area and specific power of solid oxide fuel cells. The use of optimal synthesis temperature conditions at each stage of the process increases adhesion catalyst to the cathode surface, which leads to an increase in the service life of solid oxide fuel cells nomrade.

An approach that allows performing the synthesis of a class of nonlinear systems under bounded exogenous disturbances is presented. Its implementation includes two stages. At the first stage the given nonlinear system is replaced by the equivalent Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. At the second stage via generalization of the method of invariant ellipsoids we solve the problem of finding fuzzy control that stabilizes the closed-loop system and provides optimal rejection of the effect of exogenous disturbances. The numerical testing results showing the efficiency of the offered method are presented.

The SVM classifier is effective in solving binary classification problems. However, in practical problems of classification, there are often cases of the presence of more than two classes of objects in the original data set. This work is devoted to the study of approaches to improving the quality of the SVM classification based on the engineering of new features of objects in the original data set using tools of such well-known multiclass classification algorithms as the Decision Tree, Random Forest and AdaBoost.

The approach to the problem of analyzing the variability of the time series and its characteristics in the context of developing a decision on the advisability of implementing the short-term forecasting procedure for one step forward has been considered. The Hurst exponent and fractal dimension are used as the characteristics of the time series. It is proposed to use the forecasting model on the basis of interval discrete fuzzy sets of the second type with the aim of analyzing the parameters of the generated “footprint of uncertainty” for the initial time series and the time series describing one or another of its characteristics, and deciding on the alleged success or failure of the short-term forecasting procedure for one step forward. The examples that confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach to the problem of analyzing the variability of the time series have been given.

In the article the functional structure of the computer system allowing exercising control of the slag mode of converter melting on the basis of the intellectual analysis of industrial data and monitoring of trends of key parameters of steel-smelting process is offered. The basis of system is made by model of neural network for forecasting of aggression of slag fusion and assessment of its influence on fire-resistant lining of the steel-smelting converter. By results of the intellectual analysis of industrial data the system issues recommendations about ways of decrease in aggression of slag and rationing of temperature conditions of work of refractory materials in the converter for delay of speed of wear and protection of fire-resistant lining against destructions. Use of computer system at the metallurgical enterprises allows to increase firmness of fire-resistant linings of thermal units and also to raise an accident-free resource of their work.

This paper reviews an approach to solving a problem of building management in various modes of operation using multi-agent control system with intelligent agents. The intelligence of an agent is achieved using an integrated production rule expert system. Intelligent agents help to successfully solve the problems associated with decision-making when incidents and emergencies occur, identify the preferences and satisfy the requirements of people. The algorithms of an intelligent agent were tested by simulating an emergency - a fire breakout in one of the building's areas. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed building management approach.
