The Imperative and Recommendations for the Integration of Modern Technology and Internet-Based Learning into the Teaching Methods of Economic Law in China's Universities in the Era of Big Data 大数据时代中国高校经济法教学方法融入现代技术与互联网学习的必要性与建议

Currently, a single teaching method exists in China's universities. However, in this era of big data, taking into account the rapid development of technology and the increased speed of data flow, this traditional method is not keeping pace with the thirst for knowledge of international students, and economic law, as one of the compulsory courses for undergraduates studying economics or management in most China's universities, is no exception. Therefore, it is imperative to reform the method of teaching economic law in China's universities by integrating modern technology and internet-based learning. This paper analyses the necessity of such integration and makes recommendations for its implementation. Its aim is to provide direction for the development of the economic law syllabus offered to economics and management students in China's universities.

Development of Computer Multimedia Technology in English Entrepreneurship Training under the Background of School-enterprise Cooperation 校企合作背景下计算机多媒体技术在英语创业培训中的应用

Multimedia technology has functions of information collection, processing and sharing, which can help individuals to obtain effective information data in a relatively short period of time and promote people's life and work. At the same time, the college student group is the future of the country, so in the background of the era when innovation ability is valued, building the training mode of students' entrepreneurship will be innovative in an all-round way. Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper uses computer multimedia technology to design and build the English entrepreneurship training system, and selects a university with the background of school-enterprise cooperation in our city as the research object to verify. Sixty English majors were selected and divided equally into two groups. Group A used computer multimedia technology for English entrepreneurship training, Group B used the previous way of entrepreneurship training, and used knowledge tests and expert ratings to test the effect. The results show that the entrepreneurship knowledge score of group A is 8.5, group B is 8.2, and group A is 0.3 higher than group B. In terms of entrepreneurship vision and the ability to combine entrepreneurship with English, group A scored 7.1 and 9.2, and group B scored 6.3 and 7.8, respectively. Therefore, the use of computer multimedia technology can improve students' entrepreneurship.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and information technology have a revolutionary impact on the development of education. Using the best educational resources to improve teaching the efficiency and quality is the fundamental task of information technology and teaching applications. The application of AI technology and information technology to the teaching of ideological and political (Ide.&Pol.) courses adapts to the trend of social development and conforms to the growth characteristics of students. To achieve the application of information technology and Ide.&Pol. teaching, schools should provide a good platform and educational environment, create a group of learning, service, and innovative who fully master information technology, and continue to innovate education and teaching methods.

Innovative Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in College Physical Education 人工智能技术在高校体育教学中的创新应用

With the gradual enrichment of people's material life, more people have a stronger desire to pursue spiritual life. As an important carrier of physical education (PD) in colleges and universities, (artificial intelligence) AI technology, its role cannot be ignored. However, at this stage, the intelligent construction of college gymnasiums in our country is still in its infancy, and there is still a lot of room for development. The purpose of this article is to study the innovative application of AI technology in college PD. Taking the gymnasium of the college of PD as the object, through the analysis of the intelligent system of the gymnasium of the sports college, the integration and linkage functions of its AI system are discussed, and related issues in the planning and design of the intelligent system of the college gymnasium are proposed, and these issues are discussed. It is proposed that relevant design factors should be fully considered when designing the intelligent system of college gymnasiums, so as to realize the goals of advanced technology, maturity, reasonable economy, practical functions, safety and reliability, and sustainable development. The college gymnasium is an important support point for the development of college sports teaching innovation. Its AI system has strong professionalism. In the early stage of its planning and design, the entire gymnasium needs to be accurately positioned in conjunction with the corresponding sports items, and the gymnasium accepts the main personnel are the starting point, and the relevant information system layout is guided by the difference of different spatial information needs, which fully reflects the "people-oriented" principle. The experimental results show that the scores of students in the experimental group are mostly 85 points and above, while the results of students in the control group are concentrated in the range of 65 to 85. The practical ability of PD students under the AI gymnasium has improved significantly. Students are explaining and organizing actions. There is a good learning ability in teaching activities.

Psychological test of patients with mental disorders based on eye movement data fusion algorithm 基于眼动数据融合算法的精神障碍患者心理测试

Eye movement (EM), as a mature observation technology, has been widely used in the research of psychology, and it is also one of the important methods of multi-quality psychological testing technology. However, there are relatively few researches on psychological testing based on EM technology at present. By introducing convolution neural network (CNN) network into deep long short memory network (DLSTM), this paper develops a new network structure, designs a fusion strategy, and proposes an EM tracking data fusion algorithm based on deep learning (EYE-CNN-DLSTM). By comparing the fusion effect and index values of EYE-CNN-DLSTM algorithm with two deep learning algorithms MLP and DLSTM on 10 sets of real EM data sets and 10 sets of real tracking data sets, the experimental results show that EYE-CNN-DLSTM algorithm performs well in fusion quality. It provides a theoretical basis for the new objective evaluation index of patients with mental disorders.

The Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Oral English Assessment 人工智能技术在英语口语评估中的应用

In the process of oral English learning, oral assessment can make students understand their oral problems and correct them. The traditional manual assessment is low in efficiency, high in cost, and has many limitations. However, the automatic assessment of spoken English can be realized with the help of artificial intelligence technology, which is an important reform direction for the future oral English teaching and evaluation. This article introduces the principle of automatic oral English assessment based on artificial intelligence technology, and discusses the feasibility of using artificial intelligence technology to partially replace manual scoring in oral English assessment, exploring the way to improve the stability and objectivity of assessment by using artificial intelligence technology, discussing the application of artificial intelligence technology in oral English autonomous learning, and also putting forward some suggestions on how to further improve the accuracy of artificial intelligence scoring in oral English assessment.

If the 20th century is the era when all kinds of new science and technology started, then the 21st century is the era when these sciences and technologies are developing rapidly and widely used. As a new type of scientific and technological means, VR technology is highly respected in many fields with its unique capabilities, including education. BIM technology is applied in the field of structural design with its ability to design three-dimensional structural models. This paper studies the application of BIM and VR technology in the teaching reform of menswear structure course. In the research process, this article summarized various related research results, and understood the functions and effects of BIM technology and VR technology, so as to better integrate them into the teaching process of menswear structure courses. With the improvement of people’s quality of life, music culture develops rapidly in people’s daily life. Piano, as the representative music of Europe, its development is closely related to national culture. Now its popularity is increasing, and it has become one of the components of Chinese fashion. With the rapid growth of the number of digital music, how to find their favorite music in massive music has become a problem for users. Music recommendation system is the best way to solve this problem at present. It can recommend songs that users like to users and find suitable target users for songs. Music recommendation algorithm can reduce users’ information fatigue and improve users’ experience by analyzing the historical behavior of music on demand. This paper takes contentbased recommendation as the main idea, and studies the piano digital music recommendation algorithm based on deep learning technology.

This paper analyzed the significance of the integration of 1 + X certificate system and modern apprenticeship, carried out the feasibility analysis of the integration, analyzed the path of the integration, and pointed out that the organic integration of 1 + X certificate system and modern apprenticeship not only provided new ideas for solving the outstanding problems of modern apprenticeship, but also conformed to the future development trend of modern apprenticeship.
