Research on the Cultivation Path of Cross-border E-commerce Innovative Talents Based on Big Data Analysis 基于大数据分析的跨境电商创新人才培养路径研究

The "Belt and Road" is China's latest international policy aimed at neighboring countries, and it is China's latest situation. Since its implementation, it has provided support for the rapid development of China's economy and has injected vitality into the development of the cross-border e-commerce (CBeC) industry. The development of the CBeC industry has absorbed a large number of talents, and the shortage of talents is becoming more and more obvious. The traditional e-commerce talent training model has been unable to meet the development needs of the CBeC industry, and colleges and universities need to adjust the talent training path.This article aims to provide reference suggestions for the development of CBeC talent training under big data, and to provide a promotion for the development of the CBeC industry.

Analysis of Bank Loan Risk Management Based on BP Neural Network 基于BP神经网络的银行贷款风险管理分析

Credit risk in financial institutions, especially banking, has a long history and is a universal problem in the world. As far as our country is concerned, the credit risk management of commercial banks is not perfect, and the theory and technology are relatively simple, so it is far from solving all kinds of situations in the risk management of commercial banks in our country. In this paper, the selection range of an index is given under the condition of following the selection principle. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of neural network and artificial neural network, this paper focuses on the classification method of loan risk based on three-layer single-node output BP neural network (BPNN), which divides listed enterprises into normal, concerned, secondary, suspicious and loss from the perspective of loan risk. The results are tested, and the superiority of BPNN in overall risk assessment is proved by the test of Logistic model.
金融机构尤其是银行业的信用风险由来已久,是世界范围内普遍存在的问题。就我国而言,商业银行的信用风险管理还不完善,理论和技术也比较单一,因此远远不能解决我国商业银行风险管理中的各种情况。本文在遵循选择原则的条件下,给出了指标的选择范围。本文在分析神经网络和人工神经网络基本特征的基础上,重点研究了基于三层单节点输出BP神经网络(BPNN)的贷款风险分类方法,从贷款风险的角度将上市企业分为正常、关注、次要、可疑和损失。对结果进行了验证,并通过Logistic模型的检验证明了bp神经网络在整体风险评估中的优越性。

With the development of economic globalization, China's socialist market economy continues to prosper. Nowadays, the quality of life of the people has been greatly improved. At present, the financial management level of enterprises is difficult to meet the needs of the rapid development of enterprises and needs to be improved urgently. The advantage of financial management is the main factor reflecting the economic advantage and competitive advantage of enterprises. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of information level in various fields of society, computers have been gradually applied to financial management in various fields. Today, with the continuous development of enterprise management informationization, the advantages of financial sharing center are constantly being tapped, and this new management mode is being adopted by more and more enterprises, which brings many benefits to the financial management of enterprises. Based on the information background, this paper analyzes the role of financial sharing center in enterprise financial management, so as to give full play to the advantages of financial sharing center and provide a solid guarantee for improving the level of enterprise financial management.

Problems and Reform Strategies of Computer Foundation Course in Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities under the Background of Wisdom Education 智慧教育背景下中医院校计算机基础课程存在的问题及改革策略

The applications of digital medicine, precision medicine, and smart medicine increasingly rely on the support and help of medical information technology. The problems which the Computer Foundation Course in Chinese medicine colleges and universities has, such as lack of professional pertinence in teaching design, neglect of the level of the students in the teaching content, complete heavy teaching tasks in limited class hours, single teaching mode and the backward teaching evaluation system, which make the reform of the Computer Foundation Course is very meaningful. Based on the wisdom education, this paper puts forward the reform strategy to the whole process of Computer Foundation Course teaching, which makes the wisdom education and teaching activities merge, and provides the guarantee for the cultivation of smart talents with the information knowledge of Chinese medicine.

Green Clothing Design Based on Computer Aided Design in Ecological Times 生态时代基于计算机辅助设计的绿色服装设计

With the continuous development of society and economy, people's living standards have also been continuously improved, and the ecological and environmental problems have gradually attracted everyone's attention. With the popularization of green ecology, consumers have new requirements for clothing, from the traditional emphasis on beauty and practicality to the emphasis on environmental protection and health. The clothing industry has integrated the concept of green life into the clothing design, taking nature as the clothing design concept, and from the perspective of environmental protection, designing a kind of healthy clothing with zero pollution and beneficial to human body. Green clothing design is to save resources and energy as much as possible and reduce pollution in the production of clothing under the condition of ensuring the application function, quality and use time of clothing products. The relationship between computer aided design and fashion design is very close. The application of computer aided design in fashion design can promote the scientific development of fashion design in China. This paper mainly analyzes the concept of green clothing design based on computer aided design in ecological era, and puts forward corresponding design strategies.

Research on mechanical optimization design software based on database and configuration software 基于数据库和组态软件的机械优化设计软件研究

With the rapid development of China’s industrial automation field such as electric power, oil, coal and so on, China’s industrial automation has made brilliant achievements. Due to the large amount of industrial production real-time data and fast data access time, industrial real-time database (RTDBS) system, as a professional RTDBS system for real-time collection and storage of industrial real-time data source, has been widely used in information system. In this paper, based on the advantages of RTDBS and configuration software (SCADA), combined with the mechanical optimization problem, the mechanical optimization design software of RTDBS and SCADA is put forward. Mechanical optimization designmethod is an important means to seek optimal design in the process of modern mechanical design. Using RTDBS and SCADA as the development platform, based on commonly used optimization calculation methods, develop optimization software suitable for the mechanical design process, and use this software to meet the optimization requirements in the mechanical design process.

Application of Information Technology in Ecological Civilization Education 信息技术在生态文明教育中的应用

In the information age of the 21st century, the impact of information technology on our lives is everywhere. The construction of ecological civilization requires high-quality talents. As an important base for quality education, colleges and universities face a new development task: to do a good job in quality education for ecological civilization. Applying information technology to ecological civilization education in colleges and universities can improve the quality and efficiency of ecological civilization teaching, so that teaching management can better achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents for colleges and universities. Based on this, this article carried out the application of information technology in the ecological civilization education of college students. Through the use of literature research methods, after consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper found that there are many problems in the current process of ecological civilization quality education in colleges and universities, and network education as information technology can solve these problems to a certain extent. By issuing questionnaires and conducting interviews, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in college students’ awareness of ecological civilization and the problems in their education, and proposes suggestions for improving the education of college students’ awareness of ecological civilization on this basis. In addition, this paper also designs a typical teaching case that penetrates ecological civilization education, selects homogeneous experimental classes and parallel classes, conducts educational interventions on the experimental group, and analyzes and evaluates the educational effects in the form of post-test questionnaires. In order to better solve the problem, this article adopts the way of network education to carry out the quality education of ecological civilization in colleges and universities, and proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions. The results of the study showed that when asked "how much do you know about ecological civilization", only 7% of the students answered "very well", while 4% of the students chose "never heard of it." It shows that students have less understanding of ecological civilization and lack of depth. By issuing questionnaires and conducting interviews, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in college students’ awareness of ecological civilization and the problems in their education, and proposes suggestions for improving the education of college students’ awareness of ecological civilization on this basis. In addition, this paper also designs a typical teaching case that penetrates ecological civilization education, selects homogeneous experimental classes and parallel classes, conducts educational interventions on the experimental group, and analyzes and evaluates the educational effects in the form of post-test questionnaires. In order to better solve the problem, this article adopts the way of network education to carry out the quality education of ecological civilization in colleges and universities, and proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions. The results of the study showed that when asked \"how much do you know about ecological civilization\", only 7% of the students answered \"very well\", while 4% of the students chose \"never heard of it.\" It shows that students have less understanding of ecological civilization and lack of depth. Research on Image Recognition Technology Based on Convolutional Neural Network and Deep Learning 基于卷积神经网络和深度学习的图像识别技术研究

In order to cope with the massive image processing tasks, the structure of convolutional neural networks is becoming more and more complex, and the scale of parameters is becoming larger and larger. The redundant design in which reduces the image recognition processing speed, affects the accuracy of image recognition, and restricts the further development of convolutional neural networks in the application of image recognition technology. Therefore, this article proposes taking the AlexNet model as the basic architecture, using the VGG16 model to pre-train the data set to obtain a soft target, and then transfering the learned prior knowledge to the AlexNet model for distillation training. It is hoped that better model weights can be obtained through this combination, which can greatly reduce the parameter scale of the network while improving the recognition accuracy.
为了应对海量的图像处理任务,卷积神经网络的结构越来越复杂,参数的尺度也越来越大。冗余设计降低了图像识别的处理速度,影响了图像识别的准确性,制约了卷积神经网络在图像识别技术应用中的进一步发展。因此,本文提出以AlexNet模型为基础架构,利用VGG16模型对数据集进行预训练,获得软目标,然后将学习到的先验知识转移到AlexNet模型中进行蒸馏训练。希望通过这种组合可以获得更好的模型权值,在提高识别精度的同时,可以大大降低网络的参数尺度。

Application of Data Mining in College English Discourse Teaching 数据挖掘在大学英语语篇教学中的应用

Classroom discourse teaching must conform to the principles of wholeness, psychology, schema theory and cognitive theory. Many students are not proficient in reading. Most of the time, they just stay at the superficial level of understanding sentences and do not have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the content through discourse analysis from a deep perspective. This paper constructs a classroom teaching mode guided by schema theory and cognitive theory, with discourse teaching method as the means and developing English ability as the index. This paper also analyzes the characteristics of mind mapping and discourse teaching, as well as the relationship between them. This paper discusses how to apply mind map in discourse teaching. The experimental results show that the teaching method proposed in this paper can be used for reference and inspiration to English teaching.

Research on the Construction of University Music Teaching Cloud Platform Based on Data Mining 基于数据挖掘的高校音乐教学云平台建设研究

As an indispensable medium between teaching theory and teaching practice, teaching mode can not only effectively guide teaching activities in theory, but also formulate effective operation procedures and implementation countermeasures for specific teaching practice. With the continuous development of educational informatization, the application of cloud computing technology in universities, especially in the development and construction of teaching resources platform, is becoming more and more extensive. With the establishment and improvement of online education platform, online education will soon become an important way for students to learn. Information-based education not only brings convenience to teachers and students, but also stores a lot of information generated when teachers and students apply the platform. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the construction of music performance teaching resource platform based on cloud computing under the background of educational informatization development. Based on the analysis of the construction of university music teaching cloud platform, this paper puts forward a university music curriculum model based on cloud computing and data mining technology.
